the problem with benny is that he's a one-shot character who would honestly be more fun to play longterm in an actual campaign, but he's built around a joke concept to an extent that I would find distracting even though, if I played him with sincerity, I doubt anyone would even pick up on it without me telling them

#no one would bat an eye at an eldritch knight with lightning magic who wields a war hammer #who is bad at hiding how nervous he is all the time but is brave where it matters #and has an inferiority complex about his paladin brother #that's just a normal dnd character babey!!#god I also realized awhile back that he's GULLIBLE. just the world's most credulous man. high int low wis in a way I've never played before #that would be SO FUN I THINK lmao #I almost put him in felix's campaign and tbh in theory I think he would have fit the setting/ plot better #in practice I'm glad I just went the building a whole new self indulgence blorbo route #because now I don't HAVE a CAMPAIGN but at least I have this new beloved sweetboi to chew on #(benny is also a sweetboi but it's different)#about me #my OCs #felix #benny #(does he even HAVE a tag? ehh he does now)
