Man i havent drawn anything in ages. Eh, might as well waste my time rambling about these guys.

Ok so i made these ocs like absolute ages ago, so mind their backstories being very cringe, but i also dont wanna change them, theres some kind of charm to having silly cringy ocs.

right, so, the yellow one is Bananaslug (bigender, she/he), and is a hive/rain hybrid (like duhh, u can clearly see that). her silly backstory was, starting with his parents (and mind that this made made up before arc 3 was finished), a hivewing, who like cricket(? was that her name? i havent reread the books in ages) wasnt effect by the shitfuck evil plant (for which basically, i hc that cricket wasnt the only one who wasnt injected with the plant, on a rare occasion queen Wasp would miss an egg or two, human error, er, dragon error and all that, usually this would be noticed in early childhood and they would be "fixed", but like with cricket, an occasional dragon gets unnoticed) managed to escape the hives as the plant takeover or whatever tf was happening happened, and followed behind the group of migrating silkwings. sadly they got swept in a storm which lead them astray to the rainwing jungle instead.

now i personally see the jungle as having an absolute shitload of little rainwing villages, some not even having contact with the main one! or even knowing anything about the outside world. this hivewing ends up in one of the villages that at most mightve traded bits and pieces with the main one, but has never seen non-rainwing dragons. the hivewing quickly gets accepted as a weird lil guy. and for once, this hivewing feels like theyre in a community where they belong, now being given freedom that they wouldve never had previously. they quickly adopt the hivewing way of life. Bananaslug then, the only dragonet they have, not for their lack in game, but more so due to pantalan and pyrhian dragons being genetically further apart, so having children with each other is extremely unlikely.

as Bananaslug got older, she lived through Queen Glory making an effort to actively contact all outter rainwing villages, and develing an in-tribe education system (the thingy mountain, forgot the name, that we follow the students of in the second arc, being presented as like one of the only schools is real stupid in my opinion), there, learning of other tribes she decides to go out and explore the world once hes come of age.

(oh and btw, Bananaslug, like, inherited nothing special from either parent, she doesnt have any hivewing powers, she doesnt have rainwing venom, and at most, he can slightly change the shade of his yellow scales, cant do anything with any other coloured scale tho)

the green dragon is Seaglass (agender, they/them) they are a sea/sand hybrid, no they do not have a tail barb.

they were born to 2 generals from the sandwing princess succession war, both the sandwing and seawing commanding over, urh man i can never remmeber army terms, fleets? groups of dragon soldiers. in most other cases, general/whatever leaders, of separate tribes would not get along, they might have had an allience, but that didnt change their internalised racism and all that, but these two got weirdly well along.

once, going out for drinks over celebration of a succecfull battle, lead to a drunken hookup and an accidental clutch of eggs. the seawing decided to leave them at the deep palace hatchery, paying good money to the caretakers there to not only take care of the eggs, but also be dragonetsitters when they hatched. sadly, all but one dragonet were born without gills (or partially formed/malformed once), never being even given the chance at a first breath. Seaglass was the only one hatched with functional gills, and even then, theirs are less developed that an average seawing, giving them the gill equivalent of asthma.

they rarely got to see their seawing parent, and didnt even know they were part sandwing till way after the war was over. as soon as they were old enough to be left mostly alone they escaped from the deep sea palace, wanting to start a new life somewhere where they wouldnt be seen as a freak.

(oh yes and, not sure where to put this, but Seaglass is missing some of the bioluminescent stripes (such as not having any on their belly scales) so they have always had communication issues. and of course, having grown up hidden away in the deep sea, they didnt properly learn spoken language (outside of the required theory for it in their schooling) untill they escaped.)

ive read every issue of warlock, every issue of gotg v1 and v2, the gotg xmen crossover thing with kitty pryde, infinity gauntlet, infinity war 1992, all of the strange tales stuff w warlock, the conquest annihilation and thanos imperative stuff, the annihilation thing with wraith, annihilation earthfall, one run of star lord... i dont even remember which one it was cz im intending to go thru all those again later when im done w warlock stuff anyway cz i wanna reread all the gotg stuff, thanos 2019, thanos the infinity revelation (still need to finish that entire bunch of comics), and gotg v5. i skipped ahead for that one coz i saw little magus and was going to fucking EXPLODE if i didnt see it immediately. which btw gotg v5 is by far my least fav thing ive read, i hated it except for the magus stuff which was actually what id been wanting them to do in my own ramblings @ someone who is willing to listen to me word vomit without knowing what tf im talking abt. so i think they did magus super super good and exactly how i wanted bt i literally hated everything else abt it LOL the dialogue is so.... eugh. but hey wraith was there and they drew him hot. ANYWAY. i wasnt a huge fan of the xmen crossover thing either but it did give me the cutest panel of peter ever so whatevs. (im currently in the middle of warlock and the infinity watch) also good god actually maybe it kind of is like i read a lot. i literally only started reading comics like a month ago so um. oops? im unemployed if u cant tell. i also mightve missed some stuff i dont remember

anyway. when i list it like that it feels like i havent read a lot bt then i look over to my physical copy of the warlock omnibus and its like. u could kill someone with that thing. deceptively long. anyway my fav is definitely either thanos infinity revelation or the original magus saga but like legitimately when i start metaphorically sucking off jim starlin im being so for real about it. the way he writes adam is Captivating and i adoreeeeeeeeeeeeee his art i wish he did more stuff for adam, tho u can definitely feel some of his aesthetics coming thru esp w the thanos infinity revelation stuff. it felt like that artist took all the stuff i love abt starlin's magus saga art and channelled it completely, i fell in LOVE with these pages and i fucking wish i could get this as a huge poster for my room

this is absolute peak art to me. i ADORE topsy turvy colourful wonderland style stuff with every wretched piece of my black heart. to wax poetic about it. when i start drawing weird shit this and starlin's own stuff is EXACTLY what i want to do. these comics have inspired me so much w my own art. bt anyway starlin just writes adam so specifically and with such care and while i love gotg v2 it just has nothing on the way hes written in starlin's stuff. i had no idea comics could have this level of depth cz i admit i was one of those ppl who always looked down on comic fans. im a changed creature. HIGHLY recommend reading these if anyone reading this long ramble is a fan of adam. but of course the magus saga is LITERAL required reading so i shouldnt have to say it abt that.

WONDERFUL COLOURS AMAZING SHAPES LOVE EVERY PART OF IT SOOOO MUCH. i am talking a lot abt the art bt i am. an artist. meagre tho i may be since i rarely push myself and ive never truly made an effort. bt seeing this kind of stuff gives me motivation for like 5 minutes before i give up again and thats more than most of the things in my life do. unsurprisingly, american mcgees alice is another big one for me there. bt thats neither here nor there. anyway i think the art and weird abstract compositions are VITAL to the storytelling and it would be much lesser a story without them, coz its a literal reflection of adams own mind and goddddd its so fun. so yeah. its likeeee.... sry im a massive gamer so this is just the best way i can think of to explain it. its like how gameplay is supposed to reflect the story and the world of the game u are playing, these things are supposed to be in synergy. and when they ARE it feels soooooooooo so so good and Right. its not abt stuff feeling realistic or looking correct its about the Feeling of it. the fantasy of it. the art matches the writing perfectly in the magus saga and its elevates it so much. its what makes adam an irresistible character to me, warlock and magus both.

i honestly wish we'd seen starlin write smth gotg... unless he did and i just dont know cz im still learning abt this stuff but i dont think he did? but likeee... aughhh... his adam with some version of his own peter... id love to see it. again, i rly did like gotg v2 and the designs from it are BY FAR my favs coz i adore that brand of edgy design style and ik that artist did wraith too and <33333333333 but in terms of writing? it couldve been more. bt i also do appreciate that theres a lot of guardians and u have to juggle and do justice to them all, adam cant be the main character ALL the time. even tho hes um. kind of the literal cosmic main character. bt anyway. yea

this man is probably in his like late 30s going to 40s and after many failed tries at relationships in his 20s he probably decided to dedicate his life to being a detective only using his hand for relief when it's really necessary ( he thinks lust is a distraction 😪) so when he was put on a case to catch you he stopped for like a few months till he caught you, sure yeah you were pretty and everyone was eyeing you like a piece of candy or wtv but dude just wanted to introgate you so they put you in a cell till they got their schedule free but you being the best criminal in the area breaks free👌👌 he tracks you down to a...motel??? at first he thought it was a trap till he dug around some more only to find that it was kid of a hideout spot for some criminals including you it also had a casino and strip club which made sense to him kinda? NOW THIS CAN GO BOTH WAYS

FIRST : You went there cus you had no cash n u needed some so what better way to do it then rob some money off of old nasty guys :3 so being the pretty little thing you are you work your ass off in a firly bunny outfit yk the classic leather one with the ears and clip on tail that barely hides anything, and like always you were a hit everyone loves you getting more than 1000 as tip from one guy, callahan walks in ready to bust your ass and some other criminals thinking you were some prevert like the other men here only to find that you in fact were not a watcher you were the whole show yourself and damn the second he saw you he forgot why he was doing this whole thing, of course you spotted him and walked out to him after the show he let you go this once only if you never utter a word to anyone about him not being able to move an inch after seeing ( and the tent in his pants as well )

SECOND OPTION : he tracks down your location to the hotel or motel wtv and goes to the lobby pointing a gun to the receptionist head asking which room were you in, they give him the room with the keys telling him which floor you're on, he goes to the room breaking the door down expecting you to have a gun or be armed he was ready for shooting anyways but you were no where to be found?? your stuff was there but you weren't, he was gonna go and yell at the receptionist before he heard soft humming from the bathroom, bingo, he breaks down the door (mans got an obsession with breaking down doors like a badass cop, cannon I was the door )

ive been thinking about smth thats kind of been bothering me in terms of not exactly having an accurate answer for someone elses situation but also its more like a theory i have of something but i dont know if i even ask tarot like whats the actual chances of it being more wrong than right? im not fussed if my theory is in fact incorrect but i do still think there was something else going on at the time and it defo has to do with a certain netflix docu on a certain hotel. how can tarot help give a true accurate answer if we are still relying on shuffling cards in order to get said answer? even tho tarot is not fact at all.

does this make sense? ive watched many readings on this particular case and they all either seem to lean towards the narrative that i perhaps feel is incorrect but i cant prove nothing still because most people took the medias and netflix's word for it. is it more that cards can only suggest what mightve been going on or what is currently ongoing in someone elses situations rather thsn it being accurate? ive had some very accurate readings from some very good readers on here but youtube ones i think are not as good or mainly do it for the clicks and views than anything else. cause u basically are just observing the cards that u get right? but how come different readers may get different interpretations and there doesnt seem to be one set interpretation cause i really do think and feel that smth else was going on with this hotel imparticular and i generally am not quick to accept the given narrative anyway.

ok, let's break this one into parts 🫠 it got me thinking, and I have some opinions that I need to write down…

Tarot is not "fact" because it relies on energy and interpretation. Plus, I (and many others, I believe) would argue, genuine intuitive and psychic skills - althought that is not 100% necessary, as you can still read cards without either (or, at least, psychic abilities).

Now, as for the cards being "wrong", most often than not, it's one of 3 cases (or it's 2 or all 3, at once):

The interpretation of the cards is wrong, for one reason or another.

Energy changes!, and the reading might either be talking about the present (that won't be any longer; that is changing or will change), or the future (and they don't realize it, so by trying to make it fit into the present situation, they misinterpret it or dimiss it).

The cards are trying to tell the reader something else, yet they think those are the answers to their question (and so, again, they misinterpret it or dismiss it). This one happens specially with decks that are a little more stubborn or unique; Or, most often, when you insist too much on a question or matter, and then you are either being told to stop or you've messed too much with the energies, and so you're not being able or allowed to pick on them correctly any longer (or for a period of time).

[now onto my thoughts] As for Youtube videos, and more specifically Pick-a-Cards or viewer-centered readings, I personally found that I very rarely resonate with them, even if the interpretation is correct, yet I know many people who do. So, all in all, I'd say those are a hit or a miss, and it greatly depends on the person and on the reader. I still do Pick-a-Card posts for that reason - hoping they are found by the people they truly resonate with -, but also because I tend to choose a pile for myself before I do any readings and, in the end, those have always turned out to be pretty accurate. If they aren't, then I don't post the reading. That's about it.

But, the thing with those videos and posts is: Yes, some readers do it only for clicks (PACs and viewer-centered videos, I mean, but NOT ONLY) and don't bother with interpreting correctly or caring about the intention when pulling cards, so they never truly connect with or channel for the collective (the people who may come to pick that pile and video/post) or for whoever or whatever they are meant to. - and this is where and when your discernment should be used! Yet, yeah… I will say: it is difficult to read for a "collective" and have it resonate with most, still - and I'm not even saying "all", because that, I think, is absolutely impossible. Too many energies to pick up on is bound to confuse both the reader and the cards, and not everyone (or no one) has the time, attention or skill to select and organize all of those messages. So keep that in mind, too.

But then, when it comes to their general readings on events or celebrities, for example [and now referring to your ask and questions, as well], not only is it, too, a case of someone being genuine or not (which shouldn't be too hard to figure out), but also a matter of how sensitive they are to certain energies. As I've said multiple times here, I think, one reader is never the same as another, and each and every one will, inevitably, pick up on more specific details or parts of the overall energy/event/story/person, depending on their practice, gifts, skills, etc. Still, the basis of the readings should still be about the same, and many of the things mentioned by those different readers should overlap, I suppose. If not, then either the reader(s) is(are) full of shit, or they don't know what they're doing for certain.

As for not believing in readings on a certain matter, such as the hotel one, that I can't tell you too much about… There might be something to it, but idk… If the cards keep saying the same thing, shouldn't we listen and consider those messages, either way? And if they don't… "then either the reader(s) is(are) full of shit, or they don't know what they're doing for certain". 🫠

I just think the key here is to find an actual trusted (and true/legit) reader and/or psychic medium and see what they say. - That should be your best chance or getting an "accurate" reading on those energies and the whole situation. They, at least, should be able to remain neutral to the narratine that is/was being spun, and pick up on + tell the actual story, to whatever degree their abilities allow. But also, when you're talking about such heavy matters and energetically-charged events or places, it's only natural that it gets tricky for anyone who tries to read on it, no matter how skillful and/or gifted. - thought I should say that, too.

Also, I want to say another thing: Be careful, people, when you do readings for yourself or others! Specially if you are a beginner and/or you're being too careless and easygoing about it all! Be watchful and precise when it comes to calling upon anyone or anything. And, before you begin a reading, always make it clear (and make sure) that you have good intentions and, ideally, ask for protection from your God(s) and/or Angels, for instance. Plus, as I said before, cleanse! Always. - and this is not meant to scare anyone, only educate! my goal is for you all to be safe while enjoying your time with your practice and your experience with tarot 💗

LMAO HIII um im not actually a starbee shipper nor am i really a headcanons haver �� HOWEVER i am a huge fan of whatever the fuck was going on with their exrid almost-friendship-mutual-i-need-to-fix-him ghost bee arc dynamic so i do have some thoughts on them under the cut if u are interested. as for headcanons i have exactly one (1) and its this:

i need to preface this by saying i absolutely hate what the autobots stand for in idw1 and i despise rid2012 with a passion, especially for how they wrote bee (autobot regime police brutality sweep??????????????). despite this, i am incredibly delusional and so i pretend that what happened isnt real. also it's been awhile since i read/skimmed through any tf comics, so i could be misremembering things or forgetting events, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

first of all i think they probably had a lot of issues with each other over the whole leadership thing. like, imagine being the guy whose own worst enemy is his leader, and has fought his entire life throughout the war to usurp him and take over his faction. like youve got so much goddamn beef with this guy and you hate everything he stands for and he hates you and you've suffered so much at this guy's hands, and after so many years, through your own scheming and plotting and killing you're able to stand at the top of cybertron as its leader!! and then in strolls the guy from the opposite faction who is The Optimus Prime Numero Uno guy, and in case that wasnt enough, he was literally handed the leadership role on a silver platter. somehow he doesnt even want the role - thinks he's too unprepared for it or some shit. idk, i just think that theres a lot of foil potential here that was missed, and instead bee was just reduced to the guy cracking various "im dead" jokes while nitpicking every single action starscream took. sure there was some back and forth between the two with morality and Why Didn't You Just Do The Right Thing and whatnot, and their bantering was fun (especially the part where bee actually disappears for a bit after screamer tells him to fuck off) but i think it couldve gone a lot deeper, and a lot more personal. what im trying to say here is that it's Very Bumblebee to try and fix literally the worst guy he knows (barring prowl), but realistically i dont think he wouldve done much to change 4 million years of habits and flaws and the 50 mental illnesses starscream had built up (if anything, starscream mightve taken the actions bee "convinced him to" regardless of what was said - remember how he kept convincing himself that bee was just "his own guilty conscience" - meaning that everything bee says is something he already thinks about, whether subconsciously or not). instead, starscream shouldve been able to convince bee to stop parasocialing op. like, i know bee being op's Most Son Ever and his belief in op being infallible is one of his biggest character flaws, but it wouldve been really cool and awesome character growth for bee to be like Wow, i actually dont think op shouldve annexed the earth that one time in the name of the matrix or whatever.

tldr if starbee was more mentally ill they wouldve been closer to each other. and also hated each other more. and then canon wouldve been so much more enjoyable to me.

Ok sure i mightve wanted julia to win bc i just think she deserved it more? Caleb fought too but i just think julia played it smarter. Obvs they werent going to give the mean girl the money just like that (heathers win was because they thought she was the lesser of two evils in her case?) and probably wouldnt have been as satisfying an ending. We will sadly miss out on that mkulia podcast.

Now caleb….i guess u can say he fought as well but. I dont know if i wouldve been happy if he won? I bet theres ppl who wanted him to take down julia for messing w him and priya but. I dont know i dont think he has done much to be likable? He was using priya in the beginning only to end up gravitating around her in the end, like he was just kind of there to be priyas boyfriend after his initial development. Also suddenly he has difficulty being dishonest when the initial plan was to be dishonest with priya to be in an alliance with her? I dont know. I still just feel it was a weird development for him, not much was given for me to want to root for him other than hes nice and julias mean. His team ONLY wanted to see him take julia down and were mostly all priyas friends, not his.

Wayne…idk i feel like he was the easier winner choice because hes nice and likable. If caleb won ppl wouldnt be happy, same if julia won. Wayne gives the ability for a feel good kind of ending but also. Idk i feel of anything they should’ve had damien be the one in his place if they really wanted an underdog/nice person win? Wayne kind of didnt really do much of anything? I dont even think he won any challenges? And if he did then maybe just one. Damien WON some challenges. He’s nice. He’s an underdog. Like i feel it wouldve still been a good ending, maybe even a bit more satisfying and rewarding. I just think it was an odd choice to have wayne be the finalist.

originally i thought there was a missing catalyst we haven’t learned about that caused asra to change lucio into a goat. i don’t think that’s the case anymore.

literally everyone except faust has fucking memory loss, so i don’t really think anyone knows exactly what happened quite yet.

even julian has no idea if he killed the count. it would make sense that there has to be something so awful, maybe asra did a collective memory loss spell that even wiped his own? i have no idea. i don’t believe that he killed the count.

I don’t believe that lucio’s a dead man, since I think the devs once answered an ask that said “was there any changes in the original plan” and they were like “no surprisingly, it was the main 3 that we are writing currently and possibly the other 3″

maybe there was some kind of curse that turned lucio into that weird goat ghost thing, which means that either asra or mc might’ve done it since they’re the magicians?

i mean i wouldn’t be surprised if it turned out to be mc, since in book 6 there’s an exchange where asra doesnt want mc to call him master and mc’s like “but u are my master lmao” and asras like “i only gave back to you what you had lost” or some shit meaning perhaps mc was once more powerful than asra before they lost their memories

there’s also a possibility muriel’s a magician and mightve done something? but there’s also no proof of that since we’ve had three interactions with him, tops. we know he’s a former gladiator though.
