I take so many pictures of scenery and not many of myself bc I think I look so sickly in every picture and I really do because I really am lol
#chronic pain#chronic illness#great for that self esteem#not in just selfies but normal photos - I look like I’m dying since my skin is beyond pale and my already dark dark circles#became impossibly darker for the last two weeks where my mom begged me to use concealer bc I look like a zombie dying of liver cancer#apparently lol but seriously I think my illness is so fucked up rn in this weather ;( and I’ve had a cold or flu -#for the entire time bc I cannot heal from my meds and between the immunosuppressants that I am on and my autoimmune disease itself lowers my#immune system so when you put the two together and add travel / tight quarters / people not covering their mouths / cold&flu season#I cannot catch a break regarding my health#chronic illness fun#spoonie problems#tw body image#tw negativity#tw self loathing#immunosuppressed#spoonie
