To those new to the insanity, this is unfortunately one of those self-indulgent fics where the OC is central to the story, and ofc what’s a self-indulgent story without an MC to pair with OC? Sorry peeps, Marik/OC pairing. There is a slowburn enemies to lovers taking place in the later chapters between Atem and Yami B.|TKB if that’s of any consolation. Only canon that exists for this fic is Duelist Kingdom and Battle City arcs, with the occasional reference to Season 0 (I’m dub trash, deal with it). Ancient Egypt portion is entirely AU, as is the origins of the Yami spirits. No Yami/Hikari pairings due to the dynamics that I have placed them in. No card duels, because I suck at the game. Instead there are other game references, Ka summons, and magic. TW littered all throughout, but I try my best to mention them at the start of the chapter.

A bit late in the day for me to be posting a chapter update (forgot I had to work this morning), but here it is!

Chapter 67 of Yu-Gi-Oh: Tangled Web of Fate in now posted to FFN. Next week AO3 will be getting its grouping update.

Chapters 95-97 are now on both platforms! I have one more grouping that will be posted before the end of the month. Just waiting on final edits to be completed.

Chapters 93 and 94 have been posted to both platforms! Expect the next several chapters to be posted across the next week as I am trying to remove weekly posting from my overflowing plate of things. Holiday retail is already rearing it's ugly head, along with the last bit of stuff planned for Youmacon in a few weeks. I'm overwhelmed.
