Day 6 Yoga 🧘🏾♀️ This morning’s stretch was more than needed. I did not realize how tense and tight my body is. This was a real eye opener. I had more trouble getting through @selfliberatingsoul yoga class than @iamprx intense daily workouts!!!! I needed this release! This morning’s message was definitely a good one and one I needed to hear... “Don’t wait for something to happen to you to start taking care of yourself - You’ve got to take care of yourself now... in the moment”! You have to do for you before you can do for others... a lesson I’ve had to learn myself. This chapter of my story is all about me!
