I summed up in my head why I hate this year so much: way too many disappointments. From my new job not being able to open, to my two concerts and a jazz festival being canceled thanks to COVID, to not going to Six Flags for my birthday, to lastly barely seeing any of my friends at all this year. I tried to invite so many people to a private screening of Wonder Woman 1984, and it went horribly: only one of my friends was able to go. I never felt so lonely and disappointed for almost an entire year. This year absolutely sucks.
