The IBA wont say why they disqualified her, but they have a ton of ethical issues and Khelif was disqualified after she won a bout with a previously undefeated Russian boxer. The IBA has been banned from running Olympic boxing competitions because they have too many Russian mafia ties. A lot of people seem to have concluded that the IBA does genetic testing and determined that Khelif is biologically male, but there's no evidence of that.

She was born female. She was raised female.

Honestly I think a lot of this is people being queasy about girls punching each other to begin with and it's demeaning.
