In regards to Nicktoons Unite Team:

Short answer? - no, HoM crew doesn't know/wouldn't meet them.

Funny answer? - HoM!AU Danny still had (a sort of) adventures with Nicktoones Unite Crew, so he constantly makes off-hand remarks about them which confuses HoM Crew all the time, but Danny would never allow them to meet each other lol.

In regards to Lilo & Stitch:

Just a reminder that in Disney canon they are in the same universe as Kim Possible and American Dragon Jake Long. so ;))))

so while i have no plans/ideas about those interactions, you can assume that they are somewhere there in HoMverse lol.
