I just wanted to say I completely agree with your opinion btw. that anon makes no sense. why would we be talking about yt as a job in general when we are literally discussing the triplets? obviously we’re gonna be talking about THEIR job and what comes along with it which includes everything you mentioned. “I can’t believe i actually heed your words and followed you all the way here,” you scoffed and playfully slap you boyfriend’s shoulders, causing him to laugh while pulling your hands back into his.

The beach was serene as there wasn’t many people lingering around, only leaving the 2 of you sitting by the bench and enjoying the night breeze.

The whole getaway was impromptu — you were working from home and you picked up the phone call from you boyfriend who was supposed to be at his dorm with other members, hearing the latter asking you to pack some of your stuff and meet him downstairs in 1 hour.

You panicked because you still have plenty of work in hand but you were surprised by how Hyunjin reassured you by applying annual leave for you. Even though your head was filled with confusion, you still packed your stuff and met him on time.

On the way he was telling you about how hectic his schedules have been, hence the lack of time to meet you physically or even going on a date. Once in a blue moon he was given with 2 days break and so he decided to visit Oido island, including bringing you along.

“Well, do you like the scenery?” He pulled you closer to his embrace, one hand snaking around your waist and the other gently placing your head on his shoulders. He finished filming his vlog earlier and now you both can finally spend some couple time together in a new place.

“Yes i do, thankfully i came with you, work was driving me crazy,” you nudged a little closer to him, sniffing in his mild fragrant scent that is your all time favourite. You can always find peace in his arms, no matter where both of you go.

“We need a break babe, to walk further in life. We need to live life like a marathon, not a sprint,” his husky voice ringed beside your ears, soon feeling a soft kiss placed on your head by your lover.

“Hyun, shall we take a wefie together? It has been really long,” you whipped out your camera from your tote bag, waving slightly infront of him which caused him smiling from ears to ears.

“As expected, you are talented in everything,” you take back the camera, scanning through the photos he had taken, grinning at how the photos were perfectly captured.

“Even if i am talented in everything, i am still a baby infront of you,” he leaned in to peck your pink lips, staying on them for awhile before diving deeper to explore more of you.

You pulled away after awhile as your eyes caught someone walking pass, covering your face with both of your palms. squealing at how awkward it was to kiss in public and people seen it somemore.

“I don’t really care, as long as im with you,” he took your palms into his, pulling you back into his arms and shared with you how the night is beautiful and how he hope to stay with you as long as he can live.

this is an “alternative ending” around 15 years into the future and is heavily inspired by bo burnhams song ‘goodbye’ this doesn’t mean this is actually how the series is going to end im writing it now and including it as part of series as their friendship is already established i can confirm y/n and the group are going to have a happy ending when the series eventually comes to an end this also does not mean the series is anywhere near the end i plan on continuing the series as vlogs come out. i’m sorry HOWEVER i am currently writing how y/n made friends with everyone so you have that to look forward to. i am sorry to the new people who requested to be on the taglist as this is the first thing you’re being tagged in

it had been around 14 years since ranboo moved to the UK, a year after the day you all met, to be with you tommy and tubbo. you were all thriving; you were living with your best friends, were all some of the most watched creators, you were constantly making new memories with everyone. you even had a wall full of photos of you all from every adventure you had been on with a picture of ranboo poorly edited into the background which made you laugh as you passed the wall every day. almost every evening you would all watch something on the tv, often re watching your favourite tv shows. the past few months had been pretty rough, there were days you didn’t even want to leave the house. you and tommy would fight over the smallest things. for example, a few weeks ago you were both arguing about who was responsible for forgetting something whilst out shopping.

“you were supposed to remind me to get it!”

“i told you to make a fucking list tommy, how is this my fault?”

“because i told you to fucking remind me but you were too focused on playing around!”

“you’re not making any sense tommy!”

“oh fuck off, y/n! i don’t even want to look at you right now!”

“so long tommy i’ll see you when i see you!”

and with that you left to stay with jack until you were ready to go back home, it was around now you lost your love for streaming, however jack encouraged you to stream for a little while so you fans don’t think you’ve left them in the dark. 20 minutes into the stream you felt like you were slowly loosing power even though it hadn’t even been an hour into your stream. A week later you were still with jack, that’s when you got the notification from tubbo.

bo: y/n... we’re sorry we tried our best to make him stay

boo: y/n come home as soon as possible

*tommy has left the chat*

jack offered to drive you back home, which you gladly accepted. the ride was silent, the pair of you still trying to process what just happened, your friend of over 14 years had enough and left you all, until you finally spoke up your voice shaking as you tried not to cry.

“so this is how it ends heh?”

“well at least i’ll save fuel driving taking us all on adventures.”

“youre really joking at a time like this..”

“i was only trying to lighten the mood.. you know you’re being rather selfish not everything is about you. you’ve always been like this.”

“jack, i know you’re upset, i am too, please don’t take this out on me.”

“get out the car.”

“well stop the car then for fuck sake, i’m not getting injured because of you.”

as soon as jack pulled over, you got out and began the walk home, your vision became blurry due to the tears forming as you watched jack drive away. you ended up sitting in a cafe for a while to calm down. none of this felt real you pinched yourself, hoping to find out you were stuck in some nightmare. jack must have returned by the time you made it to the cafe as the community was now spamming questions on twitter asking why jack has now left and unfollowed everyone, followed by your mods telling you to check twitter. your fan base were hurt as their favourite streamers were falling apart and blocking each other. followed by them asking why you’ve not been streaming, you felt like you were going crazy as everyone else was able to stream and enjoyed doing so but you were struggling to stream with no one laughing in the background. you ended up sending a dm to your discord announcements knowing that they’ll share the news.

y/n: so long, goodbye for now. you guys have been extremely supportive over the past 15 years. however there is a lot going on right now (i’ll spare you all the details) i’m going to be taking a break for a while. after all does anybody want to joke when no one’s laughing in the background? i’m sure we’ll meet again, until then my loves!

10 minutes later you decided you should probably go home to the others, after all they’re all you have left.

“i promise to never go outside again.”

as soon as you walked into the house rather than being met with tubbo asking if you were okay, you were met with a notification.

ranboo pulled you as close as he could crying into the crook of your neck, you wrapped your arms around his waist as tubbo left the house. it felt like he took the happy memories with him. as soon as ranboo let go, you ran to your room locking the door trying to hide away from the situation, ranboo sat on the other side of the door not wanting to be alone.

“am i going crazy? would i even know? am i right back where i started 14 years ago?”

“y/n let me in.”

you unlocked the door and practically fell into ranboos arms, once you felt strong enough the pair of you sat on your bed, nothing could separate the pair of you right now, you both lost the people you cared about.

“i swear to god all i ever wanted was a little bit of everything all of the time. i’ve finished playing and i’m staying inside.”

“y/n i’m sorry..”

“im sorry too, ranboo, i guess this is the it.”

“at least we have each other.”

“and that fucking photograph wall.”

“that’s a problem for another night..please get some rest.”

it took a while but eventually you fell asleep in his embrace. you may have lost the others but at least one of your best friends stuck around.

i rolled my eyes at Jeff trying to make a move. of course he's into the same girl I am.

“its... not.” she laughs lightly but I can tell she's stressed. is it too early to tell her I already know her inside and out? am I crazy for watching all her interviews, tiktoks, and instagram stories? 

“im in a fog,” she looks to the ground. how are we already so compatible? “I want two more songs but im having trouble finding a conclusion to the story im telling. maybe there isn't one, I don't know.”

“what's the story you're trying to tell?” I ask feeling very brave and comfortable already.

“basically my current dating life.” she slightly blushes. “its so hard dating and every time I start to like a guy or I know of him and I already have a crush on him, it doesn't end well. and I have these little romances I write about but they all end in either piggy behavior or ghosting.” we laughed along with her. her smile was radiating.

“maybe I can help, do you wanna go to Charlie’s studio?” Benny asks her.

“you're an angel! yes! ill repay you in food.” she laughs. as they walk out, Im watching her. she moves so flawlessly. “hey, you can come too. might get something good for the vlog.” she smiles to me. my heart is beating out of my chest. she watches my videos or at least knows of me. “cool, thank you.” I say trying to remain calm. she also pulls Charlie in and he drapes his arm around her shoulder. they're just friends.

as we get seated in the room, Benny starts asking her questions. “so, we know what message you're giving but how are you delivering it for the album? what's the feeling? want to play us a song that captures the vibe?” 

“well I only have the instrumentals for the songs but I can play one live?” 

“great, lets do it.” Charlie smiled to her as he handed her a mic.

“don't post this anywhere, David” she warned.

she brought warmth to my cheeks. “nope, ill only use it as blackmail.”

her laugh was such a gift. I could tell jokes all day just to hear her laugh again. 

she played a beautiful song that was slow and powerful and all about heartbreak. it hurt to hear her go through that. then benny asked for another song. this one was more pop. like id hear it on the radio, but still deep. 

the rest of the night was them composing songs and some stupid jokes here and there. safe to say she's the most down to earth and funny person in the room. the fans will go crazy that im here with her. im going crazy that im here with her.

I spent the whole night in the studio with some amazing people. I found myself taking it all in and being so thankful for my life. ive known of David and watched his vlogs pretty frequently too, but being with him was a whole different experience. he gave great advice and genuinely helped me through some of my block. he gave a listeners point of view and had fresh ears. it was nice. he even offered to walk me to my car.

“I figured you'd have like a limo waiting for you outside or something.” he joked as we walked toward the street.

“nope, that's just youtubers.” I joked back.

he laughed, “ouch.” 

“thank you for your input tonight.” he chuckled. “no, I really mean it. I think I know exactly how I want to end the album.” I look into his eyes as my back is pushed against my car. 

“where's your mind at?” he looks back to me.

“loving myself. I know it sounds cliche, but isn't the greatest romance of all, the love you have for yourself? tonight was the most fun ive had, and it was just hanging out with friends talking about endless things.”

he nods as he takes my words in. “you're really secure with yourself. I like that. its going to be a great album.”

he leans in and for a moment I think he's going to kiss me which I don't need right now. then I see his hands go low to the handle of my car door and he opens it for me.

“oh, I can't take a hint, huh?” I joke with him.

“no, not at all. I just know you're excited to go home and write your new hit.” he says almost seriously.

“thank you” I whisper. “and also, can I get your number? id love to do something fun for the vlogs.”

Ref anon: I hope you can get help for that pain. Maybe a nerve is pinched? I'm really not sure about my future. I have a lot of hobbies but just work a shit customer service job. Getting motivation to do drawing at all is difficult let alone animate. Which is a great mental state to be in when my only plan for my whole life since childhood was animation. 🤷‍♀️

its tendonitis and im pretty sure the only way to get rid of it is to take a break from working which is obviously not possible so just gonna ignore it till i die i guess \o/

so yeah you struck a cord with me, this got long...

i cant help with motivation, i have too much of it. i lived with my grandparents for a year while grandpa was sick, and it was the first time they'd ever really seen me /work/ and even they were shocked. it really is constant - if i have twenty minutes and im not using it to draw its wasted time, you know? my first roommate here in LA was concerned too - she kept trying to get me to stop working and go out and back then my excuse was i didnt have a job and no money for going out, but really im just like that all the time. i try to balance it with seeing friends and social media and everyday shit like eating food, but its hard, my favorite people are the ones who will just sit and work with me lol! (or going out and working in places im not alone and quiet). i guess what im saying is...if its really your passion, is it not there all the time? i only ask because it took me a long time to realize that although i loved to analyze animation and watch it - the way i process art doesnt quite have what it takes to do that. we all love the end product, but just because the animation part is the most front facing part...doesn't mean that's necessarily where your actual passion might lie...if that makes sense? there's SO MUCH to do in the animation industry, its crazy. for me, i finally realized that all my obsessive energy revolved around character and especially faces, and i just started focusing on that. i would much rather be concepting a wide variety of characters than spending a whole year animating about one minute of a two hour movie.

that said there's also the sad reality that some people have had doors open more easily than others. i feel you about being stuck in a retail job you feel wasted in :( im sorry you are in that position. i hope you are able to make a change, but i understand just how fucking /trapped/ that can be. watching life slip by into nothingness while the tiny snatches of meaning only happen during off hours and scraped together seconds of free time. one of the biggest ironies though is that this is how a lot of original animators felt about dsn*y. i mentioned that on my road trip i stayed with the son of an animator who worked on snow wh*te - he wasnt one of the 9 old men but he was their contemporary and friend, and the animator took the job just to make money off his art. animation just wasnt his full passion and he eventually quit, moved up north, and started experimenting with helicopters and boe*ng lol. 

and in reverse of that, as i grew up with a father and a grandfather who worked for boe*ng and the US space program, ALL my open doors were flight and space related - my cousin currently works for N A S A and my other cousin for boe*ng - they took the doors but i didnt want anything to do with it. it took years for my grandpa to finally come to terms with the fact that my passion for art was as strong as his passion for airplanes. he grew up a farm boy daydreaming about flying, and had to take a circuitous route to finally get there - army, college, mechanical engineering, finally rockets. he gave my dad and me all the chances grandpa would have wanted as a kid - my dad took them - i didnt want any of it. i would much rather have had those chances that the animator got.

and then of course there are the institutionalized gates - barriers against entry for women, minorities, LGBQT, people without money...its a LOT to fight against. which is of course why we celebrate the exceptional people who DO break through those barriers and succeed despite it all. but it can be demoralizing to be on the other side of those barriers. demoralizing is too soft a word. i dont think there is a word for how much it can hurt.

some wisdom that might help: randy pa*usch's last lecture - he is a white male who definitely does not understand the race/sex 'walls', but he makes good points, and also he came at the animation industry sideways for very similar reasons - through education and research rather than the traditional job promotion route. and then someone closer to my own age/time: justin scar*ed - i dont mean his road trip videos, i mean the old vlogs from 3-6 years ago when he was 31 divorced and depressed and realizing he had to release himself from his own pressure of his music career. his quest for positivity is an interesting concept, and i sympathized with that feeling of your life taking a direction you didnt chase after but somehow ends up being the thing you were actually looking for the entire time. if you want a success story there’s always my favorite: steve aok*. he went against everything that was set up for him in life and still made it work ^_^ (of course of these three, guess who also grew up the rich kid lol). or norman re*dus who quite literally accidentally became a model and successful actor. im paraphrasing this horribly, but my impression was that as a teenager he was selling shitty cat paintings on the streets of paris - which sounds romantic but miserable at the same time - and then followed a girl to california, got a crappy job in a motorcycle shop, went to a party and yelled at some people from a balcony, landed his first stage role...and eventually created the character of daryl and finally got the chance to have his genius really shine. (sometimes i wonder though, if it was frustrating to end up being famous for acting rather than art which was arguably his true passion?)

y/n would usually jump on the idea of being in a video with two of her best friends- jeff and zane -but she had a photoshoot she needed to get over with because she has been pushing it back for ages. the last video they all did together was one of the most viewed videos on y/n’s channel. everyone said their chaotic and crackhead energy all evened out with one another. which they all knew was true, their jokes always bounced off each other. that's all y/n and jeff heard that all the time before they started dating, that they were a perfect match and continue to hear it to this day. 

she decided to pick wraps from hat favorite shop near jeff's apartment. y/n had just finished her shoot and was heading over to her boyfriend’s to hang out with him and zane before they all went to david's for the night. when she to jeff's they were still finishing up the video for his channel.

“oh wow, look who decided to show up.” jeff said, pointing to y/n. reggie turned the camera towards the girl, who just scowled and threw her middle fingers before walking to the kitchen to put the food in the fridge. “and she brought food!” 

zane turned around in the chair to face y/n. “y/n/n, baby! help me, please, look what he did to me, he's making my hairline recede even more than it already was!” he shouted, thrashing around in the chair causing jeff to have to pause on fixing certain stops. y/n laughed as the two started bickering about zane’s whining. soon getting bored with their fussing, she made her way to jeff's room to change into something cozier than the outfit she had to wear for the shoot, she felt as though the material was stabbing her skin and could feel herself already growing extremely itchy. 

david had texted the groupchat to come early and bring a swimsuit which never led to anything good or safe but no one ever seemed to question and y/n would not be the first. the three of them all headed to david's, zane was driving but y/n and jeff were in a very intense game of cup pong. the winner got to choose dinner and the loser had to pay.

when they arrived at david’s house everyone was there except alex and nick. inside they were many drinks scattered around- as usual -and a few people y/n didn't recognize, she figured they were here to set up david's miraculous plan. everyone was supposed to carpool to motley lake because they were going to be using the giant hill for a slip n’ slide. y/n loved the water, this was probably one of the first of david's idea she wasn't hesitant about, which says a lot for all the ideas that come from him. 

the set up was perfect, the huge line of tarp expanded down the hill, the sunset, and the water. jeff, y/n, zane, heath, and mariah stopped by the store to get floaties, oils, and soaps. the floaties were zane and y/n’s idea. 

everyone was now gathered at motley with the proper essentials, they were ready to start the video. y/n wore one of the new bikinis she got with carly, erin, and suzy a few weeks ago on their monthly shopping trip. she hadn't had the chance to wear it yet and it was probably the sturdiest swimsuit owned.

“baby! get in the donut with me!” zane shouted at y/n, who was talking to erin and mariah. she had no intentions of going first and the entire slide somehow collapsing in on itself- that was zanes thing. but despite her doubt, she hopped on the back of the tube, letting todd and heath push them over the edge. the anticipation of getting down the slide was worse than coming in contact with the lake, even though y/n completely flew out of the floaty into the air as they reached the bottom. 

jeff ran over to y/n as she got closer to the top of the hill. “are you okay?” he asked, a concerned look on his face, he scanned her entire body to check for any injuries and her bikini straps before throwing a towel around her shoulders. he always worried about her when she did all the crazy stuff with zane or for david's vlog because she is the clumsiest and most oblivious person he's ever met. she will basically do anything anyone asked of her because of her kind and reckless nature. 

“did you see that!” y/n flung her arms around in the air, she had a huge rush of adrenaline from the slide but the longer she had both of her feet planted on the ground the faster she was starting to crash from that same rush. “actually i think i need to sit down,” she said, allowing jeff to lead her to the peak of the hill and set her down next to david who had his camera pointed straight at them. y/n’s heavy breathing attracted the attention of Jason and Josh- the parents of the group. josh plucked the towel off of her shoulders to inspect her back to see a dark red, raging rash along her upper back. he then moved around back to her front, he gently grabbed her chin to look at her eyes before instructing y/n to open her mouth. her tongue was swollen. “y/n, you’re having an allergic reaction.” Josh said calmly. “what are you allergic to?” she tried to speak but couldn’t from the coughing and heavy breathing. by now the entire group as circled around them trying to see what was wrong with their friend. 

natalie pushed past the crowd to get next to jeff. “she’s allergic to bees,” she burst out, watching as jeff and zane share a look but natalie decided to ignore it to focus on y/n. “we should take her to the hospital unless someone has an epipen.” after a few seconds in the silence jeff picked up his girlfriend, hurrying to carry her to his car. he explained the prank he pulled on zane for his video that he didn’t know she had a bee allergy. 

david, jason, josh, natalie, todd, and zane all piled into jeff’s car to travel with y/n to the ER. jason constantly told jeff he was an idiot the entire ride there. y/n was in between natalie and todd in the backseat, she had started wheezing soon after they got in the car, only adding to the coughing and heavy breathing. 

jeff didn’t even park the car before getting out to take y/n in the hospital, as soon as he stepped foot in the building he was shouting to nurses to get the sick girl help. they acted quickly, helping jeff get her into a room before they immediately started getting her on oxygen and got her an epi-shot. everyone was forced out of the room so they had room to treat on y/n. 

“jeff, calm down. the doctor said we got her here in time, she’s going to be okay.” natalie told a frantic jeff who hadn’t stopped pacing since they got kicked out. she has been trying to calm him down for about thirty minutes but nothing has helped. he can’t help but like this entire situation was his fault, even though he didn’t know. he was completely shaken by events of the day. 

when they were finally allowed back in, y/n was asleep due to the sedative they gave her to stabilize her body down from the shock. she looked absolutely pitiful hooked up to all the machines, even though they were only for vitals and to watch her heart and lungs. natalie, jason, and david were quick to excuse themselves to find food and water for everyone when y/n woke up- they were really trying to let jeff and y/n have space, zane and todd didn’t get the memo. 

“did you know she was allergic to bees?” jeff question his two friends left in the room with him. he needed to know to ease his mind that he wasn’t the only clueless moron who didn’t know she was allergic to freaking bees. 

zane and todd shook their heads no. “she never told me anything.” todd replied. 

running his fingers through his hair, a long, heavy sigh escaped jeff’s lips. “fuck, i just feel so stuid. it’s really messing me up, man. y/n could have died and it would’ve been my fault, the one person i can’t live without could have died on my hands.” he paused, looking at all the equipment attached to her. “i’ve seen and heard a lot of shit but this really fucks me up, you know.” todd put a comforting hand on jeff’s shoulder, he felt for him, jeff wasn’t one to show much emotion so to see him this shaken up makes him upset. 

“it was all of us, jeff. we all agreed on the prank, we didn’t know but i don’t think she blames you,” zane told his friend, his eyes trailing to an awake y/n behind him. jeff followed his gaze to his girlfriend who had tears building in her eyes. his mind immediately went to bad reasons of why she was upset but he was so, so wrong. zane and todd hurriedly gave y/n a hug before making their way out the room to let the couple talk. 

jeff opened his mouth to speak but y/n cut him off before he could ramble out a ton of apologies. “first off, i’m not mad, i could never be mad at something so innocent. i mean, i didn’t even tell you- or anyone for that matter. which now i see was stupid but i never thought i would run into many bees in LA. secondly, what you said- that was so fucking sweet, like really fucking sweet. no one in my life has cared about me the way you do and i couldn’t say thank you enough.” she bit her lip to try and conceal her sob but it came out anyway. “and i- i really love you for it, for everything. god, i probably will never be mad at you so anything. i would end up in a million hospitals just to hear you say those things again.” everything she said was true, y/n loved him and what better time to tell him than in the ER. his silence was setting a bad feeling in the pit of her chest though, many doubtful thoughts rushing through her head. had she said the wrong thing? was it too soon? did he hate her for not telling him about the allergy? “please say something or do something- just anything. p-please.” 

“you love me?” he asked.

“yeah, i really fucking love you,” she exclaimed, another sob leaving her lips. the twinkle in jeff’s eye could be seen from a mile away. he swiftly made his way to the bed, bringing y/n in for an embrace, he maintained the urge to squeeze and never let go ever again. they held each other for ages, they were the people in the building- in the world right now.

jeff lifted his head from the crook of her neck. “i really fucking love you too.” he said before bringing her into a long, passionate kiss which was interrupted by their friends joining them in the room once again.

Most of the time being apart of David’s crazy ass friend group meant complete and utter chaos. Everything was absolutely crazy at all times. David’s camera flash was blocking out light while everyone was loud and being complete fools. For once, you were excited for a vlog idea. You had proposed as a joke to buy an enormous hot tub because I mean, who wouldn’t want to relax in a hot tub? With that idea, an inflatable hot tub was bought within minutes. What could you say, the perks of being friends with them means they’ll go for any outrageous ideas. This was just one of the few ones that benefited you. While you didn’t want to be recorded in your swimsuit, you were at least happy to be sitting in a hot tub. You also bribed some wine out of the boys which Natalie and Corinna were happy about. After a couple weeks, the night finally came for the hot tub party. You were excited, but couldn’t help but to feel a little nervous sitting in your bikini. David agreed to pick you up since you were going to drink and he didn’t want you to worry about a ride home, so he offered to pick you up and drop you off. As much as you wished he would of offered for you to stay the night, you were at least thankful that he was a kind enough friend to let you drink and be your D.D. 

It was finally time and David had just pulled up. You rushed out of your house and into his car in excitement. You had your bikini in your bag ready to go. 

“Hey, y/n,” David grinned as you flopped into his front seat. Luckily, the night hid the slight flush of your cheeks as you sat.

“Hi,” you smiled back, buckling up quickly.

“Well someone is in a rush,” David laughed loudly, beginning to drive.

“Listen, there’s wine and a freaking hot tub, this is any girls dream,” you responded back. “Honestly, I would tell you to speed since you can afford a ticket, but I am a law abiding citizen,” you added, with a joking attitude.

“Anything for you, princess,” David joked, shaking his head. Without trying, he made your heart skip a beat. This was an ongoing joke between the both of you. David joked that you were like a princess since you wanted your way, and usually got it.

“Listen here! Just because I don’t put up with no bullshit and follow some rules does not make me a princess!” you exclaimed with a smile.

“That is exactly what a princess would say,” David smirked, turning of the music slightly.

“Don’t think I don’t notice you turning up the music to tune me out,” you scoffed, trying not to laugh.

“Oh, I’m sorry. Would you like me to turn that down? Is it too loud for you, princess?” David teased, biting back a smile.

You gasped and crossed your arms over your chest dramatically. “Just for that, I’m not sharing my wine with you. And no you keep blasting the music, because I AM NOT A PRINCESS,” you said the last part loudly.

“I couldn’t drink the wine anyway cause I have to drive you home because you are a princess,” David responded, matter of factly.

“Okay, you offered the ride!” you exclaimed. He just kept driving, laughing and shaking his head at you. By this time, you had reached his house. Both of you peeled yourselves out of his car and headed into his house. Much to your happiness, you saw Zane and Matt, whom you haven’t seen in awhile. You rushed up to Matt and gave him a bear hug.

“Ugh, Matt, I missed you!” you smiled, as he hugged back.

“I missed you too,” he responded, kindly. Zane stood there with is lips pursed.

“Well fuck me then, shit. Guess you didn’t miss me,” Zane said, rolling his eyes. Quickly, you left Matt’s arms to wrap your arms around Zane’s neck dramatically. 

“I missed you so much, Zane. I haven’t see Matt in weeks and I saw you last week, but I missed you so much!” you squealed, jokingly. Matt laughed from next to you and Zane finally hugged you back.

“That’s better,” he exclaimed. After a small hug, you both pulled away.

“So, now that I have my two favorites, let’s start drinking,” you smiled.

“This is why I actually miss you for the week I didn’t see you,” Zane smiled. already heading to the kitchen to find the alcohol. Matt followed quickly behind. You giggled and shook your head at them. As you walked in further, you saw David lingering in the kitchen. 

“I didn’t get that reaction when I came to pick you up,” David said, sassily. A slight laugh left you.

“I saw you like three days ago, David,” you responded, heading over to the wine bottles on the counter.

“And I’m the one who is driving you home tonight so I deserved a hello like that,” David exclaimed, jokingly. 

“David, if you want a hug from y/n, just ask nicely. No need to be jealous,” Zane joked, making your breathe hitch in your throat. You felt the familiar feeling of your face becoming flushed. 

“I was just joking, Zane,” David laughed, slightly awkwardly. As you looked at him, you noticed a slight blush on David’s cheeks.

"Oh, so you don't want one of my hugs? That's fine, they're too good for you anyway," you shrugged, jokingly, trying to cover up the awkwardness. Quickly, you came over to the wine bottle and poured some into your wine tumbler. "Also, this is my wine bottle!" you said, hugging it tightly to your chest. "I will not be sharing," you added, looking directly at Zane. He pretended to be offended and you shrugged. Zane had already started drinking and so did Matt. In the other room you saw Corinna and Natalie. With your wine bottle in one hand and wine tumbler in the other, you headed over to them.

"Hey, boos," you smiled, sitting down next to them happily. The couch had been pushed in the way corner to make room for the hot tub. Todd and Jeff were loudly in the other corner and Heath and Mariah had just walked in. They both said hi with a big smile.

"We were just talking about you!" Corinna exclaimed.

"Me?" you laughed, beginning to sip your wine.

"Yeah, we think something is up with David and you," Natalie said, bluntly. You choked on your wine the second you heard those words come out of her mouth.

"W-what?" you stuttered out, gulping down another sip of wine.

"I can't explain it, there's just something there," Corinna said, pursing her lips at you. Your face once again began to flush and you could see the smirks taking over both of their faces.

"There's nothing going on," you said, continuing to sip your wine to try and calm your nerves.

"You look guilty," Natalie said, knowingly.

"Seriously," you said, keeping a straight face.

"Nothing? At all?" Corinna asked, not believing you.

"Well nothing is going on between him and I. Just friends," you mumbled out. Without realizing, your face gave away all the information they needed.

"Do you like him?" Natalie asked, grinning.

"No!" you exclaimed. Your eyes scanned the room, nervously. Luckily no one was paying attention.

"Listen, if you do, you know you can tell us," Corinna said, smiling.

Groaning, you chugged the rest of your wine tumbler. Both of them stared at you with furrowed brows and amused faces. "Look, of course there's like a little crush. I mean doesn't everyone have a little crush on David?" you spoke, quietly. Immediately after you spoke, you started to throw the wine bottle back, letting the wine try to calm your nerves.

"I fucking knew it," Corinna said, with a huge smile.

"I hate you both," you breathed out, biting your lip.

"First of all, not everyone has a little crush on David. Don't try to make it not seem important," Natalie said.

"It's not," you whined out, scrunching your face in frustration. "Let's not talk about it. It's one sided and the more I talk about it, the more awkward it is and then I will be awkward all night and I don't want that. I want wine and a hot tub," you rambled out.

"What if it's not one sided?" Natalie said, tilting her head and raising her eyebrows at you.

"Exactly," Corinna added.

"Except it is. I don't want to consider it and get my hopes up and make everything weird," you sighed. Before they could argue any longer, you heard the boys start to become louder.

"Hot tub time," Zane sang out, excitedly. You were the only one not changed besides David. After that conversation, you needed more wine, so you threw your head back and began to chug the bottle. In the background, you could hear Zane and Matt cheering you on. Once you got up, you felt slightly dizzy for a couple seconds. You grinned at Zane and Matt and took your bag back towards the bathroom. David was coming out of his bedroom, still fully dressed.

"Why aren't you in a swimsuit?" you asked, confused, definitely starting to feel the effects of all the wine you chugged.

"I'm filming," David laughed, holding up his camera. He had changed into a yellow shirt and now had a hat on his head. The only thing you could focus on was how good he looked right then.

"Well, that's lame," you bluntly spoke, leaning against the wall on the opposite side of the hall.

"Does the princess not approve?" he joked, laughing.

"I'm not a princess," you whined, over this joke. "You just have this cool hot tub in your house and you're not even going to go in! That's lame."

"Well, I have to get some footage," he said. "Everyone's going to be drunk soon and we bought a fucking ginormous inflatable hot tub. It needs to be documented." You shook your head before continuing down the hall a couple feet to the bathroom. David stood in the same spot staring at you. "Are you drunk already?" David asked, with a huge smile on his face, when you looked, you saw his camera facing towards you.

"Don't worry bout it, sweetheart, don't worry bout it!" you exclaimed back, giggling at yourself for quoting that vine. He laughed loudly in response before you flicked him off and closed the bathroom door. Once the door was closed, you began to change into your swimsuit. The second it was on, you looked up to the mirror to see yourself. Nervously, you looked over yourself. It wasn't a common occurrence to be in a bikini in front of everyone. Actually, you never had been before. Something about it made you nervous. Finally, you exhaled and folded your clothes up and picked up your bag. There was noise coming from the living room as you padded towards it. No one noticed you at first, but once you started to set your clothes and bags on the couch, Zane and Corinna began exclaiming at you. David stood while everyone else had gotten in the tub. Every part of you tensed when everyone was looking at you. Zane and Corinna were hyping you up with the best intentions, but you felt yourself start to panic. With the wine bottle in your hand, you tried to laugh away the feeling.

As you looked at everyone, shaking your head, your eyes met David. He was looking right at you. His teeth were biting his bottom lip so hard, you thought he was going to make it bleed soon. His eyes scanned you up and down and you could feel your whole body become hot all over. One of the boys loud noises broke your eye contact. Both of you looked over to see Zane drowning in the hot tub, making you burst out laughing. David's camera was trained on him immediately. Music bumped through the house as you began to sip your wine again. Finally, you climbed into the pool next to Corinna. Todd was sat next to Natalie, making her roll her eyes constantly.

"So we can't talk about David eye fucking you?" Corinna asked as your body began to relax in the hot water.

"What are you talking about?" you asked. If you admitted to what Corinna was saying, you would end up doing something very ballsy since you were starting to really feel the wine.

"You both literally had the longest eye contact I've ever seen go on, and he definitely wasn't just looking at your eyes," Corinna said, smirking. It was no use arguing with her, so you shook your head and focused on everyone else.

Hours passed and to say you were tipsy would be an understatement. Everyone had pretty much filed out and Natalie headed out somewhere, so it was just you in the hot tub. David had just closed the door behind Zane as his uber got here. He walked back towards the living room where you were sat comfortably in the hot tub.

"David!" you exclaimed, giggling. He laughed and shook his head at you.

"I'll be right back," David replied, grabbing his camera and heading down the hallway. You quietly sat and continued to sip your wine. David came out a couple minutes later shirtless and in swim trunks. Without meaning to, your eyebrows raised at him.

"Whatcha doing?" you asked, watching him walk towards you. He held two towels in his hand.

"Getting in the hot tub," he replied, stepping in. "Not being lame anymore," he added, making you laugh loudly.

"I may never leave this tub," you replied, throwing your head back. David sat next to you and tried to take the wine out of your hand. "Hey!" you exclaimed, looking at him.

"y/n, you don't need anymore wine," he laughed, as he held it in his hand. Your bottom lip jutted out as you pouted. He looked at you as he took. a big sip.

"You can't drink! You have to drive me home, David!" you screamed, trying to grab the wine out of his hand.

"Do you want to go home?" David asked. The question caught you off guard and your face changed to confusion.

"What?" you asked, not understanding.

"Or do you want to crash here?" he asked. His eyes were staring at you and the glass of wine had disappeared. His body slowly started to come closer to you.

"I can crash on the couch if that's easier for you," you said, staring at him. With the heat from the hot tub and the way David was staring at you, your heart was beating out of your chest.

"Or you can stay in my bed," David started, moving even closer to you. By now, his hand was grazing your shoulder and his legs were almost touching yours. "I'll take the couch," he finished, looking you up and down. That made sense. The fact you almost thought he was going to invite you to sleep with him like out of the blue? Stupid. You nodded, feeling your eyes become tired. With the warmth of the water, you let your eyes close for a minute and relax into the tub further. Once your eyes were closed, you felt something brush some hair out of your face. When you opened your eyes, you saw David with his hand on your cheek. "You are so beautiful," David mumbled, looking at you with his lip tugged between his teeth. "Such a pretty girl," he continued, looking your up and down. Your mouth parted slightly as you began to breathe uneasily. He can't just say that in a friendly way right? Or are you drunk and reading in to it too much?

"David," you breathed out, blinking to see if you were losing it. "I'm drunk," you blurted out.

"Like too drunk to remember tonight?" he asked, taking his hand away from your cheek.

"Well, no, but I'm," you couldn't find the words to finish a coherent thought.

"That's good, princess," David said. This time, he didn't say it in a joking manner. There was no laugh after. This time you didn't even fight him on it either because truthfully, it sounded so nice. "Do you know how beautiful you are?" David asked, turning his body to face yours so his face was lined up with yours. Your skin felt like it was burning all over with his words. "Like, you are so pretty, when you came out earlier, just wow." The way he was looking at you made your whole body melt.

"David," you exhaled, gulping nervously. "You can't talk like this," you whispered.

"Why not?" David asked, moving closer to you.

"I'm drunk and I will act on impulse," you mumbled out, continuing to look at him.

"That doesn't sound bad to me," he responded, letting his fingers trail on your shoulder and up your neck to your cheek.

"David," you groaned, feeling the tension building between you two. Once you let his name out, David was leaned into you, his lips hovering right over yours.

"I'm not drunk, but I'm going to act on my own impulse," David whispered, making your whole body tense. Without any hesitation, his lips crashed against yours roughly. Although the initial part of the kiss was rough, he began to slow it down. His lips moved against yours gently as his hand snaked its way down to hold your waist. Both of you moved in harmony and before your mind could process, he was pulling your body to straddle his lap without breaking the kiss. Both his hands found their way to your waist as you continued to kiss. There was no fight for dominance since David was in charge the whole time. You just followed his lead. Your fingers made their way up to entangle in his hair, gripping the ends every time your fingers ran through them.  He finally pulled away to leave a trail of kisses down your neck and to your collarbone, making your whole body melt into him.

After some time, you pulled away, with ragged breathing. "David," you whispered.

"Like I said, such a pretty girl," he whispered, biting his bottom lip.

"What the hell was that?" you asked, in a complete daze.

"I-well," David paused for a second, leading a stray hair of yours behind your ear, and letting his thumb rub your cheek gently. "Honestly, you just came out looking so gorgeous in your swimsuit, I couldn't control myself anymore."

"Anymore?" you asked, looking at him, confused.

"You think all this just started tonight?" David asked, laughing. "This has been built up for months. Every time I see you, you're so beautiful and I cant focus on anything else besides you," David finished, pressing a small kiss to your nose.

"Well, shit I guess Corinna was right," you whispered out, making David look at you confused. "Well, uh, earlier, she asked if anything was going on between us and I said no and she thought so, and I admitted of course I liked you, I mean everyone likes. Every girl likes you," you rambled out, making David laugh loudly. "Okay, so I didn't say it as romantic as you," you grumbled out.

"I think it was adorable," David smiled. "So why don't we get out and get you in bed? You've been in here for way too long," he laughed out. Dramatically, you stood up, wobbling slightly from the alcohol. David stood up as well and grabbed the towels. Both of you climbed out and began to dry yourselves off.

"Do you still have to sleep on a couch?" you asked, jutting out your lower lip to pout. This made David laugh loudly. He came over to you and wrapped his arms around you.

"No," he said, pressing a kiss to your forehead and your body leaned on his. With your head against his chest, your eyes began to close. "Alright, let's get you to bed," he laughed out, seeing you get comfy. Sighing, you stood up and walked to his room behind him. He handed you some dry clothes of his and left the room for you to change, going to change himself. Right when you opened the door, he was waiting outside. His eyes looked you up and down and huge smile overtook his face.

"What?" you asked, puckering your lips.

"You look so adorable right now," he responded, shaking his head. You shuffled over and went into his warm embrace. "Alright, princess, let's get you in bed," he spoke up after a couple moments. You couldn't hide the smile that overtook you as you both headed into his bed. Without hesitation, he pulled your into his arms and you happily cuddled into his warm arms. The alcohol had left you more tired than you thought you'd be. Before you knew it, you started to doze off to the sound of David's breathing.
