You deserve to have another sip of water, another sight of whomever you love, that satisfaction when you finish something. You deserve it all and more and I'm so proud of you.

Even if you feel like you're not gonna get better, trust me, you will. You've hit lows and you've hit highs, but you're still here! You will rebound and adjust and adapt, because healing is not a linear status.

It is so... human to heal. I can't explain the feeling, but it brings me so much joy to see people are doing good or better or have reached a long life time dream.
