literally thinking of deleting every social media from my phone and go to a mental hospital for some rest
#ive been inactive lately since my mental illnesses have been kicking my ass#ive lost all motivation to do anything#even writing poetry and drawing have lost its appeal to me#im thinking of reaching out to a psichologist or psychiatrist or just some other mental health specialist to get some help because im#spiralling more and more and everything is a blur#and i just keep scaring myself and making myself feel disgusted with how i treat my family with me lashing out on them#im just so sick of this shit#and my mental health is so bad that its starting to affect my fucking physical health as well#i just need help but im such a pussy for never trying to reach out
