I’m not sure about the premise, but DEFINITELY it ends in murder.

Someone posted a major spoiler during one of your liveblogs. The two of you track them down seeking revenge. It turns out it was the original creator of the series trying to stop you. For some reason Holligay is a CGI badger.

It's clearly a buddy cop movie, and like all good buddy cop movies, it ends with Doc almost dying, and you saving her, and slapping her wound in the hospital as the credits roll.

It ends as it began: with Holligay roasting you.

A straight detective and her lesbian partner have to solve the case of the missing cinnamon buns. It ends with nobody getting the guy OR the girl and you drive off into the sunset together, perps behind bars sans cinnamon buns.

I don't know what it's about but I know it will be the only movie that ever existed.

Master Hot Pocket seeks BREAD. His friend and loyal companion, Mina-pup, acts as a distraction, as he has learned the humans are easily distracted by cute. While she does her sworn duty as Best Friend and Cutest Goodest Girl, probably with lolling tongue and glee at all the pets she receives, he picks the locks on the newly childproofed pantry, and Master Howard H. Pocket FEASTS AS NO CAT HAS BEFORE.

Open every container, leave none unmarked. Mina is the lookout who greets whoever comes and is completely ineffective at her job.

TAKE ALL THE FLOUR. Do it straight from the source: FlourCo Inc. What does a 10-pound cat do with eighty thousand tons of flour? If you can't figure that out, there's a reason he's the brains of this outfit. Mina would obviously be the bumbling lovable distraction to security or other people.

Bread. Mina is The Face who provides distraction to the Keepers of the Bread by walking up to them and being herself. Mina has absolutely no idea that Hot Pocket is using her in this manner because Hot Pocket is that Machiavellian, but Mina is a pocket full of sunshine in canine form and probably would just be happy to help out.

Hot Pocket knows that no mammal of the floor believes in flour anymore. It went away a long time ago. It doesn't exist. But what he also knows is that they're wrong. A lack of opposable thumbs won't hide the truth from him. He'll find the stash, and when he does, he'll stick his paw in it. Mina, with her limited climbing skills, will lick its remains from his claw and prove his discovery. As well as provide a warm place to curl up on for the aftermath of their adventure.

His goal is to sample every edible thing he can get his teeth on. Mina pulls triple duty as step stool, distraction, and scape goat

mina's role would be the "dopey" but talented best friend who it looks like HP is going to betray for the sake of the plan but then it all comes together when HP mounts a dramatic rescue. i dunno i'm still in film mode from that last one.

The Holy Bread Locked Within the Cupboard. Mina would be the distraction, but she'd forget what she was supposed to be distracting from and end up leading you to him.

I'm new here and don't know all the complex lore of Jetwolf(fairly sure Mina is dog), so I'm going to assume that Hot Pocket is an actual hot pocket and his heist is robbing Fort Knox using Mina as his loyal stead/get away car. Then he explodes a microwave or something.

It would be to get whatever food you've left on the counter. Preferably bread. He would tell Mina that he'll give her some of she acts as a distraction. She's a good dog so she does. He's a cat so she gets no food.

ford is teaching dipper magic....and instead of a true love’s kiss that’s how he wakes paz (maybe?)

the northwests made a deal w bill like in the most famous version of rumplestilskin but instead of wanting paz for himself he just wanted to steal her body at 16

so when they lose the deal they ask for help from ford and ford’s like “yo i can maybe change the deal??? a little bit???” so instead of bill taking her over when he goes to she falls asleep

so dipper wasnt supposed to wake her up but he found her and fords notes and he and mabel went on an adventure

so stan has to leave mabel and dipper in the woods (idk y it wasnt for long the twins are just impatient) so stan disappears and the twins are like “lETS EXPLORE THE WOODS”

they come across some creepy old house w a lot of spiderwebs (can u guess the villain yet?)

an older woman comes out and is like “why are you guys lost in the forest?”

mabel points to the glitter trail “we’re not lost”

dipper looks behind them ‘mabel!!! where’s all the glitter?!”

(ACTUALLY MAYBE ITS YARN???)

so they lose the trail

meanwhile stan is losing his fucking mind

he follows the stray glitter but it’s blown all over

he feels ��LOST IN THE WOOOOODDDS!!!”

so the old lady offers for them to stay the night bc its getting late

dipper is SUPER sus but he plays it cool surprisingly

mabel is So In!

long short...stan eventually saves them from darlene’s trap

usually shes just a maneater but look

when u live in the woods u do what u can

so stan hauls them back to their cottage

dipper knew there was weird shit out there but he wants MORE

he starts going through his great-uncle’s journals (*cue the dipper squee*)

he reads about bill and his deal w paz’s parents

he’s like....’maybe we should rescue her?’

ford wont tell him why they cant

so dipper and mabel sneak out

they steal the grunkles’ boat

mabel falls over board???

dipper tries like HELL to save her

but then he sees mermando save her

SO MABEL IS SAVED BY MERMANDO!!!

gideon (who had long-loved mabel from afar) finds out

he visits the merman to trick him

all mabel remembers is his voice

so YES mermando trades his voice for legs just like the movie

sue me okay w his distinct accent it makes sense!!!

so the twins get sidetracked bc mermando shows up out of nowhere

they dock on a small island for a pit stop and thats when ‘kiss the girl’ happens

they dont kiss so they move on

they dock on another stretch of land the next day

AND GIDEON APPEARS

the twins have only heard about him from their grunkles so mabel hears his voice and goes *heart eyes*

mermando is Distressed

dipper is Focused on getting to this sleeping princess

mabel makes fun of him for liking her

SO GIDEON HAS MERMANDOS VOICE!

at one point dipper catches him w/o the amulet that makes him sound like mermando

and he tells mabel and its kinda like “the hand that rocks the mabel” or whatever the ep was called

it takes dipper and mermando being threatened (and gideons voice slipping) for her to catch on and she breaks up w him

dipper wants to throw him overboard

they just leave him on the next inhabited island they find

mermando got his kiss but decides to go back to the ocean anyway

he promises to write

mabel is Sad

SO BACK TO OUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED ADVENTURE!

the twins come across a land near the one paz is on and decide to stop for food and to stretch their legs and other hygiene things

they find out there’s some archery thing going on and mabel is like ’ooooh can we try?!’

turns out its for neighboring kingdoms’ princes to win a princess

mabel and dipper think this is RIDICULOUS so they crash it

mabel steps up to shoot and everyone’s like ‘wHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?’

then dipper steps up beside her. neither of them have shot a bow before

they shoot at the same time. mabel’s like thisclose to the bullseye. dippers too far right

THEN!!! PRINCESS WENDY COMES OUT OF NOWHERE

DIPPER AND MABEL ARE IN AWE OF THIS VALKYRIE. THEYRE BOTH READY FOR HER TO KILL THEM BC THEY THINK ITLL BE AWESOME

but wendy is like ‘ACTUALLY ILL SHOOT FOR MYSELF THANKS’ and splits like three arrows down the middle w her accuracy

she looks at mabel and dipper and is like ‘u dudes look fun! ive never seen u before who are u???’

and they’re like ‘WELL!’ and launch into detail about their adventure w overlapping voices and sound affects and VAST description

anyways. i cant decide how old people are rn okay

so wendy is like “hey dad??? im going on an adventure w these guys!” and her dad is like “unusual but u DID just win ur own hand. so ill allow it”

“YES! can i take soos too?!”

“sure!”

sO THEYRE OFF AGAIN!!! lemme tell u the ship is filling faST!!!

they get to paz’s land. and the first thing they find is a girl in a tower with long purple hair.

everyone is pretty much just making ‘wtf’ faces for like....ten minutes.

finally wendy calls up the tower like “YO! WHATS W ALL THE HAIR?!”

tambry leans out the window w a bored expression and goes “its mine. im tambry. who r u?”

they introduce themselves and are like “u wanna come on our adventure?”

then....ROBBIE APPEARS!

and he knows where the princess is!!!

”oh yeah. her. shes also in a tower. its got a door but its guarded by gnomes.”

then robbie climbs tambrys hair pecks her cheek and ducks in the tower

they decide to head for the tower robbie directed them to. but they have to pass the castle. Northwest Castle

robbie warned them about the northwests. said that the princess was one and before she disappeared she was the snottiest brat hed ever met

so they became friends despite the fact that he plays music for a living (and not very well either)

her parents told her of the spell when she was twelve

so robbie’s like “they are not nice people and neither was she??? most of the townsfolk are glad shes asleep tbh”

but dammit! dipper came here for an adventure!!! he wasnt going to stop just bc the princess wasnt what he expected!

so they continue on!

mabel is like “maybe she doesnt KNOW how to be nice!”

and soos is just excited to be there!

and wendy is just...u kno...chill

they start to get close to the castle and they feel like they’re being watched

and then soos notices the PEACOCKS!

they assume theyre spies for the king and queen. which is half true?

they can also warn bill if someone is near pacifica

so the king and queen see him w the journal and remember ford having the same one

so everyone is brought to the king and queen

theyre like “pRINCESS GWENDOLYN?!”

bc this is MY STORY and if i wanna give wendy a more princess-y name thEN I WILL

i say as i continue to refer to mason as DIPPER!!!

wendys like “yes that is me the princess” and then everyone else introduces themselves...w dipper introducing himself as mason bc it just sounds more fairytale-y

at first the party tries to fight them off and they do okay

finally mabel just pulls out her trusty crosSbow (aka “GRAPPLING HOOK!”) and they just make a tightrope to the window above the door

wendy goes first and NAILS it

then everyone else follows

soos almost falls and gets left to the gnomes but everyone helps him balance and they all make it through the window

coincidentally. the window leads to the princess’s room

OH MAN WHY DIDNT I USE THE PTERODACTYL?!

oh well. anyways.

everyone is looking around the room and like...taking it all in

dipper takes a moment...then walks over to the princess

he isnt sure if waking her will also wake the demon

crossover even more w my old paciphera au??? idk probably not

so dipper tries the spells he narrowed it down to

none of them work

all his friends have returned to the princess’s room and mabel is like “u gotta kiss her brobro!”

so dipper...poor poor dipper...just leans forward and kisses her

paz pretty much snaps her eyes open when dipper is a half inch from her face while he’s pulling back

and even tho she was forewarned she wasnt expecting DIPPER so she SCREAMS

dippers ears are ringing

she shuts her eyes and stills her breathing and sits up.

AND SEES EVERYONE ELSE AND SCREAMS AGAIN

“i dIDNT EXPECT U TO BRING *FRIENDS*!”

so once shes a little more calm they explain the whole adventure to her

paz feels a little honored they came all this way just for her

also since True Love beats everything bill is like.....back in his home dimension. also paz has been fighting him for like....over a year.

so paz is like....ready to Go. u kno. just wants to go HOME.

they get pazs shit together and exit the tower through the door

she says goodbye to the gnomes. all by name.

“oh yeah mom and dad made them my personal guard when i was like...eight. theyve been prepping for this my whole life. they’ll meet me back at the castle.” so then she starts telling them about herself and her last like

two years of being asleep w a DREAM DEMON

“sometimes i got the weirdest nightmares??? and they never ended. but when i woke up i couldnt remember anything specific.”

she and dipper talk away from the group. he tells her about how hes her true love and everything “okay well. we’ll have to lie to my parents and say it was a spell. bc they will NOT approve of us being true loves and if they hurt you...”

“then they hurt *you* too!” dipper finishes (idk maybe a combo w a soulmate au thing?)

meanwhile mabel is like...whining about boy problems??? and wendy is like “this is y boys r dumb.”

soos is like...wandering off. I WANNA INCORPORATE MELODY BUT WHO SHOULD SHE BE?!

paz and dipper start like....arguing about how to deal w her parents

apparently they actually ARENT that nice. if she doesnt marry a prince they’ll give her over to bill completely...or something idk

SO theyre nearing the castle!!!

they load the ship and sail to wendys kingdom next

they stay a few days to recuperate

paz has trouble sleeping bc when she does the nightmares come back.

cue a kat.niss/pee.ta thing where paz sleeps next to dips bc it keeps the nightmares away

wendy has to explain why soos isnt w them to her dad who kinda shrugs it off?

“u proved u can protect urself.” or something.

after like.....a whole fucking year the twins are heading home.

paz and dipper sleep together on the ship too bc its just fucking easier

Section 1 - About:

1. Briefly Describe your OC: Appearance, personality, role in a story, etc..

okay so!! hana is half-japanese, half-german, she’s got short/spiky black hair and fucking Huge brown eyes. she’s the protagonist of a thus-unwritten pirate love story and i fucking love her. she’s superbly socially awkward (doesn’t get customs like politeness or like asking before doing things asdjkfl), she’s a Romantic romantic, she loves sword-fighting, she was raised by her father (alongside three older half-brothers, though she was chosen as the heir to his ship which hmm pissed two of them off), she’s very much butch/tomboy, she loves adventure and sailing so fucking much, uhhh yeah her.

2. Briefly describe their backstory/childhood

like i said, she was raised by her dad, who she idolizes, along with her three brothers on the sea; she never knew her mother, because her father told her that she died giving birth to hana (or did she….? hm. maybe hana’s dad is just shitty?). she was always super excited to play and go on adventures and fight, especially with her three older brothers (only one of whom actually like. liked her.), and by the time she was old enough to hold a sword, her dad taught her how to. eventually, her dad became ill, and named hana, who was only 16, his successor. her two eldest brothers planned a mutiny to overthrow her, killing the other brother who protested. hana fought them but they escaped with half her treasure, promising to come back and kill her, and she’s spent the past six years seeking them out to defeat them.

3. Describe their family life and friends.

i mean i pretty much nailed her family, but she’s very close to all the crew. i’ll give you a quick rundown: there’s caspian, her first mate/quartermaster (grew up on the ship with her, an orphan who was stolen in one of the raids, searching out his lost family but is also a big time goof), dover, her “advisor”/sailing master (wise, lazy, arrogant, bitchy, basically her pseudo-father because her father was usually off being captain), darya, her gunner (slutty bisexual aromantic queen, runs the artillery AND the under deck gambling ring, always drunk, loyal to a fault especially to hana), and zarya (we’ll get to her later ;)) and the other lower-ranking crew members.

4. What is the world they come from like?

hmmm very mystical and mysterious, very “pirates are bad and suck and we dont like them even though they’re not usually bad” but. you know. hana is still an outlaw of the land. there are mermaids and sirens and cracken and curses so it’s better to assume that if its magical it exists.

5. Are they original or exist in a certain fandom?

being unable to sail but also, later on, (SPOILERS) being arrogant and greedy and malicious like her father

my quote for her in her bio is “what am i without adventure?” but i also imagine her saying to zarya, “you are more celestial than the stars, my love, and twice as beautiful to behold.”

hmmm ill pick… current day tbh, and i imagine lots of overalls and baggy sweaters!

i have to imagine somewhere between paladin and a fighter, im not sure which.

3. If they received a large amount of money no strings attached, what would they use it for?

i honestly think she would just. go into the nearest village and buy all the local hungry children bread. like she wouldn’t horde it or spend it on herself. she has everything she needs.

4. If they competed on a competitive TV show, how would they approach to winning? (the “mean” one, the one who makes friends, the one who’s there for fun)

hm… i honestly dont even think she would think about it like that dkdkflfl. probably the charming one, the leader, the adorkable one.

5. If they could change one thing about their past, what would it be?

i think she would choose to keep in contact with her mother. not necessarily live with her, because then she wouldnt have her first love which is the sea, but just like. talk to her. know her better. go see her every few months. write her from different ports about their adventures.

6. If you met them, what would they do?

i would honestly probably be so fucking charmed by her. shes got that way about her, a leadership quality you can’t shake, even if shes really incredibly awkward too.

7. If your character exists in another series’ world, what would they be doing/look like?

i kind of imagine her in harry potter as like. this half blood gryffindor who’s So Gryffindor it hurts. on the quidditch team, always screaming about house pride, everyone loves her. and then she goes and falls in love with this muggle born slytherin and shakes the whole school dkdkkrklr

oh… i think it’s kind of cheap to say jack, because they’re both pirates, but honestly i think they’d get on like a house on fire. other than that… definitely michael minkus, who would make an epic first mate, and lucy stilinksi-hale, who she would probably wanna smash.

bad. comically bad. she tries to sing to zarya sometimes and zarya locks her out of their room.

okay so ive already taken a couple for her in the past (ex: gryffindor, entj, the motivator, etc.) so im gonna take a completely benign one off buzzfeed and post the results. so if she were a song off of thank you next she would be “bad idea” skskkdkd

4. What would be their fighting style in a fighting game like Mortal Kombat, Super Smash Brothers, or Street Fighter?

to outsmart her opponent, think two moves ahead of theirs just like in real life. jokes on her no one else is ever thinking skdkkfkfl

putting her feet up on tables, walking into rooms without invitation, holing up in her cabin for days working, smirking instead of smiling, smoking, docking in random cities for the thrill of adventure, wearing her blouses nearly completely unbuttoned, just taking things and enforcing sharing bc. she’s always shared everything with everyone naturally and she doesnt know to ask djdkfkfk

6. Describe their favorite meal.

honestly she’ll eat anything but just like. a Nice leg of mutton and a glass of beer. that’s it. that’s the dream.

7. What do they do when they’re bored?

her favorite activity is to randomly attack caspian and have impromptu sword fights with him, but she also loves stargazing and telling stories to the town children.

8. How do they express love/affection for someone?

honestly she’s very. nuzzley. soft. like a little kitten. also waxes poetic. at least romantically. platonically, shes usually like a dad friend sjdkkrlr. like im talking “attaboy” and punches on the arm. pep talks. dad voice. the whole nine yards.

9. Most embarrassing thing that could/has happened to them?

honestly, she’s not easily embarrassed ever. i think she’s kind of just like meh over most things. the most embarrassing thing that could happen would be losing the respect of her crew. she would hate that so much.

Gaining a crew

Welcome to part two (2) of 'lost at sea' sanders sides mermaid/pirste au!

A thanks to the lovely @thelazyblueshipper who drew the drawings that inspired thus lovely work!

"We need more crew members."

Logan had been the one to say it, but the other three had been thinking it as well.

"Logan's right. You guys got lucky with me, but not everyone will fall for the ghost ship, and we can't fight like them." Virgil pipped in.

Roman nods and was getting excited." A crew of mermaids being pirates! Of daring adventurers who face danger in order to save others! But who would join..."

"I could ask emile!" Patton bounced up and down happily. Emile Picani was Patton's older brother, and they got along greatly.

"He likes to study shipwrecks a lot, so im sure he could help us with fixing the ship up better, oh i mean 'The Siren.' "He giggled at the name they gave their ship.

That lead to now. Patton was swimming down to an old shipwreck. 'The duchmen' or something like that. He swam down and into a rotten hole in the side. "Emile?" He called out.

A pink head much like his own blue one popped out smiling."do you how do?" He swam over.

Patton gently lowered himself onto an old bench before asking, 'how would you like to join a pirate crew?"

Emile gasped, his eyes widening. "Patton, you know what pirates do to mermaids, joining a crew is dangerous!"

Patton wiggled hia tail playfully. 'Not if the entire crew is mermaids. Roman, Logan and I fixed up a boat to save Virgil, and it worked! Now we have decided to save more who are captured! You love boats a lot, and yeah our boat floats but we don't know as much as you do about them...and it is safer to have more people in our crew..."

Emile had started to wiggle his tail excitedly, the idea of actually working on a ship that was above water? It excited him.

"Oh it sounds like so much fun! I would love to join your crew!"

And with that, patton lead Emile to their ship, that perked on the island Roman found it on. Emile got to work with improving the boat, checking over jobs they did, and making suggestions.

"What if we had a hole in the bottom?"

"Then it would sink...Emile no offence but i thought you were smarter than that." Logan said gently.

Emile gave him a smirk."well yes it would, but i mean a hole that doesnt let water in, but that we can use to go in and out easier. It could add more to the 'ghost' idea as Well. Disappear inside the boat to appear on theirs."

Roman jumped in."perfect idea! Lets do it!"

Logan rolled his eyes. "Roman, it sounds good in theory, but to make it work will be a lot of trouble and toil, mostly trail and error. Plus, it wouls need to keep the water out when it is storming as well."

Virgil pat logan on the back, giving him a smile. "And with brains like you're I'm sure that we will have almost no errors. You are smart and think things out, plus Emile knows boats better than any of us."

Logan seemed in thought and glanced over to Emile, who was trying on glasses until he found some he could see out of.

"Well then....lets give it a try."

"So i said, at least buy me a drink before you try me for treason!" The bar of pirates laughed as Remy sipped his drink, finishing his story.

Remy went from town to town, staying as long as he wants, and leaving when he pleases, with nothing holding him back. He existed everywhere but yet no one had a record of him. No one knew how he traveled to so many places so quickly when he was never seen on a ship, yet could cross oceans and reach places before ships that leave a week before he does.

Honestly, it is a plus side to being a secret mermaid.

But remy knows that if he is caught, the only swimming he will do will be with the fishes.

So Remy takes a human form a lot, he goes to bars, tells stories (some are made up, some aren't, you can't prove anything) and drinks without ever actually paying for himself. He hides that he is a mermaid, but that doesnt mean he won't have fun!

Remy laughs at something when a pirate runs into the bar.

"I have a story to tell all of ye!"

Remy grinned as he sipped his drink. This was always fun. The stories never made since, and it gived Remy material to work with for stories later.

"Now I be helpin' to sail a ship through a storm, when we sees a small ship barely afloat! Nothin' out of the blue, but then, I be hearing calls for help. I help this wee lad out of the water and onto the ship, claims to be crew, and I believed him. Now i know i shouldn't have. So this boat is passing by, and I be thinkin' there is no one there! Then i see them, two pirates, a captain and what i assume be his first mate, they stare at us, as if challengin' us in the middle of a storm. We be strugglin' to keep the boat steady and watch this ship, and they hair stare. They only be two but they act like they not even tryin' to sail in this here storm! We pass them and get out of the storm, when i be going to check the cargo, and find a mermaid missin' then I can't find the pirate while fell overboard, we be thinkin' we csme across a ghost ship."

Remy sipped his drink as he watched the man walk around and explain his story. He began to put the pieces together and felt a smile growing on his face.

"Say, where did you see this ship?"

"Oh my god, Dee!" Remy ran along the beach to a short guy with an eye patch on. He looked up at the taller unamused and holding a sea urchin.

Remy slid over in the sand and grinned. "I think that some mermaids decided to become pirates,"

Dee stared at Remy before asking, "are you drunk agian? I,girl you, stick to teas or something."

Remy rolled his eyes, "no, i am not. Look, someone saw a ship with two people on it. They helped a pirate onto the boat and by the time they soft the storm, the pirate and a mermaid was missing! Lets just check it out, please Dee?" Remy asked.

"Whats in it for me?" Dee grinned as he started to pull spines out of the sea urchin.

"First off, stop being cruel to the thing-"

"No"

"Fair enough, second, I am sure they have races....wouldn't it be fun...beating an entire ship of mermaids in a race?" Remy wiggled his eyebrows.

Dee pulled out another spine. "Flattery gets you everywhere, lets go."

Dee made a trill noise and sighed, "Remy, this way!"

Remy has...horrible direction. If he tried to find the ship alone, he would fail. So dee was leading the way...kinda.

The pirate had told Remy which direction the ship had been in, but that was three weeks ago, so it could honestly be anywhere. Dee called agian as he swam through the water, "i think this is it!"

Remy swam over to dee and looked up at the boat above them. It was old alright, but in better condition that the old pirate had said. Remy swam around the bottom as he observed it. There was a hole near the back. He motioned Dee over to it.

The hole was flat, and it appeared as if no water got inside the bottom of then ship because of it. Why would a pirate ship float with a hole that didnt let water in? Why would a pirate ship need a way into the ocean?

For mermaids, of course.

Remy swam up and popped his head into the hole, looking about the bottom deck of the ship. Nothing much was down there, a bunch of old ropes and wood, and a pile of clothes. He motioned Dee to follow him as he climbed up and transformed into his human form.

Dee followed him up and looked around. "Looks like a shipwreck in here."he started to look through the pile of clothes. "Oooh, an eye patch!" Dee had lost his on the way over passing s coral reef, and was in need of s new one. Humans dont react well to different colored eyes, especially with the eyes glow from time to time. Dee tied the eyepatch on as remy threw clothing after clothing over his shoulder.

"Ew, gross, no, no way, oh maybe."

By the time they were done raiding the clothing pile, Remy had at least 10 pieces of jewelry on.

Now for the next part of the plan. Introduction.

Patton and Emile were making matching bracelets for everyone as logan and Virgil worked on the plan for the next boat raid and roman figured out how to steer a ship better.

Remy walked onto the deck like he owned it. "Wow, you guys need to really get some better clothes. Took me forever to pick an outfit!"

Virgil and Roman had their swords drawn, patton and Emile dropped their half finished bracelets, and Logan was observing the intruder.

"How did you get here." Virgil demanded.

"Oh, how you would." Remy grinned. "I swam."

Silence fell over the crew. Roman ran down from the wheel grinning. "Your a mermaid too!" He exclaimed.

Remy grinned."better believe it! Heard about a Ghost ship and a missing mermaid...thought you might need some help..."

Patton smiled. "Yes, more crew members are also good! Im Patton, this is my brother Emile, the captain there is Roman, the guy in purple who looks ready to kill you is Virgil, and the guy with glasses in front of him is Logan!"

Remy hummed as he looked around. "Cute bunch. Names Remy, the kid behind me-"

"-i am not a kid-"

"Is named Dee. He is a half siren. And short." Remy stretched as Dee walked out into the sunlight.

"So what do you guys even do?" Dee asked.

Logan said."we rescue captured mermaids...oe well, that is the plan atleast."

Emile smiled."I'm new to the crew, but im the one in charge of making sure the boat floats. Like the hidden hatch i added? It makes it easier for us to go in and out of the bait without worrying about the clothes or being caught by pirates."

Rsmy nods and leaned on the railing as Dee explored the ship. "Yeah, it was pretty cool, the bait does still need some work..what does everyone else do?"

Roman took over."well i am the captain! I am the one in charge here." He beemed with pride, "Logan is my first mate, he makes sure the plans will work ideally. Patton is our savor. He gets on the ships and frees the mermaids. Virgil is the one we saved first, but his job will be to sneak onto the boats and help Patton, or steal gold or other things from the pirates." He smiled." So really, the question is...what can you offer us?"

Remy laughed."I like your flare cap! And what can i offer?" He smirked, leaning forward. "A spy. I go into bars,and chat up pirates all the time! I can find out who has mermaids and where they plan to go and report back to you easily!"

Dee laughed."maybe if you had a good sense of direction!"

Remy nods."yeah but i can get people to trust me, if you were to go, you would get into a fight." He teased.

"So you are a spy while he is your escort?" Logan asked.

Dee scoffed."uh escuse you, i am more than that. Im the fastest swimmer around! Nothing says a pirate ship will just end up in a storm all the time, you need something for them to follow." Dee put his hands on his hips confidently. " i am part siren, luring pirates to their deaths is kinda my thing. I just gotta get them to chase me into a storm and you guys take care of the rest."

Virgil was silent. "What if you get caught?"

Dee greeted his silence with one of his own. "I was in a barrel before, i can handle being in one agian until you guys save me. " he took a breath and grinned getting cocky. "Besides, who says ill be caught?"

And so Remy and Dee joined the crew.

For a few months, eveeything worked out great. They all had matching bracelets thanks to the sunshine brothers, Remy and Dee would also find out information easily. After a while, Patton would board ships sooner. He would board at the docks, or as a 'ship wrecked sailor' trying to get to land. It got the pirates to trust him quicker and got him on the ship sooner. Emile painted the name of the ship onto it and ' The Siren. ' officially was set sail.

Virgil had gathered gold and jewels. He would knock barrels of drinking water off, and would take the food reserves from time to time. Once he stabbed someone who had grabbed Patton when he tried to jump over the railing, so he had a new job added to it. Dee was fast, like he promised, and could easily tempt ships to,follow him.

But then Remy heard about Thomas.

Remy ran onto the deck, with Dee close behind him (he swims fast, not run)

"They have a multi colored!" He announced out of breath.

Multi colored meant that the tail of the mermaid was more than one color. They were extremely rare. Having just two colors together was surprising and often times, these types of,mermaids where higher value to pirates.

"They won't keep them with the others." Virgil said."pat, you will have to-"

"Let me finish!" Remy called over Virgil. He took a breath.

"They are a rainbow tail."

The silence was deafening. Having two colors was rare and surprising, but six different colors? That would be like finding a four leaf clover at 11:11 on the luckest day of the year, on your birthday. Nearly impossible.

And extremely valuable.

"They wont leave them by themselves...and,no where near any kind of water..." Emile stated.

"Then we sink the ship."

All eyes turned to Logan. They never sunk a ship before, only boarded.

"Think for a second, we still have a small crew, on a small ship, and we have barely any kind of actual training with swords. A rainbow tailed mermaid will be guarded, and inside, and even if we could get to them, they will be locked up...if we sink the ship, we could get them free easier..."

"But how do we sink a pirate ship?" Virgil asked in disbelief. "They have ships so much bigger than ours! We don't even know if our canons even work, and if they did, they wont be enough to sink it."

"They we take it apart from under it." Emile,spoke up. This time, all eyes fell to emile surprised.

He smiled."I know boats, i can figure out which boards to remove to sink it...logan can help me with removing them. He is smart, and I dont know what tools to use to remove boards, just to put them on."

And with a few more ideas and making sure the plan cant go,wrong, they were ready.

Dee had to get this ship to follow him. Rumors had began to spread about their ship, and about missing mermaids. Whether or not they believe in those rumors didn't matter, no one would risk loosing something like a multi colored. So Dee had to pull out all the stops this time.

He swam up quickly towards the surface, break through the water and into the air.

He flew up a little ways from his speed, and grabbed hold of the bowsprit. He pulled himself up and gained the attention of some pirates. He sat on it, ready to jump in and swim.

"Captain, a mermaid be sittin' on our ship!" A pirate called.

Dee gasped."mermaid?,no way! I am part siren!" He had his yellow eye glow.

The captain came out of his quarters. "Half siren eh? Sirens be tricky to catch, and worth a lot of treasure...a half siren be easier to nab...grab 'em!" He ordered.

Dee jumped into the water below and began to swim to a storm a ways away. The boat turned to,follow him. He swam quickly, staying at the surface and keep the attention on him.

The ship followed him, althought he did have to get their attention by letting them get close at times. The storm was heading to the ship, and even if they changed direction now, they would be caught. Dee swam down deep and to the ship to get ready to ghost.

"Ok, everyone ready?" Roman stated, going over the rolls agian. "Emile and Logan will work to break the underside of the boat, Patton will distract the crew while Virgil boards to see if he can find the rainbow. Remy, dee and i stay here and play the ghosts, keeping the ship distracted." The others nodded.

Roman looked at them all and said."be safe ok? And if something happens, get to safety first Alright?" He gave them all a look of worry, this was his crew. He didnt knwo what he would do if something happened to any of them.

They all gave a nod

Roman stood at the end of the bowspirt with his sword drawn at his side, just....staring at the ship in the storm. A few pirates were watching him confused, some looked scared even, good.

Off to the back, roman could see Patton freeing a few normal mermaids into the ocean, some looked like they decided to help logan and Emile under the ship.

That was taking some time. Of course it would, ships were made to last and not fell apart easily. That didnt mean roman wasnt worried. The longer they were down there, the longer they had to be caught.

Movement of something purple caught roman's eye as he saw Virgil climbing the back of the ship and crawl through a window into tge captain's quarters. He hoped Virgil would be ok.

Virgil on the other hand, was focused. He slid down behind a bookshelf (pirates read? Wait no, it was covered in treasure) and watched as the captain yelled at a crew member.

"I aint be leavin' this here rainbow tail! It be worth a lot on dry land, now ye be going out to keep yar ship strudy! Go! Off with ya!" He shouted.

"But captain, the ship outside has-"

"I know what ye think it has! Let me yell yar this now, I dont be caring if there be a ghost ship or nah, we be sailin' to shore!"

Virgil looked around the room as the captain continued. He saw a crate with a lock on it. That must be the rainbow tailed. But it was across the room and, as mentioned before, locked.

Virgil watched things roll around and shift as the boat was thrown by the waves, then he noticed that everything started to mostly roll one way. He assumed that mean-

"Captain! We be sinking!" The door flew open as a pirate ran in in a panic.

"What?! what do ye mean we be sinking?" And the captain stormed out of the room as the ship was tilting more. The door slammed closed and virgil was alone in the room.

He grabbed a random trinket from the book shelf and went over to the crate with the rainbow tailed in it. He raised the trinket, which appeared to be a golden statue of some kind, and hit the lock. He hit it over and over agian until it finally came off.

Virgil opened the crate too only be splashed by water right away. He looked down at the sight before him.

There was a mermaid with a rainbow tail. Honestly it was an honor to even see one. The mermaid looked at Virgil with pleading eyes, ropes tied around him and his mouth gagged. Virgil knew the look in his eyes, he had the look himself back when he had been captured.

"Ever hear of ' the siren ' before?" Virgil asked as he removed the gag from his mouth and got to work untying him.

He shook his head no.

Virgil nods as he got one knot undone and worked on another, "figured you hadn't, we arent too popular yet. Ill explain it like this for you. There is another ship in this storm, it isn't sinking, go to it, it will be safe there," he smirked as he saw the confusing on the rainbow's face.

"Lets just say we dont have our sea legs." And with a wink, Virgil finished the last knot and helped the rainbow out. The ship was sinking faster now, which was no problem for them.

The problem was the door slamming open to a furious captain, who drew his sword.

"You best be puttin' that rainbow tailed back!"

Virgil held the mermaid princess style snd looked at the captain scared, what was he suppose to do? The back window was too high up now for virgil to go out that way, making the door the only place left, and the captain was blocking the way out. And he had a sword that was very pointy.

"Uh I.,i can't..do that...you see, im a ghost." Virgil nods, trying to Roman his way out of this mess. "Totally a ghost. From the ghost ship over there. So uh.,you can't kill me."

Virgil turns out to be very bad at Roman-ing a situation.

The captain laughed. "Ye be a ghost? There be no such thing! And if ye be a ghost, then ye won't bleed now, will ye?"

Virgil will bleed. Virgil does not want to bleed. Blood belongs on the inside and he would like to keep it there.

The ship was taking water in faster, and nearly vertical now, giving Virgil an idea.

Time to Roman this another way.

By being dramatic.

"Well if i wasn't a ghost..could I...do this?" And Virgil jumped up. The captain was holsing into the door to stay at the room and not fall down to the waters that had taken over his boat.

Because the boat was almost veritcal, when Virgil jumped, instead of landing on the wood of the boat, he fell towards the door the captain was at, feet first.

Virgil hit the captain with his feet, making him loose his grip on the door and fall into the raging waters. Virgil was still holding the rainbow when he landed in the water.

Virgil transformed, grabbing his clothes and quickly swimming towards the ship.

He grabbed the rainbow's hand as he swam.

By the time Virgil got the rainbow on the ship, the entire crew had ran down to meet them.

"You did it!"

"We saw the captain go in-"

"Wow a real rainbow tail."

"Did you get hurt?"

Everything meshed together as Virgil smiled at everyone. Patton and Emile were helping the rainbow tail get adjusted, logan and Roman were helping virgil up, Remy was picking an outfit for the rainbow, and dee was stating st Virgil silently, which was weird.

"We did it." Virgil grinned. Everything was fine. They saved the rainbow and probably down other mermaids on the sinking ship.

"Your bleeding."

Everyone froze and they looked at Dee, who was pointing at virgil's leg.

As Virgil slowly looked down, he saw a gash in his leg going from the side of his foot up to his hip.

He remembered when he kicked the captain, and how he had his sword drawn when he did.

He remembered it cutting his leg.

And now he felt it.

Virgil collapsed as the pain finally hit him. He could hear yelling and feel arms and hands on him, he thinks he heard someone say 'its okay', but he wasn't sure.

And he passed out.

When virgil work up, his leg was wrapped and Patton was leaning over him. He turned and yelled,

"He's awake!"

Virgil sat up and stretched as the crew ran over.

Emile took over first. "Nothing is broken, but until it is healed, i would suggest staying in human form for a while ok? It will heal faster since this is the body you were injured with."

Virgil nods a bit, slowly making sense of everything.

He saved the rainbow, got cut in the elf, swam to the bait, got on, found out he was bleeding, passed out from shock of blood and suddenly knowing of pain, work up. Yep, sounds about right.

"Where is the rainbow?" Virgil looked around, until a familar face smiled at him.

"Hi, name is Thomas," the rainbow smiled and held out his hand. Virgil noticed he had a rainbow friendship bracelet on, which had ended up beconing the Mark of the crew. Virgil couldn't help but smiked as he took his hand.

"Virgil, and welcome aboard."

Every tale has two sides, and so does every legend.

The legend on land was known by pirates. Of a ghost ship that only appears in storms and a crew that will take your mermaids. The legend is a warning.

The legend of the see was known by the mermaids themselves, of a ship filled with pirates. Pirates who were mermaids, who sink ships and free those who were caught, promising them safety above the water, the legend is a promise, a promise of protection.

And every legend holds truth.

EVENT 13 - AU WEEK!

23 December 2017 - 03 January 2018

Beginning on 12:00am CST on Saturday, our roleplay will be taking a pause moving forward. This is both so that the roleplay as a whole can enjoy an alternative universe and so pressure is off during the holidays and we can all have a bunch of fun into the new year!

For those of you new to this idea, an alternative universe week is when you are able to break away from what your character might normally do and assume a different story for your character. Read below for more information! At the end of reading all of this, if there are any questions, please ask! What I think makes sense might not be what actually makes sense.

There will be a post at midnight on Saturday letting you know starters are free to be posted!

Also, to give everyone the same information, I’d love for people to write in and give a brief 1-2 sentence explanation of where their character is in the two open AUs. For example, “Tilden Toots has survived the war as a neutral observer, but his marriage to Daisy Hookum did not last the stress of the war and he now is a Radio Talk Show host living alone in the outskirts of London.”

OOC INFORMATION!

There are three different ways to be involved in this AU week and a half. As a whole roleplay, there will be two scenarios you can post open starters to (this is your time for Happy Everyone Survives Time!) Then, you have the choice to post closed starters that you have planned with someone else. You can be involved in all three, two, or just one! The choice is yours. Read more below!

1. One group AU is starting in September of 1991. Harry Potter and the gang will be starting their first year of Hogwarts. Voldemort has been defeated as far as anyone knows. The night he went to murder the Potters, Lily and James’s intent to sacrifice themselves for Harry backfired on Voldemort same as it did in canon. After that moment, many of his followers were captured and sentenced to Azkaban. Where has your character been since that night? Was your character found at fault for following the Dark Lord? Did they manage to claim Imperius curse? Have they been living it up in some swanky job at the Ministry, or did the war ruin them? Is Hogwarts their new place of employment or do they have children attending? Endless possibilities! Come actually have happy future for once! (TL;DR: Everything is the same except Lily and James didn’t die, and yes, characters who may have died may still live, of course!) Please tag all starters with Thorns91.

2. The second group AU is starting in September 1980, only a month after the downfall of Voldemort. In this AU, a large fight broke out between the Death Eaters and the Order. Heavy losses were taken on both sides. The group sacrifice had a chain reaction and as Voldemort attacked, a bright light appeared and he was no longer there. The suddenness of it all meant the Oder was able to defeat the Death Eaters swiftly, shocking everyone. The world, both magical and muggle, is still rebuilding. Names of Voldemort’s followers are still coming to lights. Those who fought in the Order and on the Order’s side have received Order of Merlin awards, but not everyone feels like they deserved it. Heavy losses were taken on both sides and everyone still needs to heal. Both in the fright of the height of the war as well as the joy of Voldemort’s downfall, engagements and weddings have been popping up left and right as well as news of pregnancies and other exciting events. How will you celebrate the downfall of the Dark Lord? (Once again, characters who died may live, etc) Please tag all starters with Thorns80.

3. This is not a group AU. This is your opportunity to do whatever AU you want. The main rule is that all of these starters have to be closed. So, anything you do here needs to be discussed with another player and just between you and that player (or you and a couple of players if you want a three/four/five way thread.) In other words, should you want to play out Antonin Dolohov and Dolores Umbridge as leaders of the free world, the Antonin and Dolores players would have to decide this on their own and make a closed starter for it that only the two of them can write. With these, there are no limits to what you can make the AU. Mermaids, werewolves, high school, childhood, New York City, Broadway, drug lords, military, and anything else you can think of. All I ask is that starters are pre-planned and closed since you can post open starters for the two group AUs that still stick to the main verse. Feel free to do this plotting via IM, OOC, inbox, whatever you find easiest. I don’t mind the OOC flooding with “Does anyone want to do a Star Wars AU?” post and letting multiple people reply!

WHERE ARE THEY NOW - 1991:

Alice Longbottom - After the war, Alice went to St. Mungo’s to train as a healer, which had always been her personal goal. She and Frank welcomed two more children to the family and spend their free time together at their family home.

Augustus Rookwood - He’s finally settled down, and Mr Skeeter-Rookwood couldn’t be any happier. After spending years watching from afar as Rita took the backseat in her own life, he was more than willing to let her chase her dreams (and her scoops) when she made her way back to him. Now, Rita works, and Augustus stays home with Astor while Gabriel is off at school after having retired young from his post in the Dept. of Ministries.

Andromeda Tonks - Now that Nymphadora is older, Andromeda has gone back to St Mungo’s and resumed her career as a healer. The years have been rough at times, but nothing has ever been more important to Andromeda than family, and family dinners have never been dull- not with the Blackinnon, Jily, and sometimes Skeetwood, families around.

Caradoc Dearborn - Caradoc found happiness. He works as a muggle vet and also lives in the forest in a cabin he built himself. He lives off the land and still protests for world peace. He’s also running a successful home company of brewing Rum. Gladys is back to be his long-term room mate now she has returned from her travels, as opposed to going back and forth as she had for the last several years.

Charity Burbage - After spending the past few years avoiding her parents and living a quiet life in a small muggle town, Charity seems to have finally found her place in the world. She is back at Hogwarts, the one place she truly felt at home, and is the brand new Professor of Muggle Studies. She couldn’t imagine anything better than getting to ramble on and on about her favorite topic: muggles. She seems to think that she brings a fresh take on them, especially after living among them for so long. Although, Charity does have issues with some of the children.

Gladys Gudgeon - Barely a year after the war was over, Gladys returned to Egypt. While there, she lived out her dream of being a curse breaker. She had her flings and fun, but nothing ever stuck. After a while, she began to feel unfulfilled. When her team returned from Egypt, she came back with them. She’s hoping to potentially apply as a teachers assistant at Hogwarts, but is currently back to being Caradoc’s full time roommate (whereas she was going back and forth between his place and Egypt) while she figures out her next step.

Glenda Chittock - Glenda is currently in a relationship with another woman and she is now a broadcast producer, still working for the WWN and hosts her own 1 hour programme every evening called The Witching Hour. Her siblings are now older, grown up, her younger sister Stella still lives with her- although now they live in a nicer area and larger house. She has also adopted two children from the magical orphanage as she discovered that she couldn’t have children after a curse in 1979.

Gwenog Jones - Although she remains unmarried, Gwen has two children by different fathers and the eldest is going off to Hogwarts. She is a renowned Quidditch star and is the front-runner to become the Harpies’ new Captain.

James Potter - It simply did not seem possible that Harry was old enough to go to Hogwarts this year, but James couldn’t be more excited. He’s been instilling the idea in all four of his children that they’re going to be Gryffindors when they go away to school, and he has dreams of them all playing quidditch someday, just like him. It’s gotten harder, being on the road and playing quidditch professionally with his children growing up, and Lily and James have begun to discuss his retirement from the sport within the next year.

Lily Potter - Still happily married to James, and the mother of four, Lily is still a whiz at Potions and keeping her skills from growing rusty, as she plans to take over for Slughorn in the next year or so. Life is never boring at the Potters’, though, and as she chases her children (aged 11, 9, 6, and 4) and Sirius, Ruby, and Scarlett around the house, there’s always joy and laughter. With Harry going off to Hogwarts this year to join Gabriel and Nymphadora, Lily is ready to tackle new adventures with James (as soon as he’s done being the Quidditch god she’s so proud of) and their ever growing brood.

Lucius Malfoy - The Malfoys got busy and now have five children. Lucius spends his time raising them with Narcissa but still makes sure he is caught up on politics with visits to the Ministry every other week.

Lucy Karoonda - Lucy and Benjy managed to get along well enough to a point where the two were able to give living under one roof a chance for the sake of their son. With Quidditch no longer in the picture, she has taken a position as editor of the Sports section of the Daily Prophet.

Marlene McKinnon - In a place where she never thought she’d be, Marlene is amazingly married to Sirius with their daughters, Scarlett and Ruby. While she never fulfilled her original dream of running the auror department, she works part time as an assistant to the Minister for Magic. Her knowledge of the muggle and magical world as well as the pureblooded world served the minister well. Once Ruby is in school, Marlene intends to take on the position full time and keep rising.

Narcissa Malfoy - After they managed to make it through the fall of the Dark Lord in one piece, Narcissa focused on rearing her children and supporting her husband. She enjoys a place in the upper echelons of pureblood society and frequently hosts balls and parties at Malfoy Manor.

Remus Lupin - Regardless of how hard he tries, Remus has been unable to get a job at the Ministry. Countless failures have left him feeling as though he is wasting his potential, sticking to the occasional odd job instead of fully applying himself to anything in the magical community.

Rita Skeeter - Rita is happily married to Augustus. She now runs The Daily Prophet and writes for a few muggle tabloids. She’s a working mum, leaving the now two boys at home. She’s also about to see her son off for his 3rd year.

Severus Snape - Ironically, Severus does end up at Hogwarts again. Now the Healer in charge of the Hospital wing channeling his own personal "saving people thing" into something much less stressful than war. With a long white apron and hair kept neatly back in a braid, he is a happier and more mellowed out version of his former self. Still, the children are all doxy egg-eating dunderheads and he is quick to tell them so.

Sirius Black - Marlene and Sirius are now married and living together with their daughters Scarlett and Ruby. She’s about to head off to Hogwarts. Sirius now works for the Auror office but also fixes motorcycles and cars in his spare time for his neighbours and town. He lives next door to Jily and their kids, he and James never being able to separate.

Ted Tonks - Ted landed a position on the Muggle-Worthy Excuse Committee and is quite proud of it. He hopes to save up enough for him and Andie to take a brief vacation while Nymphadora is at school.

WHERE ARE THEY NOW - 1980:

Alice Longbottom - Alice and Frank somehow escaped the war - not completely unscathed or unharmed, but together and alive. Now that the Dark Lord is gone, they’re focusing on rebuilding their lives and pouring all their love into little Neville.

Andromeda Tonks - She’s a Healer at St Mungo’s, but lately, she’s been considering that it might be time to take a sabbatical and focus on raising her daughter, Nymphadora. Andromeda never wanted her child to feel unloved, and with everything that’s happened to their family, Andromeda wants Dora to know how cared for she is.

Augustus Rookwood - He’s been hard at work in the Dept of Mysteries practically since the moment he graduated, though he did take a little time out of his busy schedule to father a secret lovechild with Rita. She’s married, though, and he knows the story, so this is a fact that he’s kept to himself. Still, knowing that Rita, and his son Gabriel, are out there on the otherside of the world, the guilt of what he had done ate at him until he came clean. About 6 months earlier, Augustus went to Dumbledore to trade amnesty for information; he cleared his conscience, and along the way, gave the Order plenty of information on the Death Eaters. SInce he never took the mark, it was easier for Dumbledore to vouch for him, and now he’s in the clear.

Caradoc Dearborn - Caradoc was affected by the war. He found himself drawn in, fighting for his loved ones. Now, he’s lost and troubled, unsure on just what he was supposed to do. He currently has no job. His plans being put on hold since the war. He currently has no partner.

Charity Burbage - Charity had been working in the Misuse of Muggle Artefacts Office for the past 6 months, which is a job she hoped she would have loved. As it turns out, she dislikes it more and more each day and has seriously been contemplating quitting. This would most likely mean moving back in with her parents, which is something she would like to avoid at all costs.

Gladys Gudgeon - During the war, Gladys was in Egypt working as a cursebreaker. Although she knew someone was taking the information she learned back to the height of the war and using it against Voldemort, she was not in the loop and was not an integral part of the war. With the war over, she has returned home for a little while to check on her family.

Glenda Chittock - With the war freshly over, Glenda is working for the WWN. She had been a news correspondent, reporting from the front line, keeping the wizarding world informed on what was happening- especially with The Prophet being afraid to speak up. She also helped the Order, despite her siblings protests. With her gained independence, she won the rights of custody for her two younger siblings Stella and Matthew. She now lives with them in Battersea in a small flat.

Gwenog Jones - Gwen avoided getting embroiled in the war effort and instead joined the Holyhead Harpies as a Beater. With the defeat of Voldemort, she is looking forward to putting together a new life in a time of peace.

James Potter - Fathering a newborn is definitely not an easy job, but James is definitely glad to now be the only job that he has going on now. While the end of the war definitely came as a bit of a surprise, he can’t deny that it wasn’t a welcome one. Now, James is just excited to be able to raise his son in a world where he doesn’t have to worry about dark wizards, and spend time with his wife. Though, he can’t deny that Quidditch is starting to call his name once more.

Lily Potter - Mother to a newborn Harry, relieved is not a strong enough word to describe Lily’s feelings about the war’s end. She is happily married to James, and with their best friends next door, she finally feels like she can breathe again. If only she could get some sleep. Who would have known that babies were such hard work?

Lucius Malfoy - Having a newborn son left Lucius doing as was expected of him for the cause and nothing else to avoid getting his hands dirty since his family is more important. He retreated just before things got rough and nearly broke down when the Ministry took an interest in his involvement. Having been forced into it by his father left Luius able to give a convincing lie about having been acting under the imperious curse. With a son already in the picture it was made clear that he regretted anything he may have done under the curse.

Lucy Karoonda - A one night stand after a Quidditch victory against England left Lucy with an unexpected pregnancy that forced her into giving up her career. She has a gut feeling the baby's father is Benjy but has yet to get the nerve to mention the pregnancy.

Marlene McKinnon - For the next two years after graduation, she struggled with the war and her family. For the first time, she was able to be proud of her family when her father refused to financially support the war. The pride was short lived when they also refused to support the Order, claiming the entire war was foolish. During the final battle, Marlene admitted her feelings to Sirius after being separated since graduation. The excitement of surviving left them in a night together and, in the most cliche result Marlene could think of, left them pregnant. As she is just now finding out, Marlene has to decide what she wants the rest of her life to look like with no job and no promise of how Sirius will want to move forward.

Narcissa Malfoy - Narcissa Malfoy came through the war unscathed, with one baby and a second on the way. Her main priorities now are to keep her family safe and out of trouble.

Remus Lupin - Feelings of guilt have left Remus silent. He rarely speaks and has been trying to hand back his Order of Merlin award due to feeling unworthy of it. The damage done by the Order has left him realizing the monster inside him appeared without the full moon being present.

Rita Skeeter - Rita has come home for the first time since the birth of her son Gabriel in 1978 She previously moved to NY. Married into a wealthy publishing family. At the height of the war, being called back to see her family safe the pressure of her high profile marriage and the rules being thrust upon her drove her into Augustus’s arms- as a result Gabriel was conceived. She’s a trophy wife, her career on hold to supply children. She’s not happy.

Severus Snape - Severus Snape spied for the order for a few short but harrowing months. Now without the crushing guilt of Lily Potter's death, he does not feel beholden to Dumbledore and resists being forced into a teaching position at Hogwarts. Free to pursue his own interests, Severus has taken a Healing apprenticeship. He still makes a hobby of supplying his friends (the ones not in Azakaban) with potions he brews in his grotty London flat.

Sirius Black - With the war over, Sirius is currently in a predicament with Marlene. After splitting up after graduation and spending the past couple years fighting for survival- he now finds himself facing a brand new challenge. Admitting his feelings to Marlene which ended up with them sleeping together. They know have a baby on the way but he’s still trying to find his place in a world he truly thought was over for him. This is your chance to change the future - to live out that happily ever after your character might not’ve gotten! Perhaps they proposed during the war, afraid it was their last time to speak to their loved one? Maybe they ran and now are coming back a coward? It’s basically “canon” with a happier ending, if that makes sense. Not to say that your character can’t have suffered losses! They did just fight a war.

hello friends !! i am v v tired and emotionally distraught over the fact i was wrongfully terminated today but in more exciting news, this blog has officially turned ONE month old and i hit 200 followers today :-) thus, this calls for my first follow forever. i’ll also be prefacing it with a super cheesy blurb abt how much i love this blog and all of y’all, so buckle your seatbelts and get ready to go !!

when i started this blog, i had no idea i would experience this much joy from writing and interacting with all of you !! i had rp'ed in the past in groups, indie, and 1x1, but this was my first time really entering the krpc, or for those of you don't know korean roleplaying community. i remember using kpop fcs in groups and often being ignored for not using a lot of the mainstream fcs in american pop culture. now that i have this blog, i feel so #blessed to be able to interact with others who use kpop fcs and have high-quality writing as well !! on a more personal note, this blog has really helped me keep in touch with my writing and overall self. writing has always been difficult for me bc i felt like it was so time-consuming (not like i have anything else to do) and obligatory especially within the tumblr community, but all of you have been so patient while i dealt with irl problems such as work and college !! as a result, it really encourages me to try my hardest and push myself as a writer to reply as efficiently as possible. occupying myself like this has kept my mind off of other things going in my life in a way that my own personal writing outside of tumblr couldn't do. it always took me back to the dark place where i was alerady at, a lot of relating to my own personal experiences. now i'm ngl, there's some self-insert here and there with my characters. wooyoung was created to help me sort out my alcoholc tendencies. but the stories themselves take on an entirely new light, your muses helping mine develop into BETTER characters and people overall. being able to create this growth not only encourages me as a writer, but as a person as well. i personally connect with my characters a lot even if they lead different lives than me and care for them as if they were real. even if i'm not always the strongest for myself, knowing that i have my muses, our threads, and a loving community keeps me grounded. i don't rly have many other ppl in my life, so to have the krpc supporting and interacting with me has given me the boost i need. thank you all so much for that. now onto the more fun stuff !!

@chimxrical: although i touched upon it briefly in my other positivity post, you've helped both me and hongbin grow so much. ours was the first thread to truly grab me and push me beyond the standard threads that die out or don't grow very much. you always replied so quickly and it rly made me excited to see how interested you were in our thread as well. i never expected hongbin to grow to as much as he has thus far, only the construct "sugar daddy politician" in my mind when i first conceived him. he had an icy air as part of his job that i myself even couldn't penetrate through at first without meifen warming up to him. his interactions with her really unveiled to me the more intimate layers of his character, that he had a lot of pain and tenderness going on beyond his work. that he didn't always have to be as tough as his work made him, that it was okay for him to dive into the softer dimensions of his personality. i didn't go into hongbin x meifen with all the details that we know about him know like his schizophrenic mother and his strong notions of justice and making the world a better place. but the more he interacted with meifen, the more insight i began to gain into who he was and how deeply his details connected with me. hongbin and meifen's (and don't forget kyungri's) headcanons have always brought joy to me and i love thinking of how far hongbin and meifen will get together the more that our thread develops. and for you as a mun, you've always been SO patient and supportive. whenever i have questions or just want to share something with you, you welcome me with open arms. you have such a kind heart and it shows through all of your characters. thank you for always being there and your wonderful replies to our threads <3

@cxrrvptvs: omg where do i begin ?? i love stanning exo with you and internally screaming over all of the angst between taeyong and jinwoo and all the fluff between sunghyun and dohyun. our muses just love each other very much and it's one of the best things that's happened like ?? your replies are always on point and i love all of your muses. you portray them so amazingly and i love it whenever you add a new one !! your threads with other ppl are so fun to read too tho i do kind of side eye like taeyong's jealous ass would but it's all good bc that's how multi-muse shipping works :-) hands down one of my favorite ppl to roleplay with and i can't wait to have a million more threads with you !!

@sekairph: we've only known each other for a short time but we already fangirl over exo and wooyoung x kiara together and it's so wonderful. i love how much work you put into tumblr from your replies to your resources as a rph and your content is always on point !! i remember when u first messaged me and called me out for how much i reblog you like i honestly didn't even know i was reblogging all of it from you i'm just exo trash rip. your writing is so good and i love hearing insight on kiara with each reply, not strictly limiting into dialogue. our characters have sm natural chemistry and the plot we selected was so bomb like ?? you're so sweet and i wish you all the best and that you'll dream sweet dreams of sehun the next time you sleep. i can't wait to plot more in the future and see where kiara and wooyoung go !! his personality has really started to take more shape around her since i rly didn't know what i was doing with him at first lmao and it's helped me so much with his character so thank you for that :-)
