Synth, you got me to grab UFO 50 like a month back since you were talking about it and it seemed really cool when I looked into it. I was trying to just like, play each game a bit then go back and finish/perfect the ones I liked, but i straight up couldn't make myself stop playing the horror game until I was done with the plot and I managed to cherry it first try :B I just wondered what you thought of that one, I thought it was fully fascinating, I love escape games and old school point n clicks
omg. this is embarrassing but
its the one UFO 50 game i haven't tried yet...
i heard it was really good!!! but also kind of scary, so i was like 'oh i'll play it with my partner for halloween' and then i forgot and i haven't gone back to play it yet. i want to get around to it though!!
#i'm coward from real life so unfortunately knowing its a horror game that requires some amount of reaction speed has me putting it off#asks#im so glad you enjoyed it though!!!! yaay#one of my favorite things about UFO 50 is seeing people's different favorite games and varying opinions of games in the collection#the only game i've seen in the set that almost everyone hates is Combatants#all of the others; even if polarizing; have a pretty large group of people who think they rule

YOOOO, IM LOVING YOUR COMIC SO FAR! Do you have a story in mind, or is this based off a fic? Also, what ships will be involved?
Aaaa yaay I’m glad you’re enjoying!!! 💖🙏
I do have a story in mind, though I did start it out mostly winging it I’m starting to plan stuff out more haha XD I came up with it after seeing other fanworks in the same vein and decided there needed to be more. My hope is that it’ll inspire more content around the au lol 🙏🙏🙏
I didn’t plan for the comic to be too long, unless people are super into it I can keep it going! (Which is seems like people are, thank you all for the likes and kind words 💖) right now I have at least 3 more parts planned.
As for ships, right now the main one I have in mind is Freenoodles, with maybe some hints of Shadowpeach (divorce era)- but you’re free to take it however you like!
If anyone has any suggestions for the au feel free to leave them in my ask box!
Thank you for the questions!

ouuaauauagaha i just got home and i was so sad the whole way back :-(( I can't articulate what i feel but dee (??) and pax DDD: their friendship :'(( i love whatever they have it's so GRHRHHHGHH the animations and visuals are sooo pleasing to the eye and so good auauaga the choreography of the fight scenes are so ?!??!!$(#((#($? also sooooo foul for that sentinel keychain omg id get one if i could lololol
im so happy i watched tfone i loved every single second of it (my faves r bee and dee auauuaah) i rlly wanna know where to go after this movie what do you recommend reading/watching after?? :00
YAAY IM GLAD YOU ENJOYED IT!! And yeah!!!! TF One is inherently kind of a tragedy since it's a prequel... Orion Pax/Optimus Prime and D-16/Megatron's dynamic before the war hurts me so 😭😭 my little HEART...
Omg yes the fight choreography 💖💖 I especially loved how they included their transformations into the fighting scenes (even more so because some of the specific transformations were ones they had trouble with at the beginning, and now they've learned how to use them and I thought that was pretty neat! is it obvious I've seen thsi movie 3 times now rhdkfbdkfbk)
And thank you ;]] I aim to be extremely ill about characters always. Sentinel. Oh, Sentinel...
Bee and Dee my beloveds!!! 🤝 I was surprised that I liked Bee as much as I did in this- he's the comedic relief but I LOVE HIM SO MUCH...
and. OH GOD. WHAT A QUESTION.
I've stuck the rest of this post under the cut because if you've been following me for any amount of time you know how wordy I can get 😔
==========
So. you have multiple options because Transformers has a truly ridiculous amount of TV series and some really REALLY good comics.
Transformers Skybound (Comics)
I can only really vouch for the ones I've watched/read, but here are my general suggestions for where to look next! There's also a tl;dr at the end in case you looked at this and just went "oh god"
Additional note: mmmmost of these series have their own idea of what pre-war Cybertron (and subsequently, Megatron and Optimus' origins) looked like, so if you're expecting a continuation of the story from TF One uhhhhh apologies u_u
First off: the current ongoing comic series!
If you want more action, more violence, and also so much more sadness, definitely go for this one. It's gutpunch after gutpunch after gutpunch. Since it IS ongoing however, only time will tell what how the storyline/s will turn out ^^" I think it's pretty good so far though!
However, if you're also intending to eventually look for fanmade content, this series has less of a dedicated fanbase, especially when compared to...
It's easy to get into, but it's also relatively short (especially in comparison to the other suggestions) since it's up to... Issue 13 at the moment? That's still a decent chunk to sink your teeth into!
Transformers (2005) // IDW1 (Comics)
The IDW comic run of Transformers :]!! It's REALLY REALLY GOOD. It ran from 2005-2018, so it's also really, really long.
It can be a bit confusing in terms of order, but luckily there are several reading guides - ONE MORE which I would have loved to have known about when I started reading LMAO IDW1 tends to jump from story to story, which can get a bit confusing, but also it does so in such a way that ties plots together in really fun ways.
Some people will tell you that you can start off with the More Than Meets The Eye (MTMTE) series which is... probably true! It's a fan favorite series, and rightfully so. Also, I think the characterisation of Megatron in MTMTE is really interesting!
I tried starting at MTMTE and just went "HEY. This is set after the war though! I want to know about the war and all that stuff!" and so I ended up reading literally Everything else that comes before it. Which is a lot. I smashed through most of the 420+ total issues in under 2 months because I'm insatiable though.
Transformers Prime // TFP (Animated Series)
Another recommendation I saw for testing the waters (taken directly from a reddit post I saw while locating the guides) is to try reading Last Stand of the Wreckers and the sequel, Sins of the Wreckers, or Megatron Origins and Spotlight: Megatron to kind of get a feel for the sort of thing you're getting into.
My personal suggestion would be to follow this reading guide if you decide to read the comics! Mostly because the person who made it included notes, and as evidenced, I love notes. Theirs are thankfully much shorter than mine.
Another fan favorite! It's an animated series that takes things in a more gritty direction, but I think it does it really well! Maybe. I haven't... actually watched it, which is funny because it's technically what got me to finally check out Transformers.
You might have seen me reblogging a certain Pointy Black, Purple and Faceless guy sometimes. He's from this series.
Transformers Animated // TFA (Animated Series)
And lastly...
TFA is a standalone series (as in it has minimal ties to the lore/continuity of other series) which is the main reason why I'm recommending it. The secondary reasons are because it's really fun and it's the series I grew up watching lol. I'm biased!! I like it a lot!! I would probably suggest one of the other options on this list to start off with, but I really like TFA... ;u;
.......... Fanfiction.
This, in my opinion, is The Best Way to get familiarised with characters.* ...I'm serious about that, and only slightly less serious about this being a suggestion of where to look next lol.
*Well, this plus TFWiki, which is genuinely the coolest wiki of all time. There are jokes and silly jabs while still being incredibly informative!! I love it!!!!
Other options that I can't personally vouch for, but have heard good things about:
Anyway, this is ACTUALLY how I got into Transformers. I kept reading TF fanfic and furiously googling characters appearances because I like giant robots, then I fell in love with Soundwave from TFP, and then I caved and read IDW1 as my proper introduction to Transformers lol. I think it's fun to do it that way, but I know it's not for everyone lol.
Earthspark is one of the newer animated series, and apparently it's pretty good! The second season less so (...?), but it seems to have been a pretty good jumping on point for a lot of people.
TL;DR: suggestions, in no particular order:
Cyberverse is another animated series, and it's pretty cute! I watched the first season and some of the second. Apparently it gets better in the later seasons- more plot heavy and interesting ^^!
If you're so inclined there's also always the Original G1 cartoon, which is fun! If you like cartoons from the 80s, just jump in idk. I've watched some, I think it's neat.
There is also the Transformers (2019) or IDW2 comics which was a reboot done by the the same publishers who did the 2005 series (thus IDW1/2) with a different and much more... streamlined story to follow. I haven't read that yet, but I've heard it's good! It got cut short because they lost the licensing though :(
==========
Comics:
Transformers (Skybound)
Transformers (IDW 2005)
Transformers (IDW 2019)
Animated Series:
Transformers Prime
Transformers Animated
Transformers Earthspark
Transformers Cyberverse
Misc.:
Fanfiction...? (I'm making a fic reclist anyway so I thought I might as well include this as an option lol)
Good luck! Enjoy! Tell me what you decide on, if you so desire!!!
Would you believe me if I said this is me specifically holding back from talking about each series? Because this is me holding back from going wild and talking abt each series.
I was going to make a flowchart, but then decided that would take too long. And then I wrote this out and took too long.
#velwy.txt#inbox#anon#getting into things via fanfic is always fun imo#especially because i had the thing of going 'WOAH this pairing *DOES* have chemistry in canon'#followed up by 'WHAT THE FUCK THAT SHIP IS CANON? LIKE ACTUALLY CANON IN THE TEXT CANON??' once i hit mtmte#ALSO DONT. EXPECT ANY OF THE ANIMATED SERIES TO HAVE AS NICE ANIMATION AS THE MOVIE.#because they Won't.#theyr fun! but the animation is tv show level. which isnt bad! just. not much in comparison to tfone lol#anyway my inbox (or dms) are always open xoxo#SORRY THIS TOOK A WHILE I WAS BUSY TRYING NOT TO TYPE TOO MUCH#whether or not i succeeded is a different matter

slow ride ◇ 하루토
Warnings: rollercoaster/heights/food mentions
Pairing: bf!Haruto x reader
[a/n]: i had this thought when i was on a family trip and now that i'm sad i'm writing this for myself heh p.s not that anyone cares im not sad anymore now that i've finished the draft !
"Are we there yet?" Ruto asks you from beside you on the bus, resting his head on your shoulder as he scrolls through his phone.
"Almost! We get off in 3 stops," you say, resting your head on top of his.
You can't see him, but he smiles under the feeling of your head over his, his eyes crinkling shut and his lips stretching widely on either side.
As you continue to look at maps on your phone, Ruto reaches for your hand while still scrolling through his phone, too. You hold his, and his thumb traces circles over your hand.
"We're here!" you say, pressing the button for the bus to stop.
Haruto lets out a little 'yaay' as the two of you stand up and exit while still holding hands.
The theme park entrance is packed, and you struggle to join the line of people entering.
"Don't let go of my hand! What if we get lost?" you tell Haruto, who smiles and holds your hand more tightly.
"Okayy, we won't lose each other, don't worry. Not if I do this!" he says, suddenly throwing an arm around you and pulling you in more closely.
You squeal in shock and Haruto laughs.
Finally inside the park, Haruto lets you drag him to all the rides he wants to go on. Despite being scared of heights (and maybe you are, too!) he promised he would join you on an amusement park date someday, and now here it is!
Half of your day consists of waiting in lines and Haruto shielding you from anyone who tries to push, budge or cut in line. He throws them a glare and nuzzles closely into you, resting his chin on the top of your head from behind you.
The rides are fun and scary, but they're even better with Haruto at your side. His high-pitched scream makes you laugh so hard you lose your breath on the ride.
Whenever you're scared, Haruto says, "don't worry. I won't let them get away with it if anything happens to you on this ride. I'll sue them! You know how rich I am, right?"
"Yeah, rich in stuffed animals?" you shoot back, and he pouts.
Ready for something to eat, you both excitedly rush from food stall to food stall until you find some things you like, sharing everything with each other and wiping sauce off each other's faces.
"I'm sorry but you'll have to kiss the sauce off my face this time," you say, puckering your lips.
Haruto gently pushes your face away with a smile.
"Here? In front of all these people?" he asks you, blushing.
You shrug somewhat in agreement and walk off, but Haruto catches up to you and quickly kisses your cheek, somewhere just under your eye and near your ear.
You feel embarrassed and hide in his jacket, and he yells at you to stop before he spills all his food on you.
All full and ready for more rides, you notice a stuffed animal you like, instead.
"Ruto... we have to win that one!" you say, rushing towards in.
He chases after you, declaring that he'll give the game a go.
"We need it so we can put it in our apartment when we move in together in the future," you ramble on.
"You want to live with me in the future?" Haruto asks, looking at you before he attempts the game.
"Uh-"
"That's cute. I'm glad we're on the same page, love," he says with a grin before trying the game and miserably failing.
He misses all his tries and has to drag you away, but you turn back and decide to give it a shot yourself this time, and to your surprise, you win on the first go!
Haruto takes some photos and videos of you cutely stomping around the park with the huge stuffed animal in your hands, and later when you watch the video, half of the audio is just Haruto giggling and calling you 'cute' and 'precious'.
Before the two of you leave, though, you mount the ferris wheel. Once again, not the best for Haruto's fear of heights (and for you too if you also fear heights!) but a must because you whined to Haruto earlier about how all cute couples ride the ferris wheel in movies.
With the stuffed animal sitting beside you and Haruto across from you, you try to enjoy the view despite being so high up. On the other hand, Haruto is shivering across from you, hiding his hands in the sleeves of his black hoodie.
Feeling bad for dragging him on here, you slowly move to sit beside him, not wanting to shake the ride, and you hold his hands in yours. Squeezing them and nuzzling your cheek against them.
"We'll be down soon, Haruto, okay? Don't worry."
You rest your head on his shoulder and he smiles, holding your hand tightly while resting his head on top of yours.
I should be scared more often if [y/n] will cuddle up to me like this each time, he thinks to himself.

Cookie Conundrum
Okumura Koushuu x Miyuki!reader
Synopsis: While baking cookies, you lost a vital component of cookie making—cookie cutters. It's a good thing Koushuu is willing to help.
Warnings: fem!reader, mentions of food
A/n: Hello hello~ I'm glad you enjoy the Mura content! I rarely get the opportunity to write for the first years, so I took the chance to implement all of them in. Enjoy, anonnie!
----------------------------------------------------------
"Something about this feels a little bit cruel."
The four other first years turned their heads to look back at Seto—who was walking slightly behind everyone, boxes filling his arms as the group made their way to the cafeteria.
"Why do you say that?" Yui called out, stopping in his tracks briefly to readjust his hold on the heavy cardboard boxes that were slipping from his fingers—he had mistakenly overestimated his strength and was struggling to hide the sore feeling slowly creeping up his arms. Masashi silently reached out and grabbed the first box on the stack his friend was clutching, taking on the added weight like it was nothing. Yui smiled in thanks, but a pang of jealousy shot through him seeing Masashi carry the extra box without a problem.
"I get that we're underclassmen," Seto huffed, quicking his pace to catch up with Okumura, "But all of the physical labor we're made to do feels a bit unfair."
The group hummed in agreement. The separate years had been tasked with different chores to do to prepare for a small holiday party that evening before everyone left for winter break. Additionally, the winter training camp had just concluded leaving the team entirely beat. The first years had been asked to decorate—which also meant hauling boxes of heavy supplies from a storage closet on the main campus over to the baseball dorms.
"I don't mind it much. Our job will be more fun once we get everything into the cafeteria," Asada said. He was trying to stay positive, but the lanky pitcher looked as though he were about to collapse from the weight he held in his arms.
"That's true, decorating is definitely more fun than grocery shopping," Yui added. The boy stopped again to adjust the boxes in his hold, only for Masashi to take another from him and leave the small catcher to sulk quietly as he walked.
After what felt like years, the group of five could finally see the cafeteria. Each of them started hurrying to get into the building for the relief of placing the boxes down, all except for Masashi who kept his normal pace.
Just as they reached the entrance, the door cracked open to reveal a head of spiky brown hair peeking out from the side.
"Oh, there you guys are!" Kuki said. The pitcher opened the door fully, ushering in the out-of-breath group and taking a box from Masashi as he passed by.
"Nice of you to finally join us," Seto said, flopping down into a chair after placing his box onto one of the many cafeteria tables.
"Yeah, where did you run off to while we were doing this?" Yui questioned, pulling out the chair next to Seto's and laying his cheek onto the table's cool surface.
Kuki laughed awkwardly as he placed the box stolen from Masashi next to Seto's. "I was going to join you guys, but Coach asked me to carry in those metal coffee dispenser . . . things."
The boys looked over to where Kuki was pointing. On the counter near the kitchen were three large, insulated drink dispensers.
"Apparently the managers are going to be making hot chocolate!"
"Not just hot chocolate," a voice from behind the counter corrected Kuki. The statement was quickly followed by you popping up into view with ingredients in your arms, pulled from the cabinets below; your sudden appearance caused the boys to jump. "Umemoto-senpai is going to make white hot chocolate and one of the dispensers is going to be filled with hot water for anyone who wants tea."
"When did you get back there?!" Kuki screeched.
"I've been here the entire time?" You said, brows furrowed in a confused manner. You started pulling down bowls from one of the cupboards, "I said hello when you and Kanemaru-senpai came in. Did you not hear me?"
The surrounding boys looked over at Kuki expectantly, watching as he shyly rubbed the back of his neck.
"I guess I didn't. Sorry, (y/n)."
You shrugged and continued your current task of lining baking sheets with parchment paper. You paused in your actions and looked up at the newcomers in the cafeteria, "Are those the decorations?"
"Yep!" Seto said cheerfully, "I think the tree's in here somewhere too."
He got up from his seat and started digging through the box in front of him; Asada did the same followed by Kuki and Masashi. Yui was still sitting with his cheek on the table and Okumura was unraveling the scarf from his neck.
As Okumura walked over to an empty table to place down his scarf and coat, his eyes drifted to where you were bustling around in the kitchen—a pastel yellow apron on, and under it a familiar white hoodie.
"Is that my sweatshirt?" Okumura wondered aloud, his thoughts leaving him faster than his mind could process what he was implying. The sounds of his teammates digging through the boxes of decorations stopped and he turned to see them all looking between him and the younger Miyuki—Seto particularly sent him a knowing smile and waggle of eyebrows that made the blonde's ears burn.
You looked down at your attire with wide eyes, a small laugh left your lips when you remembered why you had put on the white hoodie.
"It is! I forgot to give it back to you when you lent it to me last week, so I was going to give it to you today."
"Oh," Okumura flushed at the snickering from his friends and your innocent smile. He moved back over to the group of first years and cleared his throat, "You should keep it on . . . It's supposed to snow later."
"Oh . . . Ok thanks, Kou."
Okumura sent you a nod and dipped his head down to busy himself with the glittery decorations. Seto stepped beside his friend and jokingly elbowed him in the side.
"You're hopeless, Koushuu," Seto whispered.
"Yeah, dude, that was kinda painful to watch," Kuki said quietly from across the table, tossing an ornament between his right and left hand. The others nodded along I'm agreement; they had all just become painfully aware of how awkward Okumura Koushuu was.
Okumura sighed, he knew they were right, but he didn't want to continuously be reminded of his pitiful attempts at flirting—if that's even what you'd call it.
"Can we just get our job done and forget that ever happened?" He said dully, picking up a box and moving to where Masashi had started setting up the tree.
Three of the remaining boys exchanged looks as Okumura walked off; they all looked to Seto—as he is the only person at Seidou who understands Okumura and his quirks—but the bespectacled boy just sent them a shrug before lifting the box in front of him into his arms and joining the blonde.
The rest of the group eventually made their way over to where the tree was being set up, fumbling around with tangled lights and fluffing the squished branches of the fake tree.
You watched the boys quietly from your spot in the kitchen, laughing along to their jokes from the side as you worked. A small part of you wished you were helping them, or at least had a companion to help you bake, but you were still enjoying the chance to make cookies—even if you were doing it solo.
You hit a pause in your cookie making when you noticed you were missing a vital element of cookie production—cookie cutters. You swiveled on your heels and scanned over the kitchen; pots, pans, spatulas, baking sheets, everything but cookie cutters was laid out before you. With a huff, you started going through all of the cupboards and drawers only to come out empty-handed.
You knew there were cookie cutters—the older managers had told you so, and they would never lie to you—but the metal contraptions were nowhere in sight.
"(Y/n)," Okumura had broken away from the group decorating when he noticed your irritated staring at the kitchen cabinets. He quietly joined you in the kitchen, looking for whatever you were glaring at before turning to you again. "Are you ok?"
"I can't find the cookie cutters!"
Okumura blinked owlishly at you.
That was it? That's why you were so frustrated?
He moved to the drawers and started looking through them, switching to the cabinets once he sifted through each crevice. Halfway through you started looking with him; maybe you just missed them on your first look?
The pair of you made sure to move every pot, bowl, plate, or pan out of the way while looking. As you reached the last few cabinets, the both of you were still empty-handed. At this point, it might be more productive to just cut all of the cookies into circles using a water cup.
"Are those them?"
Your head snapped up and you stumbled to stand from your kneeling position. Your eyes followed where Okumura was pointing to—a small cloth basket sat on top of the refrigerator and just peeking from the top was a corner of red and green packaging.
"It is!" You cheered, already hurrying forward to retrieve the pesky tools. Your arm was stretched as far as you could reach, you were on your tiptoes, you had even hopped a few times in a desperate attempt to reach the basket, but to no avail, you couldn't reach the cookie cutters.
Okumura took your spot to try and reach the basket, but it was pushed too far back for him to hook his fingers around one of the handles.
"Maybe I should go find Coach? He should be able to get them down for us," you sighed and turned to leave the kitchen.
"Wait, I have an idea," Okumura blurted out. You turned around to face him, a hopeful smile tugging at the corners of your mouth. "Can I—uh . . . Can I put my hands on your waist?"
You froze. You stared back at Okumura, your body burning up as you watched his blue eyes shift nervously to the floor. You were so flustered that you couldn't even speak, instead giving your consent with a shy nod.
You turned to face the refrigerator. Okumura stepped behind you; he was so close that you could feel his chest brush against your back as he gently placed his hands onto your waist—the contact made you jump in your skin.
"I promise I won't drop you," he whispered from behind; he squeezed your waist reassuringly.
"I trust you, Koushuu."
With a long breath in, Okumura lifted you up. Your feet twitched at the loss of ground; your body floated in the air, supported completely by the hands of the catcher below.
"Can you reach them?" Okumura said, his voice coming out slightly strained from the concentration of not dropping you.
"Almost," you said. Your fingers were centimeters away from the basket, your arm and shoulder twinged with pain at how forcefully you were stretching them. When your fingers wrapped around the handle you yanked it forward and dipped your hand into the basket to pull out the cookie cutter box. "Got them!"
Okumura placed you down and you leaned back into his chest as a relieved sigh left your lips. You spun around to face the boy, cookie cutters clutched to your chest.
"Thank you, Kou."
"Y-you're welcome."
The pair of you couldn't break eye contact; it felt like your souls were being pulled together the longer you looked—that if you were to pull away, your being would be shredded to pieces.
"Oi," a strong voice called out, startling you and the blonde.
You turned your head and were met with a pair of irritated eyes, trapped behind a pair of glasses.
Kazuya—your brother who was supposed to be off-campus getting ingredients—was leaned against the opposite side of the kitchen counter, sending a deadly look at the boy in front of you.
"Hands off, Okumura."
At that moment, Koushuu and you became increasingly aware of the fact that he still had his hands on your waist.
Okumura retracted his hands; they left so quickly you'd think your skin was as hot as coals.
"I'm just gonna—" he awkwardly shuffled backwards and gestured back to where his friends were—all of whom were holding in their laughter at the misfortune of their friend.
"Uh . . . Yeah, that's . . . Yeah."
You watched Okumura scurry back to the other first years before you turned and shot a glare at your brother.
"I'm starting to think that he's right, maybe you are evil."
"Oh come on," Kazuya huffed, leaning his head into his hand, "That was funny . . . He shouldn't have had his hands on you anyway."
"Actually," you moved to lean on the counter across from your brother. A wicked smile came across your face. "I gave him consent."
Kazuya gawked at you, stuttering out questions as you turned your back on him to continue making cookies—cookie cutters in hand.
