#took nyquil and my mom had me try her anxiety meds which apparently also make her sleepy#need to go see my doctor and get my meds sorted out#every time i go to the doctor trying to get back on my meds I have a problem on the pharmacy end and i just lose all hope again#but my sleep schedule is completely wrecked and I physically not do anything for more than maybe 10 min at a time#adhd/depression/anxiety combo eating me alive#also i have only eaten lunch a granola bar and two packs of cheez its (individual size not whole boxes don't worrry)#oh and a lot of water tooo#but i am wide awake (waiting for the nyquil to kick in) and i only slept two hours last night#oh wait i think i took a nap#maybe#i zoned out for like a solid amount of time where i was supposed to be helping with dinner so there is that#also i think my rsd is getting worse than usual#but that also might just be the trauma#who knows#someone pls knock all the extra thoughts out of my brain pls#i just want to not exist for a few hours#on the other hand i totally binged the shadow and bones thing#im so excited v well done it vs books in my memory is very well done I love how they put it together#plus A+ casting!?!?#holy crap dude
