Ya these are owynn's parents lel. They are Zoe and Harry Cooper.

Uhh they had been together for a long while before owynn was even born for convenience (Harry gets better payment if he's married, Zoe gets her family off her back if she's married)

Though they aren't really ~happy~ in their marriage, they also aren't exactly doing ~bad~ so they never saw the need to divorce or anything. Until they were in their thirties and thought "hey, maybe having a baby could bring us together as a couple". Spoiler alert: it didn't.

Neither of them was really into taking care of some baby that now lives with them (it is their bio kid btw). So they literally gave baby Owynn the most bare bones attention and care that a baby/kid could ever need*, and this totally doesn't mess up Owynn's perception of love or anything.

*barely enough to not be child abuse

They are still 'together' btw. They say they are in an open relationship but neither of them ever gets another partner or anything, so ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠⊙⁠_⊙⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
