Because I apparently think it's better to learn like 4 languages a very little bit instead of being actually fluent in 1 other one.... I downloaded an app for thai. ...I'd been telling myself not to bother cuz I feel I will struggle very badly with the tonal aspects but... at least memorizing an alphabet to kinda read is easier? Maybe?

1) lee minhyuk out of the like...forty lee minhyuks rotating in and out of my shitty, kpop trashcan of an existence, this lee minhyuk is the most important. originally, i couldn't stand him, but as i began to stan monsta x, things rapidly changed. i quickly learned how caring, positive, and relentlessly hardworking he was. to clarify, he is the only idol to have dethroned im jaebum as my ult bias. so it's serious. (**if you would like a dissertation further outlining my love for him, please send any and all inquiries to my inbox. kthanx.)

2) im jaebum im jaebum means a lot of things to me. he wasn't my first *ever* bias (please see 10) but he was the longest lasting. he provides an example of what a leader should be; stern, focused, and supportive. his edges are sharp, but his insides are deceptively squishy. i relate to him on a fellow infj level and hope he understands being demoted (but he probably won't because us infj's can be salty af sometimes)

3) park jimin my mochi. he was my first bts bias and has waited patiently for me to circle back around to him after making my way through all of his other members (bias hopping hoe). once a jimin stan, always a jimin stan.

4) xu minghao when i first saw seventeen, i distinctly remember thinking, no way i'll ever bias the8. his name is literally the8. but here i am. biasing the8. it's kind of like biasing a child that has picked up the bad habits of his parents. adorable, but sassy af.

5) park jinyoung this one snuck up on me. we all know before i became a monsta x trashcan, got7 was my ult group. after seeing them live, and seeing jinyoung glisten before my very eyes, i couldn't ignore him any longer. i love a boy with an intellect and savage clap backs prepared for every occasion.

6) xang yixing my sweet little cherry blossom. my squishy pork dumpling. this was another one of those "whoops, china line got me again" situations. he is too pure and too kind and too determined to make his way into my heart. you do not stan xang yixing, xang yixing stans you.

7) bang yongguk the only member of a group who was my first bias, and is still my current bias. he has such incredible charm and talent, but even deeper he's drawn me in with his soul and just how purely beautiful it is.

8) jung kiseok simon. simon dominic. i know he's not technically in a "group" per say, but he's probably the most problematic bias on the list. he doesn't know it yet, but i will find him, and i will marry him. he's driven, he's assertive, and he's so intrinsically kind.

9) shin hoseok my original monsta x bias, now woefully replaced as the bias wrecker. hoseok has always been a soft spot for me. he's so susceptible to his own feelings and so sensitive. it makes my little cold, black heart weep.

10) kang daesung my og bias. dangerous kang. the year was 2011, I was a child, and hopelessly in love with him.
