i recently opened up my own blog, but trying to get traction is so hard 😭😭 i ofc want my posts to be noticed but id hate asking people to check my stuff! how did you get ppl to notice btl when u first started? 😭😭 asking 4 a friend. 🫶

when i first posted btl i deadass just made the blog a couple days prior (the whole reason i made this blog was to fuckin post btl😭) so i had to put some shit up for formalities sake cus smaus r usually heavier in regards to postings and all and i want my new potential readers to atleast have a little background on how i write so i posted a few blurbs before posting btl

im not rlly sure how btl got attraction cus it took awhile before i got readers who were genuinely interested (asking to be on the taglist n shit) i just posted either way bc its what i wanted to read for myself and people ended up reading it too sooo

i just post whatever i want to post and just #trust the algorithm to do its thing lol ( ← on this note im not even 100% sure if tumblr has an algorithm system in the tags... sometimes the tumblr users themselves are inactive hence the lack of attraction ) so tag your posts accordingly ! do nawt post a little status update and tag it with #(blank) imagines cus THAT IS NOT AN IMAGINE.. THAT IS YOUR STATUS UPDATE 😭 (pet peeve when im scouting the tags)
