would anyone else like to talk about how their p*rental neglect affected their adhd
#ive been going over adhd in adult things for like a week now#ive since then figured out why i could never di any homework in high school#im very thankful i realized what executive dysfunction is 😪#i also realized that i was like hyperactive as a child#and sermon after sermon after sermon after sermon#and just days of neglectfulness#literally forced the hyperactivity out of me#and i forced myself to believe i didnt have anything at all bc i could focus on those really long sermons#im now one of the spaciest people ever#but since like realizing it for myself ive felt less like i was wearing a mask#so thats nice at least#this is a lot of jumbled thoughts#sorry yall im pooping#personal#fuck cogop
