“Are you fucking kidding me right now?”

You’re absolutely furious. In all the years that you’ve been with Mando, he’s never made a mistake this detrimental. Not only did he almost lose the bounty with his random change of plan, but he also put himself right into the path of danger. This shouldn’t have been a dangerous mission, but somehow, Din found a way to make it life-threatening.

The bounty the two of you were after had been hiding out in an old, abandoned ship on an old, abandoned planet. The main objective was to get the target outside of the ship to capture him in case there was any kind of fuel left in the corroding ship.

You thought you were both stationed in your respective positions, the bait set to lead the bounty out, when you had noticed something was missing. Din. Din was missing. You curse under your breath as you stand up to get a better look at his empty post. Fucking bastard.

You spot a gleam of beskar in your peripheral and turn to follow it. He’s too far away from you for you to yell at him or try to grab him, practically at the opening at the ship already. There's nothing for you to do but wait and see how everything plays out. You groan as you crouch back down behind the rock you had been hiding behind.

Then you hear a deafeningly loud bang.

Your heart drops to your stomach as you shoot back up to your feet.

“MANDO!” You hear yourself scream his name but you don’t remember making an attempt to do so.

You immediately know what had happened as you get closer to the ruined ship. The first thing you see is the absolute wreckage laying around where the ship used to be, some of it still smoldering. The second thing you see is fucking Mando emerging from the smoke, target in hand.

His armor is coated in a black film, likely from being so close to the tank when he fucking shot it and blew it up. You stand in place and let him walk to you, keeping a firm expression the entire time. You can tell the moment he sees the way you’re seething. His movement falters and he lowers his head ever so slightly, continuing toward you with his tail tucked.

You wait until he is a few feet away from you before turning on your heel and starting the way back to the Crest. You know he’ll follow, so you don’t look back or say a word until you reach your shared ship.

When you climb aboard, you wordlessly signal for Mando to put the bounty in carbonite before you climb up to get the ship into the air. Once you’re out of the atmosphere, you climb back down the ladder to find Mando standing in the middle of the hull.

He doesn’t say a word to you, just stands there awaiting your orders. Smart. You point to the bedroom and wait for him to start walking before you trail behind him, still fuming. He stops in front of the bed and watches you walk past him and into the closet. You throw a single word his way as you start digging for the restraints.

“Strip.”

He shudders at your tone but does as he’s told.

just curious - why post in a ship tag complaining about the ship? you knew people were going to be upset regardless that you did that but also isn’t it…unnecessary? like, at the end of the day, fanfiction and ships are fiction for a reason. sometimes it’s fun to imagine the impossible and to imagine au’s - and to hate an entire fandom for it seems excessive and quite frankly, rude. i’m not saying dramione is the end all be all bc yeah, some characterizations are so ooc that it’s just like why bother. other times it’s like wow this is really good, but these things can also be related to any other fandoms.

idk, i mean we are all entitled to our own opinion, of course. i guess it just rubbed me wrong way that you’d post something shitting on a ship you so clearly hate and posting it in said fandom.

its not just about "let ppl have their own ships and opinions" it's about hating on the canon and making up their own ships and characters just bcs they didn't like the original one. i totally get whatever jkr said upset a lot of ppl and that's absolutely normal and right thing to do and im not here to defend her or something. i usually separate the art from the artist bcs harry potter always had a special place in my place and i have always loved the canon. i think the hate on canon characters and ships started more after jkr transphobic jokes. ppl are romanticizing toxic characters and toxic ships to go against jkr and i have seen these in so many fanfics. they mainly do it to show that they do not care about the canon or they are against it but they still wanna like it somehow.

saying how some characters should've done this or that in the canon is absolutely bullshit. obv the characters had no idea this will be consequences. nobody is perfect but isn't that what makes a series relatable in some way? every characters had flaws and every character resembled somebody from our daily lives. hating on the canon characters to just make your fav character look like a saint is hypocrisy.

the main reason why the percy jackson fandom is less toxic than hp is bcs they like their author and we don't and they accept their canon the way it is bcs they like their author. i get y'all don't like jkr and neither do i but i dont go out of my way to change the canon bcs i just don't like her.

these new ships and characters are scaring new fans away from canon bcs some of y'all convinced them that fanon is somehow 'better" and when these so called "fans" come on here to share opinions that they've based off of the misinformation they've been fed, they will be unprepared to handle any kind of backlash they may face except their usual "let ppl have their own ships" or "its just fanfiction"

also i use the tags bcs i want ppl to know the misinformation they've been fed by the new genz fandom and how they think shipping random characters don't affect anyone but in reality, it does. i mean literally see how many ppl have been influenced by meneclad and how they think dramione is endgame and how jkr wasted their potential. they never even had any real chemistry in the canon so there was nothing to wasted on.

hi! i rlly like the concept and the art and all that- but i was a bit confused. idk if i missed something or if im blind- so if this has been asnwered elsewhere im really sorry- but will this be like. a game? or a fanfic? or something else? ik you said you're redoing it- and i really wanna follow the story but im just kinda confused kdjf

Linear (no choices/branching story) visual novel, with additional game mechanics like random events and RPG-style battles

Since it has a demo game showcasing the concept as a whole (though battles are not included yet)

You should also check some of the tags on the navigation page, like "main story" and "info post".

Main story for now includes highlights from the game's script I'm writing but all major updates (like in-game chapter development or distribution; since most seemed to prefer chapter-by-chapter development akin to BATIM) will go there.

And info posts are, well, info posts. In the last one I talked about possible game mechanics I'd like to try and implement in renpy.

The story itself is a bit hard to follow rn I imagine, since I'm mostly sharing "heheh funneh" dialogue or particular character interaction; I don't want to spoil stuff too much. But I suppose I could give a better synopsis than the one up on the "About" page:

Tord comes to London to find help with his "special Gehenna stopping ancient vampire killing project". He's struggling, until he meets Edd, who then in exchange for a car ride introduces him to Matt. Matt agrees to help Tord's venture if he, in turn, helps Matt with his debt to the local Camarilla. The task at hand is to locate three items that could in some way shape or form represent "eternal power".

So for the most part it's three separate heists/fetch quests (each "starring" one of the guys - Edd, Tom, Tord; Matt is busy directing them and doing his own thing in the spare time. Though he gets his own bit of "fun" during the time he gets paired with Tord, on the second quest).

However there's also something developing in the background (like people going MIA) and at a certain point it intervenes into the heist plot and turns it into madoka-esque grand-scale thing...a bit hard to explain but, you'll see ^^

Im still a bit new to tumblr and im confused what you mean by roiers tag is unusable? Is there a specific way to tag things? /genq

so in order not to clutter tags and make them really annoying to scroll through, the only things that should go in "main" tags (as in "roier" or "qsmp" etc.) should be posts that are actually about the person that other people will want to see, not random liveblogging a la "omg this is so funny." so, for instance, a meme about whatever roier is doing on stream is totally fine, or clips and fanart, but like i said, just your random liveblogging doesn't belong in there.

it's not like a TOS issue, it's more about tagging etiquette for other people using the tags. this is, btw, why i don't main tag most of my liveblogs-- if i'm just posting "omg he's so cute," that doesnt go in roier's main tag. most of my liveblogs don't go in the main tags. but if i'm posting things i think anyone who's into roier would want to see, then i do put it in his tags. it's also, frankly, about numbers-- fifty different liveblogs from the same one or two accounts that are all just nonsense and nothing i want to see when i'm seeking out roier content is obnoxious.

and i get that people just don't know how to use tumblr still, and the tagging etiquette in this fandom in particular is awful, but it's still really annoying to be trying to find roier fanart or posts talking about his content and have to scroll past a lot of nothing to find it. it's a fast way to get blocked on here (by me, at least, because i block for any minor annoyance) and it's definitely not going to actually make you any mutuals-- what would be actually beneficial in terms of trying to connect with people, if that's what people are looking for, would be tagging posts that other people actually want to see. people can and should use the main tags for things that are interesting! just not for whatever random thought pops into their head.

as of right now, 27 but i have another 3 currently in the works (dead boy detectives has turned my brain into fanfic soup and i love it)

currently only working on dead boy detectives ones but ive also written dead poets society, merlin, good omens, doctor who and supergirl
