Hi! Could I be ✨Anon? (Im not sure whats been taken already) I've been on a big Batfam kick these past few days and have a v indulgent request if it interests you.

Could I request something for a (gn) civilian reader who is friends w/ the Batfam, but recently got superpowers that are magical girl-esque? Neither of the parties knowing of the others Alter Egos. Here are some of my thought, but write the post however you'd like.

Reader was accidentally caught up in some commotion that involved stealing specialty cargo. One of them being an alien artifact, and reader uses it in desperation to save themselves. But now they have these sparkely, pretty, and showy powers that they never asked for. (And maybe a magical animal companion that insist they bring light and justice to Gotham)

Reader is reluctant to be a vigilante, but keeps finding themselves in situations to help people anyways.(Maybe its a side effect of being a magical girl) They end up fighting alongside the Batfam at some point, but they feel embarrassed to interact w/ them. Reader feels completely out of place with their colorful and over-the-top powers when next to the cool and brooding batfam.

Magical Girl/Boy/Person! Reader is really close friends with Tim and Damian. If there was one thing all three could agree on it’s that they loved superheroes in manga/comics.

And Reader? Boy did they adore the Batfam. There was just something about their dark, brooding aesthetic that they couldn’t get enough of.

So it was a tad bit ironic that they stumbled upon the most “girly”and “bright” power ever known to Gotham.

It didn’t help that your abilities had to be activated with cutely yelling things like “Sparkle Blast!” or “Smile Hurricane!”

I like to headcannon that you have a familiar or Kwami like creature that in exchange of keeping your identity magically hidden, absolutely bullies you by making the one above a requirement.

I headcannon that Damian has the PHATTEST crush on you. Like even moreso than the stalker, otaku Tim. Like he is just head over heels. You’re strong, you’re capable, you’re adorable?? But that mostly extends to just your magic persona rather than your real self. He’s super obvious about it to anyone but you too (similar to the og miraculous ladybug w/ felix instead of chat).

Tim is more interested on who tf you were. Like yes!!! Magical Person Hero!!! You were basically his childhood crushes incarnate!! But his inquisitive mind really needed to know who you were in order to calm himself down.

Jason is honestly a bit overwhelmed by your whole getup, but grows to love you the most in terms of how kind you are and how you help them even in the most dire of situations (not knowing that you were basically forced to)

He’s very much Tuxedo Mask type wherein he’d be very annoying to you when the disguises are off but an absolute Casanova with em on.

You and Dick are the most close when it comes to patrols and fighting. I feel like you, being the big fan you were, would make him look even more flashy and handsome during battle with sparkles and whatnot. I have a feeling he’d be the first to ask you out or fully romance you, as well as be the first to befriend you/contact you as a vigilante.

Bruce is definitely perplexed by how you always evade him in terms of your secret identity. It frustrates him to no end that whenever he gets close to finding out something either gets in his way or his mind just goes blank.

Once you explain how your magical persona works tho he’s pretty quick on the bandwagon, especially since he sees that his boys love you.

Also cause you look way too adorable to really be heinous.

Once you break one of your familiar’s rules though, they do share your identity with the bats and well…

its okay tsk whisk disc bisc i too got stuck on an early episode of jjk for forever i was also a gojo denier for the longest time but unfortunately it succeeded in sinking its teeth into me 💔💔 now im a gojo meat rider til the day i die but listen,,,, honestly id avoid trying to pick it up NOT BECAUSE ITS BAD by any means its actual one of the beet animes ive watched story wise tbh but im not even fully caught up w the manga and every spoiler i see makes wish i didnt touch the series like 😭😭😭 id pay good money to not recognize the characters in the spoilers every week 😭 BUT if u do watch it what helped me to get into it was just completely restarting tbh lol like i got to episode like 11 and stopped for like 2 years idk if ur starting from ep 7 everytime but if u are try just pulling the plug yk and if u arent eye yam sorry for the stupid advice ily biscuit

tbh i’m kinda scared of it cos everyone is losing their minds over this show but you know what, i’m home alone rn cos mr. biscuit is having a boys night so imma go shower and start over with episode 1 tonight and WE SHALL SEE!!

TV shows that I have stopped watching:

Disclaimer: I would always pride myself that I finish every show i start even if I hate them...however, in the past two years many emotional things happened that I gave up on shows, didn’t have the drive to keep watching...or they just bored me to death lol Here’s a list of the ones i remember:

Dramas/Fantasy

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina -I’m on episode 3 or 4...i lost interest when things started looking silly and exaggerated. But will keep watching. 

Game of Thrones- Also on episode 4. It has not hooked me yet. Will keep watching

The Walking Dead- I only saw the first episode...and scattered episodes later on....not fully interested, but MIGHT keep watching.

American Horror Story- Last season I saw was Coven...Hotel doesn’t interest me much...but WILL keep watching.

Supernatural- still on episode 2....mmm...not sure if i want to go through all those seasons though :0 MIGHT keep watching.

Once Upon a Time- I left off on season 5...I lost interest in storyline...but I WILL keep watching.

The Originals- I watched all of the Vampire Diaries, but i dont think i’m that interested in the Original Family. I would have preferred if it was based on when they first became vampires....I probably will NOT keep watching.

Ingobernable- Hmmm...i saw the first 4 episodes but has not caught much of my attention. I think cus i was used to regular novelas...and this is a little extra for me, judging it by the regular Mexican stuff I watch. Probably will NOT keep watching. 

DC/Marvel

Arrow- I think I’m on season 6. I’ve been so angry at this show for going a completely direction and focusing on uninteresting characters...but i’m sticking with it because of how much mental energy I’ve put in it lol. But yeah....this show is not that good. Will keep watching though lol

The Flash- I’m in season 5 i believe, and i’m trying to watch them at the same time as the other ones in universe. Will keep watching

Supergirl- Same as previous ones...will keep watching.

Legends of Tomorrow- Same as previous ones....Will keep watching.

Gotham- Unfortunately this show was NEVER good. I could never find what it was trying to be. It was sooo all over the place...BUT i love the batman mythos and villains so i WILL keep watching.

Daredevil- So many people praise this show, but to be honest, it was way too dramatic for me. Too raw for my attention span. I MIGHT keep watching though.

Sitcoms/ Short shows

The Big Bang Theory- No idea what season I’m in. i think where penny and whats his face are engaged. I still like this show. Will keep watching.

Modern Family- This show was always super funny. I enjoyed it, no idea why i lost track of it. I think i stopped watching when Gloria had the baby. I need to watch it from beginning again though. Will keep watching.

Glee- I think i only saw the first 2 episodes...but the dialog was so annoying...i now only watch episodes that are focused on specific artists. Probably will NOT keep watching.

So Weird- This is an olllddd one from back when Disney channel was good!!!! Where my 1999 kids at!? lol I started rewatching this show, but i need to continue. Not sure if wanna watch it where they change direction with it though....MIGHT keep watching.

Anime/Animated

Sailor Moon- CHILDHOOD show. I dont know where i left off rewatching it...but i need to watch it how i originally did in English...up to wherever it goes, then again in the subbed version with everything that it didn’t show me.....Requires true commitment lol WILL keep watching.

Sailor Moon Crystal- I saw only like the first 2 episodes. I liked that they were like the manga...but i couldn’t get over the the new animation :/ MIGHT keep watching. 

One Piece- My husband keeps pushing me to finish this...but its too all over the place for me. The characters are really lovable though. Bruh, i’m barely in the Skypiea arc. Not even at the 2 yr jump. womp womp. MIGHT keep watching

Bleach- hmmm...this one was also a little extra for my little brain. I couldn’t keep up.....i might NOT keep watching. I think i stopped when they were in the Soul society.

Batman the Animated Series- I’m not even at the Harley Quinn episodes which is why i started watching lol But i WILL keep watching.

Reality TV

Comic Book Men- I really enjoyed this show, WILL keep watching.

Keeping up with the Kardashians- i know I lost my street cred with this one, but sorry, its my guilty pleasure! lol Im barely in season 5 i think. lol I wont watch the Khloe and Lamar one, cus that one is boring. The rest I WILL.

America’s Next Top Model- I was ADDICTEDDDD to this show. I have rewatched the first 10 seasons HUNDREDs of times! And i can’t make it past 12 or 13....I need to get back on it to see what the new drama is though lol. WILL keep watching.

Impractical Jokers- I almost peed a couple of times with this show 😂 Will keep watching
