Veneer, who's prone to poison episodes, being forced to live with his father who hasn't been the dad he needed is not going to end well. Like, what if Veneer snaps and kills Vaughn in a poison episode after he resumes abusing Veneer?

What if Velvet is dead in that context, leaving Veneer all on his own?

Can you imagine Veneer reuniting with Floyd after killing Vaughn? Would Veneer be afraid of potentially killing Floyd next in a poison episode?

I think Clay, being the genius he is, would analyze the effects of troll poison once Floyd tells him what he witnessed and what he knows about V&V.

Oohh! I love how you think outside the box! I really want to answer this question lol some context first followed by a little WIP that brewed in my mind. Potential story once I get all my ideas in order:

Without the guidance of his wife, Vaughn was beginning to turn out like his father towards his children: cold and bitter. He never hurt them physically, but his words really did rub them the wrong way. He was REALLY hard on them. He knew that if he wasn’t around to protect them, no one would…I guess you can say it was a form of tough love, but Vaughn unknowingly mentally abused his children with words he would tell them. Though, Vaughn loved them, he never knew how to express it. Vaughn is more of an anti-hero than a villain, he’s definitely redeemable. He’s not really meant to die, but for this separate storyline he ends up dying at the hands of his own son, and Velvet has died at the hands of the Mistress:

“I Didn’t Mean Too”

“…. You’re weak. God knows I’ve tried to make you strong… but you’re hopeless…” Vaughn spat. He turned to face the window looking out into the under-city…. That’s when he bit his tongue… regret settling his heart… he shouldn’t have said that.

You’re hopeless. You’re nothing, a voice began to speak inside Veneers mind.

“Stop it. Please stop it.” He grasped the side of his head tighter trying to shake the voice off…

He doesn’t love you.

“Yes he does. Yes he does.”

No he doesn’t….

Vaughn let out a deep sigh… He turned around to his son… he was hugging himself, crying and shaking.

“….Im sorry….” Vaughn finally said. “I have no excuse for saying the things I said to you… or have said in the past.. I’m a horrible father. You and your sister didn’t deserve any of it, you were always good children… but…. But I pushed you away, didn’t I?” He approached his son. Veneer wasn’t listening, he wasn’t paying attention…he was to busy struggling with the voice inside him…

He hates you.

“No he doesn’t! He came back for me!”

He came back for your sister. But she’s dead.

“Shut up! Go away!”

“Veneer?” Vaughn approached and placed a hand on his son’s shoulder. That’s when he snapped, opening his eyes, Vaughn could see the pink hue around them, the crazed, deranged look. Veneer grabbed the closest thing he could find and stabbed his father right on the neck…

Vaughns eyes widened at what was happening…a pain scorching his body… but he knew this wasn’t his son… he knew well what was going on…

“Ven… Fight it…” he said in between breaths, struggling for air as Veneer drove the object deeper. “…. I’m sorry…..I….did this…. To you….” Tears began to roll down Vaughns eyes as he looked at his son, this wasn’t him. Vaughn never appreciated the kindness his son always had… and he was a fool for it.

“…Im…. Sorry….. I’m…. Proud of…..you…” He struggled with his words as he struggled to breath. He hoped Veneer could hear the words he was speaking, somewhere deep inside, “…..I…..I….love-…” His breathing stopped.

Veneer let go letting his father’s body drop to the floor. The pink faded. He blinked looking around the room…

“What happened?…. Dad….” Veneer approached his father’s lifeless body, “….Dad…”

His body trembled as he saw his father wasn’t moving. Veneer looked down at the object in his hand covered in blood…He tossed it aside, his body beginning to quiver, a stream of tears beginning to flow down his face.

“DADDY!” He ran to Vaughns side and shook him, hoping he’d wake up. “I’m sorry! I’m sorry! I didn’t mean too! Daddy please!” Veneer begged and cried.

Growing desperate, Veneer ran around the room hoping to find something, a first aid kit… anything.

“Hold on dad! I’m…. I’m going to help you…. I’m going to fix this okay.” He cried as he dug around every where. Veneer began going through his father’s desk in hopes he found something…. He did…. A letter, addressed to him and his sister… he opened it:

Vels and Ven,

I can never find the right words to say in person. Everything comes out cruel and unloving. So I write this, in hopes to present it to you one day…not a day goes by that I don’t miss you two.

I know my anger and bitterness towards you two drove you away from me. Your mother always believed I could be a good father, but I am not. I have turned out to be the wretched piece of garbage my father was to me… and I’m sorry. I have seen goodness in you two that I haven’t seen in the longest time down here. It hurts me that no one else can see it… which is why I try to make you strong. People will try to take advantage of you, and I won’t be around to protect you always. So you must learn, it’s what I’ve always tried to teach you… but never once did I show you how much I love the both of you…

Veneers hands fell limp as he read the last part…I love the both of you.

He had always loved them? All this time he was looking for them? Why couldn’t he have shown it before! Why did he have to be mean? Veneer resented his father for years… but he had always loved them..

Veneer went to Vaughns side and hugged him. He doesn’t remember the last time he was able to embrace him, but Veneer held on long and tight, his tears rolling down onto Vaughns chest…

“…I love you too…” He murmured as he began to cry uncontrollably. He wanted to hold him forever, but then voices were heard downstairs.

They’d come up and find his father dead, they would have no mercy toward Veneer… he’d be a traitor and he would be killed…. But he didn’t want to leave him….the voices grow closer…

“I’m sorry dad… I have to go… I’m so, so sorry.” He cried hugging him one last time. Veneer gathered the letter his father had written…and a picture…a photo of the four of them: the twins, their mother and father…

There was a knock at the door, “Boss?” The door was locked. This gave Veneer time to head to the window and make his way out. He stole one final glance at Vaughn as he lay on the floor motionless..

“… I know you loved me…I love you dad.” He whispered as he jumped out….

Alone. He was alone…but he didn’t want to be alone…. There was one more person he could go to… another father he had… he had to make it to Floyd somehow.

Hi Oddberry! I saw that you saw my ask on Cozi's page and the confusion I had along with it 💀

Now that I think about it I actually do remember Cozi mentioning your Megara OC/yuy was yours and just forgot! 😭 My apologies 😅

Buuuuuuut…now that I know who the owner is, may I ask for some lore on your oc and what her relationship is like with the other NRC cast?

It’s no problem at all! Cozy and I have been collaborating together for years so there is a lot of overlap. She’s the designer of Katerina, but she helped some with characterization too, just as I pitch in sometimes with Tia and the boys!

I’m sorry I don’t have any fun visuals to accommodate this and it’s just words BUT hopefully it’ll be an interesting read.

It will be under read more so I don’t bother everyone, OKAY LETS GO!

Grim- Starts off as a sort of Meg with Pain + Panic type of dynamic where they make little digs at each other and argue in petty ways. Obviously they both genuinely care about each other and are protective in their own ways. That's her lil guy, and she is HIS hench-human who he must protect at all costs.

Ace + Deuce- Best friends #1 and #2, at first they both treat her like she can't do anything herself because she 1. doesn't have magic 2. is a girl (who is still taller than them but still.) Her intellect, though often coming off as sarcastic in her advice, and her fencing abilities prove that she isn't some helpless magicless girl make their friendship feel more equal. They're basically her little brothers now. They still walk on either side of her around school just so the other students don't get any funny ideas.

Riddle- She and Riddle have similar moms (I changed up her upbringing after reading Go The Distance by Jen Calonita) Kat's mom isn't as abusive as Riddle's, but incredibly overbearing and imposing because she wants her daughter to live a successful life. This is a theme with her and the other over blotters, but she empathizes with him and the two of them get along well. I think the moment between Yuka and Riddle in Book 2 manga where Riddle fixes Yuka's outfit for her feels very them too.

Cater and Trey- Basic cordial relationship, no complaints there besides annoyance at their previous complacency in Riddle's overbearing rules

Leona- She's a strong and respectable woman. He's already ready to help her out in a pinch. He's reliable and smart. They get along well.

Jack- Another bestie. I think the two would have a good time doing exercises together. She doesn't join him for a run every day but he's good motivation to not rot in her bed on weekends.

Ruggie- She loves his hustle. Eat the rich, lil dude.

Azul- What a slime ball. She takes everything he says with a grain of salt. HOWEVER, she has been bullied in the past (not as bad as he was, but was intentionally excluded and isolated from her peers) that vulnerability is hard to show, of course he does everything he can to cover it up. If she makes a deal with him, she's sure to read the fine print and always makes good on her word so she can get out. It'd be no good if she was in debt twice.

Floyd- Called her a catfish, offending her right off the bat. However, he's tons of fun to hang out with when he's in the right move. He demanded she teach him to fence as soon as he found out she could do it. Now he calls her 'catfish' with a lot more affection. The nickname isn't so bad now.

Jade- She can't tell what he's thinking unlike his twin and Jade's teasing doesn't always sit right with her, but he knows how to behave himself. But she is gonna be looking at im like 🤨 occasionally

Kalim- OH KALIM!!! Kalim, she wants to preserve your happiness. I feel like Kat would get along really well with the light trio as a homage to Meg working for the villain but falling in love with a genuinely kind well-meaning hero. Kat definitely blends in well with typical NRC students with a healthy amount of skepticism towards the intentions of others and being admittedly pretty cut-throat when upset. She sees how Kalim made mistakes, but knows his intentions weren't bad, and she still feels a bit guilty for snapping at him so badly at Book 4 out of frustration. She doesn't want Kalim to lose the optimism he has for the world, in fact, she wishes she had that kind of joy herself. They get along pretty well...Perhaps, TOO well.

Jamil- They're literally like two peas in a pod, like a girl version of him. I imagine Kat and Jamil rant about stuff together while braiding each other's hair and whispering sarcastic remarks to each other. She has empathy for him and wants him and Kalim to turn out okay, but she doesn't impose, it's not like she understands the full extent of what they're going through but she's there to lend a helping hand, or nod and go "exactlyyy" when Jamil vents to her.

Vil- He'd want to take her under his wing. She's pretty, has modeled in the past in her original world, is literally supermodel height and is full of potential. She views him as overbearing at first and then becomes appreciative of his strength and care for his dorm mates. Sure, he gets on her for not making the best decisions with what she does with her day, but it's not so bad to get free skin and hair care stuff.

Rook- She found him off-putting at first but then grew to appreciate the fact that he finds beauty in everything...She wishes she could view the world like that. Damn light trio, making her guarded heart melt like that. His earnestness is a trait she's come to respect and surprisingly, his appreciation for her almost goes up to the same levels as Neige and Vil 😳 h-hello?? Oh he's so sad he didn't get to see the work she did in her original world...

Epel- BESTIEEEE! They're so tall queen and short king. Kat is forever grateful of everything he did for her in Book 5, from letting her squeeze the life outta him from her fear of heights when they rode a broom together to literally saving her life with his spell. They totally had mini sleepovers when she stayed in Pomefiore during Ramshackle renovations.

Idia- Oh man, the Hades/Meg dynamic right here. Her phone died and she lost all of her old game consoles and manga collection when she came to Twisted Wonderland, he saw this as an opportunity to convert someone irl into his nerd interests. He uses it as blackmail to get her to do stuff for him like run errands and junk. It's really just a stupid excuse to become more isolated and to keep her around, Kat resents him as she feels she's being used. After Book 6, he drops the act and frees her from her 'debt,' now they just hang out and play games like normal friends. He comes up with cringey nicknames to call her and Muscle Red has assumed she was his girlfriend during a gaming session between the three of them. Idia is currently planning how he, Ortho and Kat can group cosplay now that he has the confidence to do it in public with his gamer-girl friend (I cringe as I write this)

Ortho- Basically #3 bestie next to Ace and Deuce. They relationship started tied to Idia, Kat assuming that Ortho was just some robot servant Idia made, which Ortho corrected her on. She felt personally responsible for Ortho going rogue during Book 6, with her being dismissive of his role as Idia's younger brother haunting her as she never got to properly apologize. As a homage to Meg ending up in Tartarus, I had Kat personally go in there to get Grim, Idia, and Ortho as they fell. She's the one who manages to grab Ortho's memory chip before Vil drags all of them out (Kat wasn't physically changed by Tartarus since she doesn't exactly belong in that world but uh, maybe you'll find out more lol). She believes that Ortho is dead for a while and feels immense guilt over it and definitely didn't cry in her Pomefiore bed at night when they got back (she did.) So when Ortho comes BACK and also BECOMES A STUDENT she had never been so proud and happy. If she catches ANYONE trying to bully Ortho, she will fight (not that he needs it, he has a laser) and appreciates Ortho's general helpfulness. She has played video games in his new dorm room many times.

Malleus- She thinks he's odd, but in a cool and mysterious way. The two of them enjoy talking and wandering around at night. She's invited him inside Ramshackle and when he agrees a few times, she shows him some modern human stuff and they bond over the fact that they're BOTH new to twisted wonderland tech (I imagine it's close to normal tech but different in a way that there would be a learning curve). She definitely thinks he can get carried away with his magic but doesn't treat him with fear. Her stance on him is pretty identical to that of Silver and Sebek's in Book 7, she needs to stop him but also wants to save him.

Sebek- A bestie that took a while to come around. The two get into arguments, with Kat usually taking Silver's side in most small conflicts, both cause she likes Silver and also likes to spite Sebek, but Sebek comes to respect her and her ability to fight for herself. Kat sees who Sebek really is and accepts him. The two still bicker, but it's ride or die by Book 7. If there's one thing they both always agree on, it's that Silver needs to stop hating himself.

Silver- These two...I have an affection for their dynamic because I believe Silver is the closest to a twst Hercules that we have so far. Sweet, a lil air-headed, strong with a kind heart. Kat would feel similarly toward him that Meg goes toward Herc, she wants to keep him safe and she can't detect any of the typical NRCness from him. He's just genuinely a good person and it makes her soft. The two of them both train together, mostly with batons for sword fighting. Kat finds him strange and enchanting and Silver views Kat as a strong person with a talent for swordsmanship. They are each other's rock for Book 7 and I sure hope nothing bad happens to them.

Lilia- He's so weird, but charming. She already figured that he's Muscle Red from context clues but she hasn't said a word to Idia about it because it's funnier that he still doesn't know. He gives her candy for talking to his 'precious boys' and generally spoils her. Kat's father wasn't in her life but Lilia...Y'know, maybe he's what having a dad feels like.

No place like home...

Warning(s): Slight B6 spoilers, angst, believed character death?, slight gore mentioned in like one sentence

A/N: Based on this post, I've been wanting to write this for so long and I finally remembered lol. Don't ask abt the title just made sense in my head and im not changing it

The sky was dark, it was early afternoon but no one would have been able to tell due to the thick dark grey clouds that covered every inch of the sky above this prestigious school. The sun seemed long gone with not a single ray making it through those clouds. The only source of light for the students and staff was the large overbloted beast with a mane of blue fire right in the middle of what used to be the prestigious Night Raven Collage.

Everything was in rubble, a mess with every step you took, and large fires that were scattered all throughout. It looked like a war zone, and might as well have been. Most of the student body had been evacuated to the other side of Sage Island long ago, and most of the staff stayed behind to take care of the destructive beast. A handful of students refused to leave, most insisting they could help.

Among these students was a first-year friend group, one of which was the magicless student that had lived in the abandoned dorm with the once small fiery beast.

Most of the first years earnestly instructed Yuu to evacuate with the rest of the students to RSA, but they refused, Grim was their closest friend if not family. They'd be damned if they were going to leave him when he was like this. Their friends soon gave up, they knew there was no point trying to change Yuu's mind when they had it set on something. But they made sure to keep them close so they'd be protected.

So many people were on the ground injured, all covered in bruises and burns from either being swatted at by the beast or just nearly dodging its fire. The more of those people Yuu recognized the bigger that feeling of dread and fear grew in their gut.

They saw so many upperclassmen just scattered around, like Cater that had been staying in the back but went just close enough to be able to cast a spell, but was hit with Grim's fire before he could do a thing and was knocked out when he hit the ground. Yuu could identify a few more people, they saw Ruggie's ear twitch as he laid face down, they couldn't tell if it was Jade or Floyd but they saw bright teal hair peeking out from the other side of some rubble.

Yuu knew they couldn't fight, they were basically useless in this battle, and like all the other overblots, a burden. They decided to make themself useful by trying to get as many of the injured somewhere safe as they could. They might not be the strongest but they are still capable of carrying someone.

"Epel! Come with me!"

"W-what!? I'm kinda in the middle of somethin' here!"

"Just come here, you're going to help me get these guys to a safer place!" Though the two were barely 15 feet apart they could hardly hear the others voiceover the beast's constant cries whether it was of pain or rage was unbeknownst to any.

But Epel understood what Yuu was getting at as they tried to pull Ruggie's unconscious out from some rubble and onto their shoulders. He soon followed his friend's lead and started using his unique magic to help carry more people at once. Neither Epel nor Yuu could see each much other, mutually agreeing to spread out so the injured could get to safety faster.

Yuu searched just off to the side in between two larger pieces of rubble, it was hard to see much of anything while inside. It was far darker than they had expected, Yuu could barely see an inch in front of them let alone the stray fireball coming straight for the pieces of concrete that leaned up against each other.

The magicless prefect only had a moment to realize what was happening and what was going to happen, just long enough to realize they wouldn't be able to avoid it. But it was still just a moment, a moment that was soon over and replaced with pitch-black darkness. The sounds of Grim's powerful roars, spells being cast, and orders being barked, quickly came to halt only to be replaced with... an alarm...?

*Beep* *Beep* *Beep*

Yuu shot up, nearly falling off their bed. Wait- bed!? Why would they be in their bed? Is- is this some type of afterlife or something? They turned the alarm off and sat on what on what they weren't to sure was their actual bed for what felt like hours before slowly sliding off it, weary of whatever had happened. They slowing began to feel around the room to see if this was truly real or just some sad dream. When they finished, they stumbled back, very unsettled by the acracy, they didn't want it to be real. No wait- yes, yes they did want this.

But if so then why was there such a deep pit in their stomach? They pushed that thought to the back of their head, they needed to focus on building the courage to walk out the door. What if their family was there? How would they face them after they had been gone for so long? Or did any time pass at all? Yuu's room looked the same so maybe..?

Yuu scanned the room once more just to make sure, and sure enough, everything was just how they left it. The clothes they had absentmindedly tossed around the room just hours before they were thrown into Twisted Wonderland were still scattered all around, and in the same condition they were before they left. Nothing had gotten substantially more dusty or anything that would show being abandoned for a year. Then again their family could have kept it clean...

As they thought of the possibilities a dreadful thought came to mind, what if it was a dream? A painfully realistic dream. Yuu had heard of baby/family dreams before which are dreams where you build a whole life and family years into the future. Could Twisted Wonderland just have been one of those? But- no... that- that can't be it... can it? Can all the relationships they built and the trauma they went through really just be a realistic dream!?

Yuu began to panic at the thought and quickly began to search their body for any proof that the past year was real. They needed it, it had to have been real! They had woken up in their pajamas so there was no chance there was any material possessions were on them. Any one of the many scraps and scars from their time in that school would be more then enough.

But... there was nothing... they looked over and over but still... nothing. No scars no scrapes. Nothing. Tears of frustration and desperation bleared Yuu's vision, they didn't know what to think.

Was it really all just a dream...?

The smoke slowly began to clear as the small fires were put out. The sky could almost be seen again, but it had grown a darker blue since the last time anyone on Sage Island had seen it. The battle had ended just barely an hour ago, the injured were being treated and those who were well enough were helping where they could. Grim miraculously survived his overblot, though he was unconscious and heavily injured. The staff of both NRC and RSA began discussing what should be done with him once he is well enough. Most of the uninjured were helping with the rubble and looking for more people.

Among these uninjured were some first years, but they were looking for one person in particular, the magicless Ramshackle prefect. Jack did his best to keep everyone calm but they were all quite frantic a worried, you were magicless and had no means of protecting yourself during this disaster. Epel was possibly the most frantic having been the last to have seen them. Eventually as the hours past, Yuu was the only person unaccounted for and many had joined the search. Luckily there hadn’t been any casualties so far but many were starting to worry that would change.

Riddle was the one that came across the tattered scolded piece of ceremonial robes that stuck out from under a large piece of rubble that lay flat on the ground with another large piece leaning on it as if they had been leaning up on each other before they fell. Riddle began to panic and called others around over for help to lift up the two pieces of concreate.

He had hoped it was just a ripped piece of the robes, but to his and the other's deep dismay, it was the full outfit with small splatters of blood lingering on it. Leona, one of the others that came to help lift the rubble, was very confused. This was way too little blood for someone who was crushed, actually, there was no viscera of any sort, save for the small spatters that could be easily explained away by getting scrapped or having a nosebleed. He was far from the only confused one either, after a moment of panic Riddle quickly realized the same, along with the others that helped.

So they continued the search, and for days as they cleaned and repaired the school they kept a keen eye out for the missing student. But no, not a thing.

The only thing left of Yuu was the robes, which Crowley cast a spell to concurred that it was in fact the prefects clothes. Everyone was confused, it was as if Yuu had just disappeared inro thin air.

Ace and Deuce refused to accept any answer other than Yuu being alive somewhere in Twisted Wonderland. Even going so far as to say the Mirror was wrong and that they did have magic and they used teleportation magic or something! And other very outlandish explanations like that. Epel, Jack, and Sebek were far more reasonable than the Heartslabyul duo but still had many questions and were shocked by how quickly the situation changed. First, they had to worry about how to stop and save Grim, then how they were going to stop Yuu from fiercely protecting Grim from whatever punishment he would receive from the headmasters. Then... how they would have to explain to the fiery beast that his dear friend Yuu might be dead.

And now, well they haven’t told him anything about what was happening since he woke up 4 days after the incident. Thankfully he woke up with zero memories of what happened. The first years refuse to allow anyone to even mention his overblot to him, at least not until they get any kind of answers or are able to find Yuu.

And until that time comes, if it ever will, Ace, Deuce, Jack, Epel, and Sebek all do their damnedest to keep both headmasters and the possible authorities off Grim’s back. Ace insists that Yuu knew Grim the best and should be here to defend him before any type of legal action is taken.

Eventually, too much time passes with no sign of the prefect there is no other way to take it than the passing of the young student. And Grim... he inevitably found out what had happened, his overblot and Yuu’s disappearance, or possible death.

I’d be lying straight through my teeth if I said he took it well, how could he have? His closest friend and only family was probably dead and just cause he didn’t want them to leave him!

Grim wasted no time running away, whether to find Yuu or just escape the headmasters and authorities no one knows. . .

Yuu’s family was worried, Yuu was perfectly fine, acting normal one day, then acting weird and out of it the next. But not just the next, they were acting like that for weeks. They would talk to and spend time with their friends and family but it never seemed like they were actually there, as if they were constantly off in another world. Every time someone asked what happened they would just brush them off saying everything was fine. Yuu began buying strange things, old warn books in Latin and other seemingly ancient languages, but also, so.. So many mirrors. That's all you could see in their room, just so many mirrors ranging in so many different sizes and shapes. Some had even been smashed, but Yuu refused to throw any of them away.

There was one mirror that they recently got ahold of though, it seemed to have enthralled them. They barley said a word anymore, let alone leave their room. The mirror was a large classic oval mirror, just over half the size of Yuu. It had a gold rim with intricate snake designs around each of the sides and a crown at the top. Truly nothing too special, you could find it at almost any antique store, but it was all Yuu cared about anymore.

All they did, day in and day out, was stair at the mirror as they cried. Sometimes Yuu’s family could hear faint begging coming from the teen’s room.

Okay okay so a few years back when I was very much into the NATM fandom (almost embarrassingly so), I was obsessed with Al Capone.

Imagine Al Capone meeting the fish mafia and either loving their whole vibe (especially the lounge) or not trusting them one bit and just pulling Daley!Yuu (a.k.a his pseudo-child, much to Larry's annoyance) to the side like 'I'd be careful o' these fellas - they seem like trouble'

No but he would meet Deuce and would it would be like instant respect because one gangster recognises another (even though Deuce is trying to reform)

- YEAH, NO, UNCLE AL SOMEHOW APPEARING IN RAMSHACKLE (maybe various NATM characters appear in your room, so like one day it's Rexy, the other its Teddy, and so on and so forth) and maybe Battle At the Smithsonian happened when you were pretty small and Al and his Crew had to hold you hostage but ended up adoring you instead.

- Essentially, Al and the boys are confused but SO HAPPY WHEN THEY SEE YOU AGAIN. You walk downstairs to Ramshackle and see them standing in your living room only to lighten up when they see you♡

- They attend the school as if they're your bodyguards, like Ace and Deuce getting scared when these random monochrome men grab them and demand who they are but once you tell them that they're your friends, they're letting them go and fixing up their uniforms.

- Right off the bat, Al prefers Deuce more than Ace. This is shown when he tells Ace: "See, if you were alive in my time, that obnoxious mouth of yours would be filled with lead." and then he moves onto Deuce and he's all: "But this kid here has a look to 'im. There might be a place for you-"/ "ALPHONSE, NO."/ "What's with the government name, kiddo? M'just saying!"

- While he does find some elements of Twisted Wonderland odd and different, he absolutely knows mafia when he sees it and he immediately clocks the Tweels. Like, he walks into class with you and he's all: "Oh, those two are definetly mafia or whatever they got here in Disneyville." and the Tweels instantly look at him which only seems to confirm what he said.

"Prefect~ Whose this? Another friend from your world?"

"Haha, hope he can swim, Shrimpy!~"

- Al isn't very intimidated by these two and once you explain who he is, or, well, who he represents, then the Tweels are much more calm. They're not gonna outright tell you they're mafia but you hate how well they get along with Al after you told him who he was.

- NOW, Al might play wingman here. If you've got your eyes set on someone, good! His boys will either intimidate or black mail them into asking you out or, if Al decides he doesn't want to scold them, he'll be nice and try to gently nudge them in your direction (aka, just tell them that you like them and to shoot their shot).

- If you DON'T have someone you like, he might push you in the direction of Deuce, Floyd, or Jade.

- Preferably Deuce. He's got a good heart and a fair amount of muscle to protect you and from what he's heard, and he seems to want to keep you safe. A nice kid whose got a good head on his shoulders.

- However the reason why he considers Jade/Floyd is only if YOU like one of them and make the mistake of telling him or he finds out. First of all, he teases you about it and is all: "Wanna follow in your old man's footsteps, eh?" and you roll your eyes and Larry doesn't know why but his dad sense is tingling.

- But seriously, he will most definetly support it since you're very capable of handling yourself, he's seen you grow up into the troublemaking teenager you are but he also knows you have a tendency to land yourself in danger so he'd feel at ease if someone like Jade or Floyd had your back.

- But also, watch him be all: "But just so you know, there might be mistresses in the picture. If they're decent guys, obviously they won't have any but just keep an eye out and keep that in mind-"

- Jade and Floyd just being offended when he puts that idea into your head and assuring you that none of that will be happening-

Miles collapsed on your coach making you chuckle more. “Your dad..scared the shit out of me” “he does that a lot, you hungry? I’ll make ya something” “I’ll make it with you since I’m to scared to be alone” you nodded your head as you two went to the apartments kitchen, you made him a sandwich then sat at the couch as your dad allowed it. He didn’t realize what he was doing but he leaned on you, you were surprised but he looked so tired so you rubbed his shoulder.

He felt like he was with his mom again, he felt like he was 5 years old as he and his mom watched TV. He finished and put the plate on the coffee table as you both felt to tired to move. His eyes kept dropping which didn’t help with you rubbing his arm. “Hmm..night mom” you looked at him surprised but Miles fell asleep so you smiled, he felt comfortable enough to sleep around you. He probably misses his mom that he just needed to say that out loud so you shout your eyes as well to get some sleep.

You were wrong…Miles saw you as a mother now, the whole way to your house you held his hand, kept checking for bruises or scars, rubbed his arm and hummed, made him food even if you didn’t need to, and even protected him. While he does love his real mom he sees you as another mom. He won’t let anyone take his mom

Oh my gosh. I can’t believe I thought of this……it’s funny and embarrassing considering twisted wonderland and Azul. I’m so behind on the game but in Azuls book…….🤣🤣🤣 what if Yuu was a girl right but Crowley cover story let them in on a “special” case. Ace, Deuce and Grimm have to pay off the debts and Fem Yuu goes with wolf boy (yes I love Jack) and the whole plot starts. Except for one thing after they serve everyone like in the mini game.

Azul: “Here the new contract states that if you fail to get the photograph in time then I own Miss Yuu and I’ll have her transfer to our dorm for the remainder of her time here and the ram shackle dorm becomes a cafe. You really brought in a lot of customers Yuu, I promise I’ll treat you well.”

Fem Yuu: ~ Jack moves in front of them~ “I-“

Deuce: “Don’t sign! As a man I can’t allow this to happen to a young lady. I’ll work my time off since I signed the contract. Yuu shouldn’t have to put herself in danger for an idiot like me.”

Ace: “Ya, I agree. I knew you were a slime ball but this is just a whole other level man. Not cool at all!”

Grimm: “Ya! Slime ball!”

Azul: ~he pushes up his glasses in confusion~ “Why would I put her in danger? None of my staff have ever been in real danger at the lounge and I was given the title of Prefect for a reason. It’s much better living conditions than in ramshackle and-“

it is wild - WILD - how fast ppl seemed to have forgotten abt the Floyd/Taylor protests in 2020 despite how the world reacted to seeing just one community unapologetically fight against the system.

for context, i was living in the thick of it that summer. it was not at all what people outside of the cities think it was. it was occupation. there were tanks and armed soldiers roaming our streets and outside our capital building. our cities were held hostage by our military and the threats lasted for weeks.

and this is not even an ounce of what people in palestine are going through, but it stems from the same source. white supremacy comes in many forms. the israeli government ordering strike after strike on gaza and your local cop brutalizing black community members at random serve the same purpose: maintaining control of the masses by protecting whiteness and hoarding wealth.

their violence is calculated and purposeful. people are targeted by the perceived profit of their life and land. im so grateful to those who are fighting the good fight, no matter how much it jeopardizes them.

and im forever proud of my cities for what we accomplished that summer, i hope it is driving people to get involved today. the blm movement and the free palestine movement go hand in hand. and we will all see liberation in our lifetimes.

New Au

I've been thinking of making a new au, i think i'll call it wonderous Gold or smth like that, It's a crossover of Twist and Ninjago, because i am a huge fan of both and this idea has been bouncing around my head for forever. (Also I Genderbend characters, because I am a Woman lover, and I am very disapointed with the amount of women in the main story of Twist) Also Dragons rising is not cannon to theis au as i am not caught up on that series. I may make a cameo for Sora and Arin though.

So basically what ive been thinking is that the island of ninjago is in Twisted wonderland. But at the same time that the FSM split the Island in two to stop the overlord, he also hid the Island to protect its future inhabitants. But when the overlord was defefeted for the second time, the shield hiding the Island was deactivated.

Characters! The original Ninjago characters still exist, but their adventures stopped after the overlords first defeat. And they are'nt really that importiant to the story as they stay in Ninjago and do their own things, they are still all besties, their like in their 30s, Pixal is still included + Nya is still the water NInja and Pix is samurai X. Who are the main characters if it isnt the ninja? Why the new Ninja team! It concists of 6 Teen age 16 to 18! Do you see where im going with this. Yes, our protags are a couple of NRC students! I am changing a few backstories to better fit into the au, so be warned. Also The main Elements that the characters wield will stay the same. (Gold/green, Fire, Ice, Earth, LIghtning, Water)

Our lucky main Characters are Deuce, Ace, Cater, Ruggie, Epel and Azul. My reasoning, 1 these are some of my fav characters, 2 their are characters that i felt would be rude to just remove their backstories, for example almost all the dormleaders + all of Diasomnia, 3 Characters like Riddle and Trey or Floyd and Jade can only work together in my opinion

Most of these backstories are just... trauma and then they wind up in Ninjago

Changes to Characters (F)Deuce: now a half oni, personality is about the same, did have her mom, but she died, and then a while later Deuce washed on shore in Ninjago and was found by Lloyd and was promptly adopted, Mystake is the best Grandma ever, has no memory of what happend after her mothers death. Technically the ninja of Life, but the green ninja in name. loves axolotyls

Ace: personality is pretty much one to one, but he's just a tad more protective of the people he views as family, at five years old he just kinda was found by Kai wandering the streets, Kai asks where his parents are, Ace says no Idea, Kai goes looking for Ace's parents + brother, no trace is found, Ace has no Idea if he was abandoned or if something happened to his parents, he now has abandonment issues.

(F)Cater: very changed in personality and backstory, perks of being my favorite, ortho is now not alone in being a robot kid, Caters backstory for a backstory is that Caters dad was like why do I have such spoilt daughters, I know I'll just build myself a new one, so Caters dad, a skilled robotosict built her to be perfect, but she was built with mostly spare parts, and her dad was super selfish, beacuse he wanted the perfect daughted without even putting in any effort to love/raise her, so Caters dad then died, and then she was sent to live with her mother and sisters, and just became their maid, and the three did not treat her well, they thought that she was some sort of doll and not a sentient person, but even if they did know they would have cruel and nasty. SO one day her mother was getting sick of her so she rented a yacht, drove to the middle of the ocean and trew her in, and then she sped away. she was eventually found by Pixal, who brought her to zane, the two then fixed her, and made her their daughter, you know Zanes wierd kind of heart and how he gave half to Pixal, yeah both of them gave a 1/3 of their hearts to power her. Caters personality is mostly the same mischeveaous and social, but shes a but more formal, and a bit more serious, not really getting jokes, but she tries her darndest.

Ruggie: Cole found him while he was shopping, he then asked the pickpoketing malnourished kid if he needed food and invited him to eat with him. new son aquired. The ninja are seen to not be the wealthiest so Ruggie does take on pretty much any job to get cash, but he has a stricter moral code.

(F)Azul: Floyd and Jade talked to her a bit too late, andddd she was gone after some trauma she cannot seem to remember. Nya was swimming, y'know as ya do, and then she noticed a small chid under the water, uh oh, not usually a good place for children, she dived down and saw the most adorable octopus child ever, New Child aquired. Azul is still shifty and will still scam every cent out of someone, but she now has some notable exeptions to her scamming. Her and Ace are cousins, Ace annoyes Azul so much she wants to strangle him sometimes. Shes also less self concious, but she w´has gained the crippling fear of failure, she is also no longer that afraid of heights, she does not enjoy them, but she has learned to deal with them

Epel: abandoned on Jays dorstep at like 2 months old, adores Ed and Edna, and much better at tinkering than in cannon, he also isnt as obsessed with being manly, and more rational, but prone to having huge outburtsts. Somehow will be more and less agrivated with Vil once they meet.

These Six characters all know eachother and have known eachother. they started being a ninja team when they were 14 to 16, Cater did technically start sooner, but she was just backup for small missions. They also recived a lot more training than the og ninja. All of them were found really young, Cater was about 4 years old by Zane, but being a robot that doesnt say much, Deuce was found at 6, Ace at 7, Ruggie at 6, Azul at 8 and as stated before, Epel was ~2 months old.

They lowkey annoy eachother but at the same time would give eachother a kidney. Like most siblings.

I will also change their unique magics, also im giving Ace one, their core will stay the same, but they have new and diffrent trauma so their magic reflects it. I'm thinking of writing the au as a fic on ao3 where their unique magics are revealed throughout the chapters. Their Dorms would still be the same. also im debating if azul should still overblot, i have to think about it some more.

They all go to NRC, because they were invited and wanted a break, they would not get one. (Also my au has no Yuu or MC) Also I want Cater and Ortho to be friends. I need it for my soul.

Yeah, I litrally could not keep this in my brain any longer.

OOH OH OH what if trolls x su au takes place after world tour or in trollstopia when branch is finally started to move on but come across the rejuvinator (made by the funk trolls btw cause who else would be technologically advanced to create a device like that) and I don't know if he decides to forward with the plan like spinel or if there's an external force in this

I was so focused on the su part of the au that i completely forgot what to do with the trolls timeline whoops 💀

I might have a potential way of how the timeline goes.

So we know in tbt that the hideout was something branch and floyd were gonna make when he came back. In this au the hideout was already made and it was where brozone hung out the most. It's also where the break up happened and where floyd asked branch to stay until he returned. Only brozone knows the location of the hideout so when the escape from bergen town happened the village didn't know branch was living there so they assume he died.

The first movie and world tour is probably going to be mostly the same minus branch being there.

(Maybe a bit after world tour)

John dory discovers new pop village. He comes across peppy who tells him the news of branch's death. After that JD searches for his brothers to tell the news. Because of the news brozone decides they should try to be a family again because they feel guilty for branch's death, thinking if one of them had stayed they could've protected him or if they had talked it out the break up never would have happened and branch would still be alive. So they talk it out and learn to forgive each other.

Maybe some times passes and that's when poppy wants to make trollstopia. When they finish it (which probably took a few months) they're going to throw a party to celebrate the start of trollstopia and brozone is gonna perform after 20 years. In the beginning they weren't so sure about it but in the end agreed to do it for branch. So poppy starts spreading invitations all over troll kingdom. While she is doing that, branch is foraging for food (it's the only time he goes outside and when he is, he tries to go back to the hideout asap just to make sure he doesn't miss floyd when he returns) and discovers one of the invitations. This is how he finds out that floyd was never going back for him. So while they're preparing the party that is when branch shows up.

About the injector and rejuvinator. Yeah they're definitely created by the funk trolls because I don't know who else could make something so advanced. The problem is that i have no idea yet how branch would know that and how he would take it. So im gonna have to figure that out.

The rejuvinator is probably going to be made out of some special gem because we know that in ttbgo they have some very strange gems in their world (an example the switcher-ruby).

And there is no external force at play here. Idk if I'm going to be able to explain this well. branch has been suffering severely mentally (being isolated for 20 years and staying in denial that floyd would return really messed him up) so when he finally has a confirmation that floyd will in fact not return, all these emotions just come crashing down on him. So what he does is let out all his anger and pain onto his brothers. He is not at a good place rn in his mind. He's feeling all that pain that he's been trying to repress for years. It's after the final fight with floyd when he tired himself out that he has the realisation of what he's doing. (I'm sorry if this isn't right I'm not really good with mental health stuff)
