tysm for your kind wishes miffy <3 soup did help a lil and i took some meds too, rested - skipped gym for a week and drank a lot of water and energy drinks I didn't use my phone much... I did use other devices though, cause i was watching shows- the latest i was watching was fleabag (i haven't finished it yet), finished the boys, watched the croods - new age, into the spiderverse (wasn't much of a fan of it - i still like the first one with toby maguire cause that's my childhood right there) and puss in boots the last wish. yeah that's how I recovered Hope you're doing well? >.<
