#im thinking either the sausage is spicy or im intolerant to black pepper#which... makes sense since i have gerd (or something similar)#im learning more about allergies vs intolerances & food👍#i dont usually find it spicy so it turning into this way suddenly was a bit concerning. its likely just how acidic my stomachs been tho#it clears my sinuses so i dont think its an allergy? im just sensitive to piperine now i guess
