Can you talk a bit more about Calamity Watch's villains

i've already spoken about the iron maiden and jacques ivoor, and written out some outlines for a few other villains, but since then i've only solidified one other villain character:

Urias Ashworth was a turn-of-the-century occultist and braggart's former wielder. he collected many magical items in addition to braggart, and through his own hubris he became trapped within some other cursed doohicky and stayed there for a good hundred years before blythe accidentally freed him.

while he is no longer tied to braggart, he still possesses some occult magics that make him quite formidable. on the downside, he doesnt know jack shit about the modern world, which puts him at a sometimes comedic disadvantage.
