Would it be okay to ask what brushes you use? Especially for lining? I saw u posted something about it in the past but I think the OG post got removed.

i'm constantly trying out new brushes - just installed another massive bundle, in fact - but my constant go-to for lining is the Pencil-3 Large 4B from the Krita 4 preset bundle. it's one of the brushes that comes packed in with Krita (my art program) by default.

i usually use this brush at 8-13px for lines. most of Krita's defaults are very reliable, but you can find hundreds of other free brushes/bundles on the Krita forums!

How do you draw faces??? I love the way you do it its so expressive

i s2g i just draw them and i don't think i could explain the process aside from actually just recording it (ˉ﹃ˉ) this is the case with most of the stuff i draw/create. i just do it and do it and look at some references along the way and eventually i can do it good ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ idk how it happens

forever slighted by the fact that BIGFOOT VS D.B. COOPER, as a film title/concept, somehow landed in the hands of the world's most boring pervert. when you, as a pervert, are given a blessing in the form of this premise i feel like it takes effort to create a movie as boring as this. to blatantly put your fetishes for dumb hunks in white briefs on display but not be bold enough to bring either Bigfoot or D.B. Cooper into it? instead just squeezing them into a handful of scenes to justify the title while you instead dedicate no less than 25min of the movie to your hairless hunk harem silently jogging??? gay and homophobic. do better.

i'm glad to be back! it feels great to be drawing somewhat consistently again, and the commissions i'm working on at the moment are giving me a much-needed workout. i've got a ton of personal art i want to work on, too, but after the first half of this year i really gotta pace myself.

Additional info under the cut (please read the whole thing before commissioning me! even if you've worked with me before, there are terms i have changed since the last time i did commissions.)

If you want to commission me, please fill out this form. Once I receive and read through your request, I will contact you with any questions I may have, and then inform you of the final price before sending an invoice. After that point, all communication will be through email or DMs, depending on your preference. I currently work a full-time job on weekdays from 7am-3pm mountain time, so I’m most likely to respond outside of those hours.

Regarding NSFW commissions: You must be at least 18 to commission me for suggestive or explicit art. See here for a complete list of things I will and won’t draw. If you need examples of my NSFW art, I can provide them upon request.

Rules:

Payment will be requested via P*yp*l invoice. Payment upfront, or split in half on larger orders if you’d like (anything over $80). I will only begin drawing once the payment is received.  

I only take on a few commissions at a time; first come, first serve. If payment is not received within 3 days of you contacting me for a commission, you forfeit your slot.

If you’d like to commission me for something that isn’t listed here, then prices can be negotiated.

Simple, single color, or gradient backgrounds are free.

Completion time depends on the complexity of the request, how quickly you respond to/approve in-progress updates, and how many other commissions are ahead of yours. I will give a time estimate on  request.

I will send you in-progress screenshots at each stage of the drawing (rough sketches, lines, and onward). Once I get your approval/change anything that needs changing, I’ll move on to the next stage.

I will allow multiple small revisions/tweaks throughout the process, but only one major revision (like re-doing the pose or composition) and only during the sketch phase. Other major revisions will cost extra. I have no hard or fast limit for the number of small revisions, but excessively nit-picky and frequent changes/additions have a tendency to exhaust me. Please be considerate of my time and effort.

Once the commission is completed, you will receive it in the form of a high-res .png image (other file types available on request). I can also provide full-res images of the WIP stages.

You are free to re-post your commissioned work, and print it out for personal/nonprofit use if you’d like. You may not use my work for monetary gain (such as selling it on prints/shirts/other merchandise).

I do not provide refunds for anything beyond the rough sketch stage.

I reserve the right to deny any commissions that I am not comfortable with.

I was looking back through your art, and I had to ask, as she reminds me very much of someone, and I can't quite place who, but if you could choose a voiceclaim/headcanon for Edith Duff, who do you think it would be?

honestly, i'm not at all sure! i'm not big on celebs/voice actors, so i wouldn't even know where to start thinking about a voiceclaim or anything like that.

i didn't really base her on anyone in particular, either. her overall aesthetic was kinda loosely based on 80's/90's fashion and tech, so if anything i might have lifted some of her features from photos of female programmers or filmmakers from that era? though her plastic murder suit was very much inspired by Hannibal (the tv show), and the undies underneath might have originally been sparked by Ripley's in Alien.

i did once have someone ask me in the comments of one of her drawings if she was supposed to be fanart of Aileen Wuornos??? who she was no way inspired by in either looks or character traits, but i suppose you could draw a comparison given that they're both thin, blonde-ish female serial killers. to my knowledge, though, Aileen never killed anyone with an axe while wearing a plastic jumpsuit, and i don't think she ever wore glasses.

idly thinking about fursuit possibilities (i'm ages away from making anything bigger than another mini-partial but a man can dream), and realized that if i ever wanted to make a fullsuit version of everest, my best bet would be to construct it based off of a godzilla/kaiju suit. because he just be built like that.
