Have I ever told y'all how much I hate the way the studio recording album of Ride The Cyclone changed the original one.

Sure, I can tolerate some changes to What The World Needs and the way the voices of everyone in every song when they're singing at the same time in each other's songs sounded like fucking robots with autotune

But what the fuck did they do to my beautiful Space Age Bachelor Man. I just listened to it and it's giving such Stupid With Love from Mean Girls Broadway vs Mean Girls new movie.

Why is it just "you might see before you... an ordinary man... Hehe.. an earthly illusion..". He sounds so 😐 in the audio, but in the musical he was like "IM JUST A SWINGING! (aaaah) SPACE AGE! (aaah-ah) Bachelor man. You might seeee before you an ordinary maaan. Ha! an earthly illusion, all part of the cosmic plaaan" in such a 🤩🧑‍🎤🤖😼 way with so much EMOTION.

And the cats' voices sound TOO robotic and like beep bop. I don't know how to explain it but it doesn't sound like two guys with some effect in their voices, it's like the effect itself singing yk?

Like. The audio is just singing while reading the lyrics on a piece of paper in a studio. The musical actually had acting and you could hear it in their voices.

Even when I hadn't watched the musical yet I was already considering NOT doing it because the songs in the audio were so empty. I'm used to Hamilton, Heathers, EPIC, Evan Hansen. They gave me acting and emotion in all the songs.

And what's the point in changing some words. What was wrong with "Stay at home and wat another Will Smith movie 🙄" That they had to change it to Transformers. Like I get the part where they replaced "His brains are mush" to "this kid doesn't have an attention span" because they probably thought it was too offensive, and the lines before it from angry birds and candy crush to Pokémon and Spiderman so that it could rhyme. But why Will Smith. Did he sue for his name being used or something.
