this is me tentatively wacking the hornets nest but i wanna know how a character so underused and underrated in his own game to the point of never being a party member, existing solely in cutscenes until the last hour of the game, and then having the most brushed under the rug life and death became so wildly beloved and heralded as one of the best characters in game. this is about dion

#dont get me wrong i like him and think hes one of the more compelling characters (potentially)#but that mf gets so shafted just like so many others and is just. there. suddenly after being a dude you only hear about #im in the work bathroom i cant debate eloquently in tags right now #it kinda irks me cause he couldve been raw or better than good but instead #he feels like he exists outside of the game and only comes in to have the most lackluster death outta nowhere #they treated him like an ff woman for being gay lmao
