No one is quite sure if the whole 'used to be a pearl diver in Llomerryn' thing is real, or just a line he uses on people.
#he has used it on everyone in the veilguard#neve rolled her eyes and said she could handle her own pearl better thanks#bellara asked if he never gets scared going down that deep without guidance#and she kept the straight face until told to put him out of his misery by harding because he was stumbling trying to explain it#harding asked him if that has ever worked#davrin laughed but said he had no need of pearl diving#lucanis snorted - spite immediately got excited because he KNEW this one was fun#Emmerich didn't seem to get it - talked about beautiful pearl inlay he'd seen on some carvings once#taash asked if that meant he stumbled around blind and desperate until he gets lucky and then calls it skill#im hardly studying these characters atm so i make no excuses for if these reactions seem in character or not#im just having fun#these guy made the rounds in the inquisition he can make them again here
