Hal said I feel like a new man and then just seriously followed through he feels almost like a different character in mgs2 and not just bc they change his model so much every time LOL

BUT rmbring shadow Moses was him at his lowest point (Understandably so) and most interactions I've seen so far are between him and snake so it just shows his like comfort level w him at this point that he can be so brazenly snarky and almost playful with how he nags snake, and how he like. Is so confident in his own skills even when he maybe shouldn't be (the proverbs lol) . Which granted he knew his own skill/expertise in 1 too but it came off different I guess
