#i am used to the leg cramps going DONTMOVE at me if i move my leg wrong#(happens rarely thank goodness)#but it just happened to my back??? that is new and Unwanted thank you#im better now it usually lasts like a minute maybe and this was no diffrrent#i dont know what causes it except with my legs sometimes ill feel something kind of shift in there like a pulled tendon or smth and i go#oh thats happening again and then if i try to move my leg it Hurts#back has been twinging for a few days too but this was mm...
