My friend @shell_roach and I text about food, life, and Mustard colored dresses....lol During one of our texts, she mistakenly called my Pumpkin Pickles: Pumpkin Kraut, and I went Hmmmmm.... Couldn't find a recipe, so I came up with one on my own. I give you: SauerKurbis seasoned with freshly grated ginger, star anise, nutmeg, allspice, and green cardamom .....
