#ann plays awakening #EDITING TO SAY I STARTED TAG VENTING HIT READMORE AT YOUR OWN RISK #anyways #LAST LINE IS A KILLERRRR WOW #‘ann werent you just pairing olivia with thar—‘ OLIVIA IS A BUSY WOMAN OKAY #but also i just had this old save file from when i wanted to see pink inigo and decided to get some more supports #im obsessed actually like #ok tag venting time maybe this should be its own post but u guys know who i am #not only does this support in my very educated opinion do a good job at emulating inigo’s way of speaking #but i think theres also a very underrated characteristic he has that not a lot of people talk about and its that hes honestly quite morbid #him spending hours talking to and dancing with his mother’s grave is very beautiful and moving but it is also not a normal way to grieve #which makes sense because duh nothing about his life is normal but its j like. you know #if robin is his father (and maybe j the normal convo i dont remember) in the hot springs scramble he’ll insist upon bringing—#severed risen limbs home as a way to remember the peacefulness (lol) of the springs #and he thinks absolutely nothing of it!!#i think he gets attached to things just a little too intensely and because his life is surrounded by death how he expresses that can be #very interesting. and he talks about death all time more than the other kids #bc while a lot of their coping mechanisms are based in fear and the need to instill confidence in themselves (think cyn or gerome or owain #or sev or yarne or noire)#and how their SCARED of death and of loss and adapt different behaviors to act like theyre not (to varying degrees of success)#i think inigo is much more accepting of the fact that death follows him and has made it a normal presence in his life #which is not a good thing it means that he hasnt let himself grieve. he lets death hang over him and follow him instead of pushing back #also guess which one of the awakening trio in fates has the canonical story death. just by the way lmao #anyways bc im writing this in the tags on my phone i cant actually see what the hell ive been saying im j stream of consciousnessing this #but my point is that inigo has a weird fixation on death and dying that stems from his inability to make peace with death and grieve #and i think him idolizing death in this support (this BRILLIANT fan support that made me ill) is so in character and so lovely #i miss him so bad (hes literally in the photos im posting) grghhhrgah #i wuv him :(

having the hc that minato is ace is incredibly funny sometimes when you think about how ryoji is oh so very bi because it's like. "ah. death stole my ability to be attracted to people," in the same way that ryoji stole minato's eye color and energy level. like wow, thanks ryoji, you just keep finding things to steal from minato!

#persona 3 spoilers #minato arisato #hc and au nonsense #lizzy speaks #happy international asexuality day to my fellow aces out there i hope you know that you are loved!!! 🎊🎉🥳#i like viewing minato with the lens of him being gay / ace. esp bc it stems from my own experiences so it's fun to look at-#him from that perspective even if that's not what was intended by atlus y'know?#and im sure others have other hcs from me that are informed by their own life experiences and i think that's great ^_^#something that i found interesting while playing FES was how. stilted? minato's animations felt when hugging the girls #you could definitely go with the perspective that it's a graphical limitation or they didn't have time to polish the animations #and that's def true!! but sometimes i see the hug @ yakushima beach + the other hugs and then i compare it to the sou/yo hug in p4 #and there's like... a noticeable difference to me with how intimate and close together the hugs are...#that said i do know that the animations for reload are updated and the hugs are much more natural (good on them tbh!)#the other thing is (pensive sigh). the way you couldn't reject any of the girls when doing their social links in FES #objectively speaking i'm glad that they did away with that and i like how the rejections were handled in reload. it feels naturally written #but also a part of me enjoyed looking at the “hey atlus what the FUCK” moment and thought of how to interpret it differently #specifically with the idea of minato having like.. little to no autonomy and kind of going along with the relationship #it kind of reminded me of myself tbh with like going along with the rship without considering what you want bc #it's what others want or expect out of you... LOL. i dont think atlus intended for someone to interpret it this way but #eh i think that's the fun part of hcs and looking at characters with certain lenses!#regardless of how you perceive minato i do think there's something to be said about him being the kind of guy who molds himself-#into someone that is needed. not wanted. but needed. important distinction here.#the one caveat my brain runs into when im like “minato is ace!” is when i remember thanatos exists and i go #“you know what these ideas can exist simultaneously” GKLHFHDFHD when in doubt schrodinger's headcanons #anyway that's all i've had this thought in my brain in awhile and haven't sat down to share it properly until now 👍#have an excellent weekend everyone !!! lizzy loves you all lets all nurture our inner yippee!!! 🥺💙

i havent even read enough gl to justify the feelings and emotions i have about kyle i just have the lovers heart and also something wrong with me. and my projection. in my mind he's just like me. and he would have loved college vending machine frozen cheeseburger and heating it up in the microwave at 1 in the morning because he was bored and didn't want to work on a drawing assignment on 20" x 30" paper that was due tomorrow in his freshman year. he would have loved going to the club to push off finals work that's creating the worst stress known to man in his brain. and he would love to annoy the fuck out of his roommate when high and avoiding homework on a saturday.

#IN MY MIND HE'S JUST LIKE ME and i understand why he dropped out of art school also.#i need to get back to my readings but im too into thinking about the couple dozen issues i have read #and then going i wonder what he was like in college. and the answer is definitely fucking annoying.#if i knew him i know we would be not arguing in art history class. i would be saying his takes are stupid outside of class during break.#and he would go i dont know how somoene can defend british utilitarian furniture so vehemently and try to liken it to bauhaus design #our arguments would also stem from having very different art history and therefore philosophy education. his background would be from a pro #who would focus on european canon as per usual while my prof was coming from the perspective of someone with a phd in asian art history #and a curriculum based mostly around exploring and investigating non euro art work and how movements like modernism and #post modernism functioned in other continents.#this is such a main blog post but idont care. Um one thing Abt college in florida is that everyone has been telling me nooooo you don't need to leave the state every college in florida is a liberal haven and nobody will care and Uh turns out they do care a fair amount and its mostly the same environment as high school bc im an engineering major and engineering dudes are fucking awful

#well ido have like legal protections if ppl harass me now which is nice #but idk yeah ive been constantly needing to remind my professors of my name and everyone has been misgendering me anyway #which im not terribly upset abt im very used to it i was just hoping it maybe wouldnt be a big deal in college #nobody has called me a slur or sexually harassed me (yet)! so it is a win there #or well they haven't at school its still florida #ummm but im going on T n my name change is happening soon so maybe that'll help a little #but the school is like Idk they have policy of like dont be homophobic or youll get in trouble buuuut its not rlly enforced per se #i don't need everybody to alsp be a socialist yk i just dont want to be misgendered all the time it's grating #and the way the dudes in all my stem classes talk to me is so like. idk alienating and condescending and it annoys me #feels like if i get smth wrong im like proving my Female Inferiority and its like damn we r in calc 2 ok shits hard #n they're always assuming that im either a Brillant Girlboss or a Fucking Idiot n its annoying #i am just uh normal average math skills. im out of practice rn but im good at calculus. im just a little guy :(

im watching étoiles valo and i’ll probably be too lazy to vod later but it sounds to me like a tubbo cubito is once again going through the Paranoia Horrors <3 but like that specific paranoia where your seemingly outlandish theories and thoughts actually have a decent amount of truth to them and it’s just the way they manifest/are expressed that is rooted in distrust and fear

#idk if im making sense . but yeah #paranoia’s been building since the eggs disappeared and qtubbo was convinced phil was gonna murder him #which stems from his own guilt of having ‘let them disappear’ on his watch and his innate cleverness and curiosity #if you dump a logical person and natural problem solver on an island and constantly dangle hints in front of him but never let him get close #to grasping the bigger picture that guy is gonna develop a paranoia . what haven’t i learned yet . what am i missing . what is this all #costing me . i don’t know . i need to know #so that manifests into him growing more and more distrustful . running into danger if only it means to maybe understand just a little bit #more of the bigger picture . throwing the blame onto others as they’re the only real physical people you can see . and interract with #it’s interesting too bc at the core of all that growing paranoia qtubbo cares a Lot about the ‘little guy’ in a way . the eggs . fred . the #other federation workers . he’s well on the side of taking down the fed and pissing them off as much as possible but he doesn’t want #collateral damage . and with the eggs gone there’s Less of that so he (along with the other islanders) have been growing more and more #desperate and reckless . anyway where was i oh yeah #it’s fascinating to see qtubbo’s character begin to develop bc so much has been quietly set into place characterisation wise these past few #weeks and it’s now able to slowly take shape . qtubbo’s current impulsive and accusatory (born out of paranoia) is not going away anytime #soon lmao #*impulsive and accusatory nature #jay liveblogs #jay rambles
