Okay, gotta ask:

Thoughts on Bolin? I'm not his biggest fan, and I honestly don't hold a great deal of fondness, but 1 I am mature enough to treat him well in fanfiction, and 2 personally believe he got dealt a crap hand in LOK. Granted, Mako got dealt the worst hand, but Bolin's pretty close.

But I legitimately hate Bolin. Not enough that I will write fan fiction to bully him, but if someone starts a mob against him I'll probably grab a torch.

In the series I found him annoying but then I found out that the fandom LOVED him and HATED Mako. In a way he stole the love that should be for Mako. Just like he's all bubbly and Mako's all serious because Bolin effectively robbed him of his childhood, and people punish Mako for that.
