Much like I believe everyone should be allowed One Thing they would spend any amount of money on, within reason and without judgement, be it a hobby or service or some indulgence - everyone should be allowed One Niche ESO NPC they're allowed to be delusional about wanting to return and can make any amount of conspiracy theories explaining why.
