kaveh and i are the typical she fell first he fell harder trope !! he was very well-liked and popular during our akademiya days and so i just crushed on him from afar bc we weren't part of the same darshan (i'm amurta and he's kshahrewar) and he had no clue who i was LMAO

that was technically our first meeting but it was very mediocre lmao !! we only meet again later after kaveh has graduated and i'm in my final few years bc at that point i meet him again through tighnari (who's an alumnus of my darshan). after that we just casually become acquaintances and eventually friends. at that point my impression of him is that he's changed a little since he was at school but he's still a big sweetheart. and his first impression of me is that i'm a nice person and a good listener i think??

Śmieszna rzecz w byciu osobą która mówi kilkoma językami jest taka, że zaczyna się zauważać pewne językowe zwyczaje, które są różne dla każdego z nich i jest bardzo fascynujące dla mnie obserwowanie tych różnic i jak się między nimi automatycznie przełączam

Na przykład są takie słówka (najczęściej ze slangu angielskiego), które przeszły też do innych języków, w których dalej są używane, ale w oryginalnych już nie, i tworzy to śmieszną wyrwę. Jakby, po angielsku nie wyobrażam już sobie powiedzieć w życiu xd, bo to już jakoś nie pasuje zupełnie. Brzmi po prostu bardzo źle. Lol też jakoś wyszło zupełnie. Ale lmao pasuje idealnie i nie mogę jakoś przestać używać

Za to po polsku lmao jakoś tak słabo mi pasuje i nie mogę sobie wyobrazić używać go w zdaniach, po prostu brzmi obco. Za to w polskim xd się tak mocno przyjęło że to wręcz instynkt i używam tego chyba wręcz nagminnie xddd. (Już nie wspominam o kwestii różnego wydźwięku tonu w zależności od tego czy napisze się xd, Xd, XD, xddd czy XDDD)

Jest też to że zawsze czytam te wszystkie skróty po polsku, nie ważne w jakim języku piszę czy mówię. Nigdy w życiu nie przeczytam lmao jako "el em ej oł". Zawsze po polsku bo po prostu brzmi o wiele lepiej. XD też nigdy nie czytałam jako "eks di" nawet gdy popularne było po angielsku. Tak samo jest ze skrótami jak brb, asap, ty, ily i inne takie. Mimo że ich nie używam po polsku (szczególnie że część moich znajomych nie ogarnia angielskich memów więc by nie zrozumieli... co jest STRASZNE bo tak bardzo chcę używać indykatorów tonów jak /j albo /lh czy /aff ale oni nie wiedzą o co chodzi... muszę improwizować z takimi rzeczami jak /żart ale to jakoś nie to samo)

Ale już na przykład jeśli chodzi o francuskie powiedzenia które weszły do polskiego to jestem UPARTA żeby je poprawnie po francusku czytać (jak i pisać). Z mowieniem mi szczegolnie chodzi o déjà-vu, a z pisaniem też takie jak vis-à-vis, à la

W ogóle to francuski mnie zruinował, bo odkąd poznałam że w takim potocznym języku zaczynają czasem zdania od takiego nic nie znaczącego "bah", albo "alors" to nie potrafię jakby... zacząć jakiejś swojej dłuższej wypowiedzi bez jakiegoś typu wprowadzenia w tym stylu. Po polsku i angielsku to łatwe, bo w angielskim używa się "well" czy w polskim "cóż"/"no [więc]". Za to jest to straszne teraz jak się uczę hiszpańskiego, bo nie znam żadnego takiego słowa i tak dziwnie się zaczyna jakąś przemowę bez tego. Mimo że to niby bardziej "profesjonalne" i nie jest nieformalne, ale jakoś tak brzmi mi to źle...

Plus jeszcze jest kwestia tego że na przykład po polsku mam tendencję używania większej ilości emotek niż po angielsku. (Po francusku więcej niż po angielsku ale mniej niż po polsku. Hiszpański nie znam wystarczająco żeby w nim pisać xd). Więc po polsku użyję 😂,🥰,😘,🤗, czego w życiu nie zrobię po angielsku. Zastępuję to raczej czymś w stylu <33 (najczęściej), ^^, :3, :D, albo indykatorami tonów czy po prostu LMAO albo keyboard smashe i takie tam. Ale są emotki które użyję w obu językach jak 😭,🥺,🫡 na przykład. Za to 😭,💀 nie użyję po polsku bo ludzie nie rozumieją ich tak jak po angielsku i dają zły wydźwięk

To po prostu dla mnie zarówno interesujące jak i śmieszne jakie są różnice między zwyczajami w różnych językach i też jak moje własne zwyczaje się zmieniają w zależności od tego w którym mówię
