New Era University: A Christian’s dream school

New Era University was built in year 1976 under the administration of Brother Eraño G. Manalo, the late executive minister of the Iglesia Ni Cristo. 

I can say that my school is really a dream school because for me, it really is. That moment I have seen their school environment and nature from the main gate, it is indeed a beautiful and clean school. And as an Iglesia Ni Cristo member, “IT IS A BIG PRIVILEGE TO STUDY HERE IN NEW ERA”

From the teachers, to the students and administration, this school is really the best. plus the fact that they are so humble, and welcoming to the transferred students just like me. They treat people nicely and guide you well from the moment you enter here. 

As a student, I know that this school would be a very good school because from the people’s behavior here, they are not lazy and boastful unlike the other universities 

Hey you my friend, if you are struggling about what university are you entering to, don’t hesitate to inquire here in my school! New Era University! from an almost 50% discount of tuition in other big universities, you also have a quality education here!

High hopes

Faith. Love. Hope. This are only the three words among hundred words to describe New Era University (NEU).

Faith. New Era University is a school built for Iglesia Ni Cristo members, but even if it is built for INC members they still accept non-INC. Almost 10% of the students enrolled in NEU is non-INC.

Students in NEU is steadfast and firm in their faith in God. In fact, there is a church built inside the school. We can see students here doing their devotional prayers and also every time that the test is conducted you can also see that students pray to God asking for guidance.

Love. NEU has a program for anti-bullying They installed some reminders for anti-bullying in every class room. Students are also disciplined, they also have love and care for the nature. In fact, NEU is also known for its cleanliness. It is a proof also a proof that students here in NEU is disciplined.

Hope. Every students have high hopes for their lives. Hope that they will have a better future, hope that someday they can help their parents.

Some students sacrifice themselves to have a better education because they lived far from their loved ones, they lived in a dormitory. They strive to lived here even if it's hard, tired and missing their loved ones. It is a proof that students here in NEU have high hopes.

New Era University: Home of Integrity

When you first laid an eye, my school is truly captivating not only because of how big it is but as you will see the cleanliness in every corner that allows the student to feel comfortable anywhere they stay. The open field that we have where pupils play basketball, volleyball and do such physical activities is one of the great thing in there too, it helps to build friendship between different students due to them having a chance to interact and be in one place together.

Our school is not as luxurious as others but it has all the student's necessity. Each room is air-conditioned. The chairs aren't lacking and all the rooms provide better equipment for studying.

But the beauty of NEU, doesn't end only in its physical appearance. NEU is a religious school where they focus on teaching students that above all, serving God is the most crucial thing and you should always respect others' beliefs. All the rules given are hardly implied and it may sound too tyrant but it mold us students to be responsible and careful.

Everything in NEU undergoes a right procedure, like when you violate something. You will have a chance to go to OSD and reflect on yourself. It is a school that also let students speak their minds and say their opinion. School of freedom with integrity.

                                                  Answered Prayer

My mind-set all throughout junior high was if it was for me, it will be mine. Not until I decided that I wanted to go to New Era University. With its high ratings and clean reputation, I was challenged.

New Era University is known for its discipline and effectiveness to produce new professionals. Its vision and mission is connected to hone Christian characteristics. It’s also passionate on implementing Christian cultures.

This University will not only improve the academic skills but also, the Godly virtues we must have. This university with all the varied students and staffs behind the success is worthy of its recognition and praises.

New Era University is concerned on cleanliness and the need to segregate garbage. New Era is a university where children are moulded to be disciplined, righteous, and honest.

I prayed to study here. I prayed to grow and meet new people here. And now that I am in, I am doing my best to be deserving to stay.

I chose New Era University for Senior High because in order to develop, one must be on the place where she is doubted and supported at the same time.
