im starting to realize that i have a obssesion with fucked-up circuses. like, side-stepping my tadc obssesion, i have like, TWO separate sets of ocs that are circus based. And both of them have characters that have the exact same concept. Like, i made the first group of characters when i was in grade school, inspired by a random animation meme and the song People Eater by Soddiken. (not making this up btw) It was about a freak show of weird animal hybrids, and one of them was a fortune teller who had the lower half of a spider. I loved her design, but could never draw her quite right so I just ended up swishing her around in my brain like wine in a glass.

And now, i have a new set of circus ocs, this time from a traveling circus. It started out as "aww, cute wholsome clown circus" and then went to "well, they can have a bit of eldritch horror as a treat", and all of a sudden im killing off half the main cast and getting them possesed and shit. so then i just go and change the entire setting to medieval fantasy, 'cause i got bored with it. so now they're preforming in a kings court and are cursed with stuff like lycanthropy for reasons I have not decided yet. i somehow circled back around to the freak show idea i guess...

And for that story I have another fortune teller character who works for the king, and guess what her curse is? having spider legs...
