the way gilbert does not come home for the card gacha AND the acrylic stand and bromide i bought… pain but i did get clavis and no dupes so i’m happy with that! BUT GILBERT PLEASE WHY!!!! i’m scared i’ll get dupes if i buy more… should i do it… talk me out of this before i spend gahhhh! anyways everything is so cute i’m loving it so much! it’s the AGF outfit and i ended up getting a few acrylics and bromide for ikepri and ikesen, and i got the bromide for ikevamp since i didn’t like their AGF outfit for the acrylic as much. i also got an ikesen acrylic badge too lolol so cute! i’m convince chevalier is in love with me though because what in the world!

To buy or not to buy ikesen art book o(—( just got my salary and i wanted to treat myself to something nice, and i really want yamada shiro-sensei art in my hands o(—(

i wonder if kachiru-sensei has any art book published… ikepri art is just so gorgeous! Ikepri and ikesen probably have my favourite aesthetics (yes i know ikevam is illustrated by yamada shiro too but im just a sucker for traditional japanese motifs and themes)

but i also want to get aidairo’s first art book to finish my collection since i already have thejr second art book

who do u think is gonna get the next route/Col route in ikepri?? Since its most likely that cybird is going by popularity of the characters rather than the order itself…

anddddd this is a speculation of mine but I’d like to hear ur thoughts…… besides the 3 new countries….is there room for more characters in ikepri??

You know, I was just thinking about this today too! I didn't expect Azel's route to come out first, because I was under the impression that he was not as popular as the other 2 princes (could've also just been my own bias at the time). Someone had speculated that they would go in order from left to right based on the image/PV Cybird put out because it was in that order for previous princes - however, this was then proved wrong since Azel was not on the left and yet, his route came out first.

I have a feeling that Matias is next, with Kagari being last because he's so incredibly popular?? Obviously, I'd hope that Kagari is coming up because he was my top fav. of the 3, but from a business stand point, I think it'd make more sense to release Matias first (for people to spend their resources and to amp up the hype for Kagari).

I was also wondering to myself whether there would be room for new princes. At first, I was worried that maybe there wouldn't be. And if there wouldn't be, then how long would IkePri last before it shuts down? But then I thought about IkeSen and how it's been out for so many years, with 2 new characters just added recently as well... if they can add so many new characters + sequels to old ones for IkeSen, then they can most definitely do it for IkePri!! IkeVam also has a large cast imo, and I assume that IkePri is their 2nd best money maker after IkeSen (?), so it would make sense to continue investing into IkePri... Plus, you can't make me believe that the world only contains like 6 countries, given that some of them are considered "small countries" too!

Sorry for the long ramblings LMAO. It's 4AM here and my thoughts are jumbled. What are your speculations??

What is Ikemen Flash Exchange?

Ikemen Flash Exchange is a fandom gift exchange event inspired by the idea of flash fiction. We hope for everybody to enjoy creating just as much as receiving :) Seasoned fandom veterans and new faces -- any person can find something in it for themselves.

You will have a certain amount of freedom in terms of choosing your giftee. Additionally, you will be able to count on the support of your "co-suspects". [More on that here.]

Who can join the event?

Age: 13+

Fandom: IkeSen / IkeVamp / IkePri

Must have a discord account.

You must be a member of at least one of the above fandoms to join. However, we don’t exclude the possibility of other otome fandoms appearing.

What are the work requirements & deadlines?

Writers: 450-650 (+/- 50 words; maximum of 700 words)

Artists: anything that would count as lower effort than your usual work; colour is okay

Visual Creators: 3 x square format moodboards / simple wallpapers that rely on square format = one entry

2 x moodboards with overlapping elements/collage-like works = one entry

All entries must be SFW.

Up to 2 submissions per person.

You will have at least a month to complete your project. All the details will be explained in our discord server. :)

How do I join?

Ask for an invite link to our server. You must be off anon. Once you receive your invite and join in, follow the steps specified in #announcements channel. Do keep in mind the number of participants we can accommodate for is limited!

mm sorry i have been posting nothing. but the few mobile games ive been playing are very uhhh unimpressive in output. ill try to translate stuff i found mildly amusing tho if that interests y'all but u see today im powered with annoyance. the most empowering emotion when it comes to getting stuff done

so cybird decided to make a “digital archive” on animate for a crisp ~1500 yen. the description was kinda vague (+ i dont have the ikesen one, which i think exists? idk idc) so i was curious. iirc there were “deluxe” preorder vers with acryl stands, while this basic preorder one comes with a sheet of glossy paper. u can purchase the code by itself the day of release, so idk wtf they were thinking. dawg i spent $30 USD to ship this bc i timed my forwarding shipments poorly sigh

a “digital archive” according to whoever set this up is just a lazy online artbook. if you like full body shots this is fine (...doesn’t have all of them), otherwise it’s kinda garbage. ig there’s a niche for it, as ikevam downgraded the quality of the character portraits in-game a yr or so ago, but lol man they couldn’t even provide all of the story CGs. don’t see the point in making the former a secret anymore as all of the main stories are 3+ yrs old and said art is used for public promo anyway i was curious if they’d provide all of Galileo’s emotion portraits (since the smile one hasn’t been seen in HD yet) but they conspicuously left out all the ones we haven’t seen. they don’t even provide shots of jeanne’s uncovered face....... the most important lesson was remembered today. never get emotionally attached to a GaaS

Realising the reason why they discontinued IkeRev is probably bc they didn't know how to make us look forward to Act 2 like with IkeVam and IkeSen (the new characters being part of the new Act, carrying it (the Act) and making us look forward to more, instead of the Act being on its own)
