It's so easy to do whatever you want to Luka while he's cooking. It's a little cheat code of yours that feels almost morally wrong, yet... could you be blamed? As much as Luka shared of himself with you, it would be a disaster if you came to him out of nowhere and started to smooch him all over! Doing it while behind him at the kitchen counter, however...

"What are you doing? Do you have something you want to tell me...?"

Luka's hands are covered in flour from the homemade bread he's preparing, so touching you is out of the question... but even if he were to do that, you figure it would be to caress you and not to push you away, just as you usually find him doing as an answer to your kisses. Without replying to him, you simply press your lips to more of what you can reach of Luka: the reddened tips of his ears on each side, his jaw, his upper arm and shoulder...

"It's not fair when you do that... Makes me want to kiss you all over just like what you're doing to me... But then we'll get too lost into it and... I-I don't want to risk someone walking in there to see us exchanging such an act of affection, even if an innocent one..."

Lips Like Sugar - Luka Clemence x Reader (Ikemen Revolution)

A/N; Day 9 of my 12 Days of Christmas event. Also part of my New Year, New Celebration follower celebration.

Pairing: Luka Clemence x Reader

Prompt: kissing bruises and scars

You stopped and stared, leaning your back against the archway leading into the kitchen, otherwise known as Luka’s domain. Luka, your beloved boyfriend, was standing by the counter, his back facing yours. Your gaze lingered on him as he worked – with his shirtsleeves rolled up, the muscles in his bare forearms flexing as he mixed the batter by hand. 

When a few moments passed and he didn’t notice you were in the room, you decided to surprise him. Walking on tiptoe, you approached him stealthily until your chest was mere inches from his back. A surprise no longer, you wrapped your arms around Luka’s narrow waist, suppressing laughter as he nearly dropped his whisk. 

“Whatcha cookin’?'' you asked, whispering in Luka’s ear as you rested your chin on his shoulder. He tilted his face to meet yours, his amber gaze glowing as he met yours. 

“Your favorite – raspberry jam thumbprint cookies. You can help me after I’m done mixing this batter.”

Humming in agreement, you gathered Luka’s long, dark locks in one hand, sweeping his hair to one side over his shoulder, exposing the nape of his neck. You brushed a single kiss upon his warm skin causing Luka to shiver.

Enjoying his reaction, you laced your fingers with his and brought his hand to your lips. Gently, you kissed the back of his hand, pressing your lips against the faded scars littered across his fair skin. 

You tilted your joined hands, exposing the inside of Luka’s wrist and placed a gentle kiss on his delicate skin, where old scars ran hidden parallel to his veins. Luka let out a soft sigh as you peppered him with small, delicate kisses

“We should, um…get the cookies ready for the oven.” Luka averted his gaze as he spoke, a pale pink blush coloring his cheeks.

Luka brought the cookie dough to the table where he had the rest of the items needed assembled. You worked together like a well-oiled machine, with Luka rolling the dough and pressing his thumb into each cookie and you spooning jam into the thumbprint. Before you knew it, the cookies were in the hot oven. 

“What do we do now?” you asked, wanting to help in any way needed.

“Now we just wait." Luka approached you, a seductive smirk adorning his face. “We have a few minutes before the cookies will be done.” He cupped your cheeks in his hands, his amber eyes gazing into yours adoringly, and brought his lips to yours in a kiss. The kiss was sweet; you could taste the raspberry jam he must have been sampling while you were sliding the tray of cookies into the oven. Your lips melted into his, like fresh cotton candy on your tongue. 

Your lips were still parted when his lips left yours; your breath hitched when he fastened his mouth to your neck and nibbled gently. A delicious tingle crawled up your spine when he pulled at the collar of your shirt, exposing the soft slope of your shoulder. 

He rained a shower of kisses down the curve of your neck, your heartbeat quickening as he ran his tongue along your collarbone. Twining your fingers through his hair, you pulled him close to your chest, not wanting this moment to end. 

And then the timer went off.

“Sorry,” Luka muttered as he pulled away, a sad pout already forming on your lips. He leaned in, whispering while kissing you.

“Go to my bedroom. I’ll meet you there in a few minutes.”

LUKA:

"Why now and here?"

The surprise doesn't leave Luka's beautiful amber eyes even after he falls into a dancing step along with you, swinging slightly to some imaginary rhythm. The ingredients lay on the kitchen counter, halfway mixed into the next culinary masterpiece to leave the kitchen under chef Luka and his dearest sous chef, namely You.

At least that's what the other officers (read: Seth) say in order to tease you. But shame on them! The blush appearing on both of your faces by sweet accidental gestures of love of your own making is unmatched by those comments made by third parties.

Thus, you dance Luka around the kitchen, feeling the butterflies in your stomach flutter about in a dance of their own, and you wonder why you listen to the spurs of your heart when it proves to be weak in the face of a Luka taking the lead with a smile.

"I remembered now... you mentioned something about adding the special ingredient. To add love to a meal, it's logical that we should...perform an act of love."

The typical flow of Luka's logic shows in his voiced thoughts, as he searches for the most literal way of following your suggestion - and you enthusiastically nod at him, realizing that he found your own reasoning for you.

"But... do you think the others would know?"

There is a hint of caution in his expression, a slight frown that makes him even prettier in yours eyes, somehow. His smiling face, and this expression now too, there's just so much to love.

"I love dancing like this with you when there's noone around, but if love really makes the dishes tastier, and we're adding so much of it, they'll figure out."

You nod again, finding yourself taking it as seriously as Luka does. You really ARE tired of their teasing!

Nonetheless, you and Luka find it hard to stop dancing. Now, that would be one way to find out if there even is such a thing as adding too much love to a meal.

SUMMARY: some mildly embarrassing things that have happened to you while a certain black army member was pining for you.

WARNINGS: none!! :D

COMMENTS: currently meowing as i format this. man i wish i had a cat

ray finds himself showing off a lot more when he spars, pulling moves he wouldn’t normally pull and talking a lot more smack. when you cheer for him, his ego gets so high he starts really getting into it. the testosterone kicks in as he puffs his chest and totally destroys his opponent. he’s looking forward to that victory kiss, he’ll be even more smug about it.

luka thinks it’s embarrassing that he can think of nothing but you when he’s preparing meals. he makes your favorites far too often for it to be a coincidence, and of all the people who had to catch on first, it's seth. he won’t stop bugging luka whenever he’s in the kitchen, whether you're there or not, and he’s just about had enough of it.

fenrir is very proud of his skills with firearms, but those aren’t his only guns. he wishes you would notice him more when he flexes in front of you, rolling up his sleeves on the regular and lifting heavy things. it takes him pouting at you for you to finally look his way and offer up that sweet smile, telling him that of course he’s strong and that he never needed to prove that to you.

sirius isn’t used to being clumsy. in his defense, he also isn’t used to you coming up behind him and hugging him so sweetly, arms wrapping around his neck as you laugh in his ear. The watering can he was holding drops right on his foot and soaks his shoes, but he doesn’t hear your apologies over the ringing in his ears caused by his embarrassment over you.

most would argue that seth is usually embarrassing and that there’s no way he could sink lower. however, the entire army is proven wrong when he finds himself enraptured by you. he’s winking more than he ever has in his life, opening doors for you and pulling out chairs. you look so incredibly flustered and mildly uncomfortable with all the pampering and attention, but no matter how often sirius tells him to back off, he still manages to smother you.
