Is it plated really well? Nah.. But it was wicked delicious! 👌🏻😁 . I tried something new last night for dinner.. Cauliflower rice! I've heard so much about it, I decided to give it a whirl. . We doubled down on veggies with the cauliflower rice and steamed broccoli with some chicken in teriyaki sauce! Super easy but effective! . Slowly but surely I'm trying to step outside of my comfort zone and making new foods and dishes! Crushing that self limiting belief of "I can't cook". .
