you didn't believe what you were reading in your notification bar. your heart raced, hands starting to shake.

it was kind of ridiculous the way oh sehun still had you wrapped around his finger.

you and sehun went way back. having debuted at the same time, but under different companies, you had met the exo members hundred of times at backstages and stuff.

sehun was your age, so of course you two got along pretty well - kai too, but their hyungs used to tease him, telling him he was third wheeling. you see, everyone knew you and sehun had some type of tension going on.

you liked him, of course. you had the biggest crush on him, from his cute big nose to his weird laugh - and you couldn't help but to think that maybe, and just maybe, sehun liked you back.

the way baekhyun and junmyeon always looked at him when you were around could only make you feel a tiny bit hopeful about everything.

but, you know, life happens sometimes. exo got really big really fast, and seeing sehun became kinda complicated, both on and off stage. of course you had your own career to take care of, so it's not like it was only sehun's fault.

and also, after some time, your hectic schedules got the best of you. suddenly, you saw yourself trapped in an infinity of things to do, showcases to attend, sessions of recording, rehearsals, and everything started to become kinda blurry. a hiatus became inevitable, and even though the headlines called you a hundred different names, you knew all of your fans and team felt every single tear you dropped before falling asleep every single night, for a whole year, as you prayed you got the strength to get back to what you truly loved to do.

in the end, the tears paid off - you got healthy again, took the much needed space from everything and everyone, including sehun. when you announced your comeback, you weren't surprised to receive messages from all of the exo members, including him, to wish you good luck. chanyeol said it was good to have you back, and even offered himself to pay you a meal the next time you two met. kyungsoo said he missed listening to new songs of yours, and that he was happy to see you back on your feet.

sehun only said "fighting!", followed by a string of coloured hearts, just like he used to send you when you two were rookies.

so of course you couldn't believe that he was now saying you two should hang out.

it was also ridiculous how fast he read your text and started to type back.

your hair stylist hummed a song as she fixed your hair. you knew it was almost time to get up on stage for the first time in a year and a half, but screw that - your stomach was now flipping in anticipation because of oh sehun, not because of your comeback.

and god, it took him time to reply you - actually it took only seven minutes -, and the more the "typing..." indicator showed on your screen, the more you felt like throwing up and ruining your perfect makeup.

[oohsehun]: yeah, you see... it's been a while since the last time we got to talk and be out together.

[oohsehun]: it was kinda simple back then, right? we didn't need to worry about anything. but then i got super busy, and you got super busy, and i'm so glad we both made it.

[oohsehun]: but i also regret not celebrating with you, all of the things we conquered. so i guess i wanna do that now. i should be there for you, we were best friends before and i'm sorry i didn't support you properly, especially on your hiatus.

that wasn't true though. your manager told you about all the times she met sehun throughout the year, and how he always asked about you every single time; asked if you were okay, if you needed anything, when were you gonna come back. it was his way of taking care of you from afar, you knew it.

still... the way he mentioned you two being best friends made your heart sink. sehun was your best friend, but you wished for him to be so much more than that to you.

[yourusername]: so you only wanna see me because you miss being friends?

you typed and sent the message way faster than your brain could function, heart taking control of your actions. by the time you realized, he was replying.

[oohsehun]: did we ever stop being friends? 🥺

at that, you chuckled. you could imagine him facing his phone with that exact face.

[yourusername]: no, we didn't. you'll always have a special place in my heart, you know that.

[oohsehun]: that's cheesy af.

you heard a tiny 'done' and, as you looked up, you saw your hairstylist smile at you. the last thing you needed to finally come back was now finished, and you were probably minutes away from entering the stage.

still, you held your phone in both hands as your life depended on it - and maybe it did.

I meant to not answer this ask for a few days now, because if I said who, Dandanies would have eaten me and tbh I'm not a big fan of most of them (not all).

Chanyeol, Xiumin, Jongdae all these three SM doesn't want them and they don't want it, but it's the Exo members staying Together that made it hard for SM to end their contracts because of constant warning from the other members whom SM want aka Jongin, Back, Ksoo, Sehun and Suho.

Also nothing will change just like I said many times, just what was supposed to happen back in March 13th 2019 is happening now. Ksoo wanted to leave since then and there's a long post here talking about the details as to why he wanted to leave.

Also nothing's gonna change! Baekhyun is leaving too. Sechan. Xiu might Join Baekhyun's company etc.. you'll see more surprises to come.

Also in our previous group on IG we talked a lot about how all of them members want to leave especially Chanyeol, Jongdae and Xiumin as they were sabotaged and ignored. For Ksoo's part he has a grudge against SM since 2019 for manipulating his private life and ruining it and overworking him by acception acting projects he didn't want and not let him do the singing part of his Job he enjoyed as well, because they were building him a career and an image as an actor only, Which he fought and this is why you're seeing him more and more now on TV shows and you're seeing him SINGING a lot recently.

So don't you see Ksoo broke free from his old boring and annoying Character SM built for him for 11 years?? Let him be happy do what he wants.

Hongjoong - Dyna Blade

In Kirby Super Star Ultra, Dyna Blade is a huge colorful bird that will do anything to protect her children. You can fight her after fighting King Dedede in Spring Breeze. Hongjoong is similar to Dyna Blade since he'd do anything for his fellow bandmates kids. His hair has undergone so many color changes. I don't know how his scalp is holding up lol I'm surprised he hasn't pulled a Sehun yet. Only Yunho lol

Seonghwa - Dark Nebula

Originally, I had him for Dyna Blade since he was told he looked like an angry bird back in the days plus he's more motherly so it would make sense. However, I remember that his name roughly means to be a star and his name backwards means Mars. In relation to this galaxy themed thing we got going on here, I decided to choose Dark Nebula. Dark Nebula is the final boss in Kirby Squeak Squad. He's a huge black star with a single pink eye in the middle who gave Daroach ultimate power towards the end of the game. Seonghwa's long black hair is literally giving me life ever since I saw those Coachella pics and vids so I wouldn't be surprised if he put on pink eye contacts and cosplayed as his own version of Dark Nebula. Sometimes, even the brightest stars can suck you in.

Yunho - Void Termina

Void Termina is the final boss in Kirby Star Allies. I honestly had no context behind this other than the fact that Yunho is tall and big and scary only when he's mad though.

Yeosang - King Dedede

Yeosang literally looks like a fucking prince so it shouldn't be a suprise that he's King Dedede. I still remember that one video where he was able to hammer down a shit ton of nails in mere seconds. Homie is strong af so I'm sure he'll be able to swing around that huge hammer that Dedede has.

San - Marx/Marx Soul

Oof. I remember fighting Marx in Milky Way Wishes. He was this innocent little bean until he revealed his plans to control Pop Star and he turned demonic after that. This is literally San when you plant him on stage. Marx Soul is utterly fucking worse and I remember having major difficulty fighting him. I feel like demon mode San fits perfectly with Marx Soul. His stage presence is insane. Marx insane lol

Mingi - Galacta Knight

This motherfucker has had pink hair and now has white hair so I decided to put him as Galacta Knight. In addition, when I imagine Galacta Knight as a human, I envision a tall man with huge angel wings sticking out his back and the tips touching the floor, the white shield with the huge pink star in the middle roughly being the same size as Captain America's shield, the pink lance being larger than life, and the mask covering his entire face so you only see the sharp wolf eyes through that mask slit. Yeah I envision Mingi being the human version of Galacta Knight. Will he have his short pink hair or long white hair though? It's up to the imagination ig lol

Jongho - Meta Knight

Ngl, I originally thought of Mingi being Meta Knight since he's my ult and Meta Knight is my favorite Kirby character of all time. However, I remember playing Meta Knightmare Ultra and this one scene popped up. Galacta Nova asked Meta Knight what his one wish was and of course, in true lone swordsman fashion, Meta Knight answered that he only wishes to grow stronger. In that Vanity Fair video, Jongho revealed that he was born with power and as he talked, he exuded that damn power. That's when I knew that he was more fit for Meta Knight rather than Mingi. Also, now I'm imagining Jongho as the human version of Meta Knight with his lilac hair and hands gripping Galaxia (the name of Meta Knight's gold sword) with that 49.1 kg strength, and piercing yellow eyes through the mask. In addition, I now want Jongho to dye his hair an indigo color since technically, Meta Knight's Kirby form is indigo colored in the DS version of the Kirby games.
