Hey is there anyone available to give me some advice on cleaning and drying stuffed animals? I have one of these:

Though mine is in much worse shape.

The speakers are already buggy, so I don't care so much if they become completely nonfunctional. I plan on washing by hand, but I'm unsure how to make sure he's thoroughly dry, or if he's safe in the dryer (without any batteries in, of course.) Anyone have advice for drying animals with LEDs or speakers?

iHop, iHob, iFlop?

The popular International House of Pancakes, iHop, announces they are changing their name to iHob. It wasn't long before Twitter got word of the news and made iHob the number one trending topic on social media.  

On June 6th, 2018 iHop announced on their Twitter that they were changing their name to iHob. It wasn’t long before all of Twitter reacted.

It was revealed later on that the name change was only an advertising ploy to promote a new advertising campaign for its burgers, in order to break the perception that iHop was only a breakfast place.

Although people immediately started bashing iHop for this sudden change, what businesses can learn from this move is that it sparked conversation.

 Not only did it gain so much recognition, but iHop’s burger sales quadrupled after its controversial name change. According to the company, 20,000 articles have surfaced discussing the social media uproar. “That was goal no1.” iHop President Darren Rebelez says. “Goal no. 2 was to actually sell the burgers.” The company’s “word of mouth” score has also skyrocketed according to Buisness Insider, becoming the highest its ever been since 2012.

Whether people agree with the short name change or not, iHop set out for a plan to high light an item on their menu and get consumers to notice this. Social media may not always be good for conversation, but it is always there to give feedback and share its opinion. The audience that did not agree with the name change did not realize that it was giving iHop free promotion as they were bashing the company’s decisions. Wendy’s Twitter account interacting with iHop’s Twitter account had Twitter users everywhere on the edge of their seats waiting for a reply. What made people think iHob was going to turn into iFlop, actually helped the company flourish instead.
