Like which Characters can buy whatever they want and which may be worrying about paying the bills at the end of the month?

I love that you wrote most wealth and least wealth and then stated Saburou and Dice, because while you probably meant that Saburou's too young to be worried about money, it looks like you meant Saburou is the most wealthy. And he is.

Ichirou: Current canon Ichirou seems mostly well-off. His rent is low thanks to Samatoki (see DoD 6), but the place he rents is much bigger than his first apartment with Jirou and Saburou. Plus, all three of them appear to be able to afford lots of fun purchases (board games, Ichirou's otaku shit, Saburou's 5 monitors, etc). Since their work is a little unusual, the BBs probably go through the flood or famine work cycle and are maybe paid in gifts of things, not necessarily cash all the time. So Ichirou might worry here or there about money, but I think he can make it work most times. If the younger Busters ever need anything, the neighborhood would also probably help out. Whether or not he'd accept that help is another story, but...

Jirou: See above.

Samatoki: Samatoki has a very nice apartment and office. He's also a high-ranking officer in an organized crime syndicate. I don't think money is a concern for him.

Juuto: Juuto has his fingers in too many illegal pies to be concerned about money. He seems to have expensive tastes but has never indicated that funding them is an issue.

Riou: Hmm... while he's very self-sufficient, he probably buys supplies from time to time for things he can't or won't make himself (tools, clothing, etc). Since he doesn't have a current job, he probably has a savings fund somewhere. I doubt Chuuouku is funding any sort of veteran assistance program, so he isn't making money, but again, he doesn't appear to purchase things often enough for this to be an issue.

Ramuda: His clothing line appears to be popular, and I would be shocked if Chuuouku didn't have a fund for clone spending. Judging by how he gives money away to Dice by the handful, money isn't a concern for him.

Gentarou: See above re: Dice. His books probably sell well, and considering he has many editors, he appears to be a pretty prolific writer.

Jakurai: His house is enormous. This man is so rich. I don't think he spends extravagantly, but money is clearly not a concern.

Hifumi: As the top host of his club, Hifumi probably has a large salary and may make more on commission (for selling drinks). Money doesn't appear to bother him, although he may only be paying a fraction of the total rent.

Doppo: Doppo appears to have significant money concerns, although this may be in part a desire to surpass Hifumi's salary (see FP/M+ 8). Still, he doesn't like making big purchases, so spending is generally an overall concern. I don't think he'd ever go hungry or anything like that - Hifumi would never let that happen on his watch.

Sasara: As a famous comedian, he does well for himself. His apartment is pretty grand, so I don't think he's strapped for cash.

Roshou: He works a second job to help supplement his teacher income even if it is against the rules. In the present day, Roshou isn't that much of a rule breaker any more, so it seems like he has a significant reason for doing this. He probably has at least some financial concerns, which is a shame.

Rei: Unless he has shady debts hidden away somewhere in his backstory, he seems pretty affluent. He's covered with bling and cons people all day. He's living the high life.

Kuukou: While he wouldn't starve against his will, Kuukou doesn't have a lot of money on him. Buddhist monks renounce material wealth and other worldly pleasures. Still, his temple would mean that he always has basic food and housing.

Juushi: I don't know if Juushi still lives with his parents in present canon, but they seemed to be pretty middle class. His parents worked long hours, but they had a nice home. He could afford things like posters and band merch but not huge expenses like guitars, which seems pretty typical for a middle class teenager with no part time job. His band probably pulls in a good amount of cash now, but again, I don't know if he lives on his own or not.

Hitoya: Hitoya's kind of a greedy bastard who appreciates the finer things in life. I say this with great affection. Those around him comment on how much wealth he has and how he accumulates it, so it's safe to say he isn't doing poorly for himself.

Most of the cast seems to be pretty affluent, as it turns out.

—even though he's clueless, he'll do his best to cheer you up. his encouraging words already make you feel better, plus he'll hug you. i feel like he gives the best hugs, the hugs that makes you feel loved (i hc nagito and gonta too) he'll try to get anything you want, snacks, chocolate, candies, drinks. keyword, try. he's got like, $1, he can't buy you mcdonald's but still he passes the vibe check because he is so caring.

—speaking of mcdonald's... he can and will buy you the whole company. that's it, i am out. well... he isn't the best at comforting people because he is blunt, but i feel like he'd show his love by actions, so he'll lend you his shoulder if you feel like crying. he won't complain about it but he might have a disgusted face the whole time. he is trying to get better

mondo owada

—because he doesn't want you to feel trapped inside, he'll take you out and you 2 will ride around the entire town. getting fresh air is always the best, isn't it? after the ride, he'd take you to a calming place to picnic and he would ask you what's wrong while resting his head on your lap. if it's a person bothering you, he'll get pissed at them but if it isn't, he'll be much calmer and try to come up with advice, though he isn't really good at it, he tries his best for u to feel better.

kiyotaka ishimaru

—taka might be dense at first but as soon as he notices your mood, he'll drop everything he has to do and will pay his whole attention to you. i headcanon taka likes to cook, so he'll cook with you or for you! he enjoys baking you cookies. he is actually good at giving advice, he's disappointed that you didn't come to him when you were bothered, he'll be there for you from now on and give you his love.

hifumi yamada

—i feel like hifumi would notice your bad mood but wouldn't know what to do, he'll try to crack jokes but he isn't the best joker around :'( if you have any shows you'd like to watch, he'll watch it with you and that'll be enough to cheer you up! but he talks a lot when watching, so you gotta bear with him. also man himself is comfortable like a pillow, so you can lay on him while watching it

leon kuwata

—he's bothered that you are upset, so he will do his best for you. taking you outside is one of things that comes to his mind first, walking in the streets while holding hands? yes. but if you feel like staying home, that's ok too! he is always down to cuddle. cuddle bug? cuddle bug. and yeah, he'll spoon you, so you don't feel alone.

yasuhiro hagakure

—oh no, it's so awkward. he isn't used to you being like this but he'll still try his best! another one that will take you to mcdonald's, he's a bit broke now, but who else is he going to spend his money on if it's not you? i feel like he'd joke around to lighten up your bad mood and tell you his whole life story. his memories are so terrifying that you eventually forget what's been bothering you. mission accomplished, but at what cost..? he is crying due to the nostalgia.

chihiro fujisaki

—at first he's like, is it me made you sad? :( you give him hugs all the time so it's time to payback! another one that gives the best hugs, they're so sweet. he will listen to every word you have to say patiently and at some point, he'll probably join you crying—if you aren't crying, well, he is crying alone. he'd play games with you until you are tired, it's him usually gets tired first. hearing his little snores in bed is already enough to make you smile. succeed!

kyoko kirigiri

—she can read people well, so she can say something's bothering you, so she'll be more affectionate than usual in return. kyoko will stay with you the whole time and listen to you without judging you, also i feel like she'd do some of your hobbies with you, so you'd feel better. in the end of the day, you know she believes you and it makes you feel better. kyoko will do your hair while you are ranting about your day. it comforts you.

sayaka maizono

—sayaka is geniunely sad, she cares so much. she'll take your hand and ask you if there's anything you'd want to do to feel better, she's down to anything, really. she's worried about your well being so much. like taka, she's a good cook, she'll spoil you a lot! she'll be affectionate the whole day and will not leave your side unless you are feeling better, afterwards, you tell her the reason of your sadness and she's like :0 then :( she is more clingy.

toko fukawa

—toko is aware you aren't feeling at your best, she wants to cheer you up but her low self-esteem doesn't let her. i think she's good at giving hugs, but they won't last long, because she thinks she's not respecting your boundaries. with short hugs and words that won't leave her lips, she isn't the type to comfort, but still just her presence itself helps you to feel better. she'll sit by you and will read with you, sometimes she'll even give you headpats. and i think that's really sweet.

sakura ogami

—i feel like sakura would immediately want to know the problem, so she can solve it. that would make you feel better, right? if you don't feel like talking about it yet, that's ok! she respects your privacy, but she won't leave you alone. she'd never when you are this upset! i think she'd carry you around with those big arms of hers, she knew you enjoyed a lot when she lifted you up or carried you in general. she gives good piggyback rides, too.

—if you are upset, she's upset too. :( but still she's willing to make you feel better! she will want to talk about it, though that's only if you wanna. she'll take you the nearest donut shop and will buy you snacks as well when returning home. if there is no donut shop around, then she's more than excited to bake some with u! she's so passionate about it. you can't help but laugh at the way she fails baking, she is embarrassed about it but hey! at least you are smiling again

—she knows you good enough to tell you are lying or not, pretending doesn't work on her, peace was never an option. celeste probably going to offer watching movies, i feel like she would like k-drama. also don't @ me but she will play uno with you, and no, don't try to change my mind. i also hc celeste likes birdwatching, there are many things in her mind to do with you. but if you don't like any of these things, she'll just shrug, giving in and joining you, staying with you the whole time.

When you guys first meet, she's a little wary of you

But once you start seeing her more often, she comes to trust you

You spend most of your time at the church playing shogi with her

If you don't know how to play, she gladly teaches you

She honestly has fun teaching you but don't tell anyone

She gets embarrassed when she takes the game seriously, and blushes when you tell her how adorable she is

She starts to like you after a month of seeing each other

But you'll have to wait until her mother's heart is changed before you can date her

If you're a Phantom Thief and had a hand in changing her heart (and if you decide to tell her) she is shocked, but very grateful

After that, she confesses to you

In the beginning of the relationship, she tries to act like a "normal" girl, but once you assure her that she can be herself, she'll reveal herself to be a huge dork

Doesn't mind if you don't go to church with her. She'll appreciate it if you do, but will understand if you don't

Whenever you two aren't playing Shogi together, she loves to go on walks or hang out in parks

If it's before you max out her social link, she will be tired a lot and want you to hold her

As a prosecutor, she is always impartial and unbiased, so she gives great advice

She's a little bit awkward about physical comfort, but she'll do it for you

Sae is very touch starved, as she is always very busy with work, so she loves cuddling and being held by you

This relationship will be a bit different depending on whether or not her social link is maxed

Before, she won't be around a lot and she'll be a little grumpy about things that happened at her job

Post maxed link, she'll be happier and more energetic, but she still won't see you very much due to continuing her focus on helping others

Either way, she'll need you to be there for her

She needs a shoulder to cry on and someone to vent to about her stress and worries about patients, medicines, etc.

She can't disclose patient records, but she will tell you her worries about a type of medicine or a healing process or procedure

She'll relax once you hug her though

♤Some Danganronpa Headcanons Part. 4!♤

Pretty much just nonsense this time~ A lot of Mondo in this too. (To make sense these are pretty much meant to take place in some kind of non-despair/normal school life au.)

• Sayaka, Sakura, and Hina are the one of the most prominent groups of friends in class. They're always the ones pushing the narrative of the class being a team or a family and love planning group trips and activities for everyone to do together. Even on off days when the others go off to do their own thing the three of them can almost always be found together.

• Hina likes to hound her classmates about their love lives and doesn't give up until she gets the details. She will follow somebody around like a puppy begging them to, "Please please please tell! Friends shouldn't keep these kinds of things from eachother!"

• Good thing the three of them are great with relationships advice. And by that I mean Sayaka is great at relationship advice. Hina and Sakura have a very black and white understanding of relationships and their solutions to every problem will be to break up.

"I don't really think it's bad enough for me to want to break up, though."

"Then we can break up with them for you!"

"It would be our pleasure." Sakura follows up,, cracking her knuckles.

"Not what I meant."

• Leon and Hiro hang out a lot in their free time. Hiro brings out a much less hot-headed side of Leon and the two of them are always happy to have somebody else chill with them. They spend most of their time just bouncing between eachothers rooms, watching tv and playing video games so it's not all that exciting to hang out with them but they give off a super mellow vibe.

They're definitely the two guys you want to hang out with if you're depressed and don't want to talk about it while also being easy to talk to because they don't judge and won't bring up anything anybody tells them to anyone else. (Whether that's because they weren't listening, don't remember or are actually very understanding is unknown.)

• It's a rare sight to see but Mondo is one of the few people who can coax Taka into genuinely relaxing when there's nothing to be done. Mondo can be super lazy and Taka is always fretting about his laziness being contagious when he's trying to get him to relax with him, doing his best to find something else that he just needs to get done

• When he finally does let his guard down, even for a minute, Taka tends to crash hard and sleep for and ungodly amount of time, his record being almost 18 hours, before bouncing back more energized than ever to make up for the time he wasted (and give Mondo an earful for letting him sleep for so long.)

• Chihiro can also regularly be found tagging along with them. He's one of the best at reeling the two of them in when they get carried away just because they both have a soft spot for him.

• While Mondo never really loses the tough guy persona he's actually a very angrily caring person and even with his awful temper he's a reliable friend.

• He's even one of the first to jump to help one of his classmates when something is wrong. He struggles to offer much more than just brute force to any situation but he likes to be there to ride it out with them even if he can't do a lot to help.

• Is always the one sitting beside his classmates bedside or standing outside their bedroon door when they're sick or hurt to make sure they don't get up (and being able to keep an eye on them keeps him from worrying himself into next week)

• Overall, Mondo abides by a very strong pack mentality and once he considers somebody a part of his "pack" they're under his protection for good.

• Even some of the classmates he finds annoying like Toko, Byakuya, Celeste or Hifumi fall under that umbrella of protectiveness.

But his tolerance for Byakuya specifically ends with him, at the most, not letting the jerk get himself killed. He manages to be the one member of class that Mondo can and will still punch if he steps out of line, most commonly when he upsets one of their other classmates

• Out of everyone in class the title of resident tickle monster falls on Hina. She's bubbly sporatic and surpringly mercilessly. It's usually her go to method to lighten the mood. Her attacks are always by surprise and almost always from behind. Since she's not very strong it's her go to method to wrap her arms around someone from behind and wiggling her fingers into their sides; can't throw her off if you can't get a hold on her.

• I was also asked for my headcanons on Mondo as a tickle monster and I feel like that is absolutely something that you wouldn't want.

• Getting him into that situation would be a wonder in the first place since he normally finds the concept stupid and the only way I could even see it happening is if he was doing it in retaliation for something, specifically if somebody embarrassed him.

"Now you're gonna f****** get it!"

Not knowing what the heck is going on, besides the fact that you've got a pissed off Mondo stomping your way, would actually make this situation kind of scary. Depending on how much you struggle to get away from him you're either going to be wrestled to the ground right there or dragged to a couch or dorm.

That's when the surpringly part happens. He goes straight to straddling their stomach and digs into their sides hard and fast with almost enough force that it would have hurt if he wasn't obviously holding back.

"Let's see how you like this, yeah?!"

It would be so sudden and unexpexted that it takes a second to even feel anything. If they don't react at first he growls and tries moving faster; then it dawns what is going on; Mondo freaking Owada is tickling somebody. Unfortunately that clarity also leads to the return of the senses.

Try to so much as push his hands away and be met with a death glare. On one hand he's trying to get revenge because he was embarrassed but on the other hand he's also embarrassed to retaliate which just makes him more angry which just makes him take it out on them even harder. If somebody was listening from a distance it would probably just sound like he was beating someone up with all the angry yelling.

Finally starts getting more comfortable with the situation after a few minutes and feels a sense of satisfaction when the person he's attacking starts begging for mercy. He lightens up his tickling a little from there and is less rough but now that he's starting to enjoy himself he gets a lot more smart-ass, making fun of them for not being able to take a taste of their own medicine.

Will absolutely lean forward and get his stupid pompadour in your face just to give you a blood curdling smile before digging in roughly all over again.

"Take that as a fricking lesson. Just 'cause ya think I've gone soft doesn't mean I can't still make ya sorry!"
