Last Knight Saki/Raphael: Saki has always been one of my favorite villains, and it's almost difficult not to see the goofy guy from the 87 series. But In some versions of TMNT Saki is a cold-hearted monster and in Last Knight, he isn't a good guy, Saki is a mobster, he is a killer, and more importantly he is a human being. He has feelings, and for the most part, he knows some of the things he does are really fucked up. Raphael is very much a ninja capable of killing, but he's also the heart of his family. If anything Saki's bringing the true ninja out of Raphael even while they're falling deeper into a romantic relationship. This is also probably the closest I'll get to writing a soulmate fic for TMNT 😂 I enjoy writing these two interactions because there is so much I can do with them, they both are very versatile characters. Mikey/Tiger Claw: I wanted to try out this pairing as I hadn't written for Tiger Claw before and toeing the line between enemies and not enemies has always been something I'm fond of writing. These two might not stay in a relationship but they'll have fun while they are in it lol Bebop/Rocksteady: Funny to say but this is one of my OTP's, you just don't get Bebop without Rocksteady, and the same in reverse. I hadn't written for them before and I really wanted to at least hint at it as they aren't the main pairing or even the secondary lol Hamato Yoshi/Tang Shen: A Canon Pairing but one I'll keep because it is tragic and Splinter is really messed up from her death, it's fun to write different ways she died, and also how much everyone involved regretted her dying so needlessly.

Pac-Man Mikey/Delisha: Delisha is an OC of mine that I made for Mikey to fall in love with. De is my first attempt at a trans character and a romantic partner for Mikey! She's funny and adores Mikey, she also works for Shredder as a receptionist and sometimes as a medic. That actually doesn't bother Mikey that she works for the enemy because he adores her. Of course, if she worked against him and his brothers that would certainly start an argument and a possible breakup for these two. Donatello/Saki: The Main pairing for Pac-Man. They are going to hurt each other, Both of them are really messed up Donnie having gone through a situation that really made him switch up his game and Saki just being the normal paranoid bastard that he can be lol Of course their differences are going to start arguments and Saki isn't just going to allow Donnie to control whatever their wacky relationship is and Donnie isn't going to give up power that easily. Casey/Raphael: Not my usual cup of tea, but I don't mind occasionally writing pairs that I wouldn't normally, and I also got the idea because someone asked me if Donnie's with Saki who's Raph with lol They are best friends so it's easy to transition that into a more romantic relationship. They still do all their normal stuff, but now they also cuddle on the couch to watch movies-kiss, etc. Leo/Rocksteady/Bebop: I was learning about terminology and QPR caught my attention. I'd already planned for Rocksteady/Bebop for this fic but adding Leo in a Queer platonic relationship with them had all the guys dating lol April/Venus: I was researching and was reminded once again that Venus was a thing and I should add her coming back into the guy's lives after having been away for a while. Pairing her off with April gave me Casey/Raph vibes and I liked that so I added it in, Not sure If I'll write this paring again after this fic but I'll have fun exploring their dynamic in the fic.

Nova Saki/Raphael: The Saki in this is a much better person than he is in Last Knight and Pac-Man. He's also really messed up from a long possession and learning how to live in a new era. Raphael in this is learning what it's like to be stabbed in the back by 'friends'. They begin to trust each other and eventually grow romantic feelings for each other. Now when the family finds out well that's going to be fun to write lol

All of these ideas originated in my mind and may have been inspired by various fanfics but that's only a few. As a multi-fandom artist and reader/writer, I apologise for the numerous crossover fics, but I can assure you that most, if not half, of them involve different iterations of TMNT.

I’m going to be straightforward and say most of the crossover stories I’ve created imply that the series has finished, such as the ones for 12, 03, and 87. For "Rise," it would either be after the invasion has ended (like 8 months or so) or at the end of the movie where Leo is saved from the Prison Dimension.

ROTTMNT - (ONLY)

- From a very young age, Leo knew he was different. While all of his brothers got to go to the surface, he was stuck down here with their father, and every time when he was with his father he only heard the stupid shows he liked to watch. When his brothers trained with weapons and Lou Jitsu movies playing in the background, he had to stay in his room because it was “too dangerous” for him. He just wanted to do something and not feel so left out. Sure, it didn’t matter that he couldn’t really read anything, or that he couldn’t really SEE anything for that matter. Donnie couldn’t see either; he needed those big glasses that rested on his face to see, but he was still allowed to go. Didn’t Leo just need those too in order to go as well? Or Leo is blind and feels left out.

- Leo longed for that voice again. The grumpy yet gently reassuring voice, that told him everything would be okay, that when the pain felt unbearable, they would quickly rush over and would come to offer something to make that pain go away. Sometimes, that voice would hurt him, but he’d heard it was necessary to soothe him later on, and well, whatever he did helped immensely as he couldn't feel nearly the amount of pain he felt back then. But, should he really remember any of that? Donnie had told him that before their mutation, they weren't fully aware; they were just pets for humans to take care of. They were alive, yet in a way, they weren't really “alive” like humans or what they are now. So why could he recall that? It clearly happened before his mutation, as he remembered the voice talking about numbers, chemicals and such.  But it raises more questions when Dad randomly told us that they were created to be soldiers. Engineered to be as strong and durable as possible to fend off humans. Did that mean what he remembered involved being experimented on? But that didn't seem right... Right? Leo mentioned this to Donnie before, and Donnie just shrugged and said, “Even if it were true—which it isn’t—it sounds like you have Stockholm syndrome, Nardo.”  But it couldn’t be true. He just knew that the voice loved him. Why did Dad even suggest the soldier theory??? It didn’t make sense because… Who would want a blind soldier? Or Leo remembers his pre-mutation with Draxum and Draxum. Is trying to figure out why one of the turtles is chronically ill and blind, changing his trajectory and stopping his idea of having soldiers. He might not seem as bad as he is. (I just want a really cute Father and son moment with Draxum ok… leave me alone)

(Sorry this one is going to be long) - At that time, he wanted soldiers. Soldiers who could fend off those pesky humans and perhaps even destroy them. He had no desire to deal with humans ever since they had forced the hidden city to become their home. So, he did what anyone with a reasonable mind would do: he made a deal with Big Mama, took the human that was somehow really strong, stole four different turtles and experimented on them. However, things took a turn with the last part of the plan. People thought he was always angry and grumpy, someone who would experiment on anything alive or not. What they didn’t know was that he was actually a big softy with too much empathy for his own liking. When he brought the turtles back to his lab, he immediately noticed the turtle with the red stripes struggling to breathe and survive. He understood that things would never be the same. He convinced himself that he wanted the turtle to live so that the experiment wouldn't be in vain, but deep down, he realised that the turtle filled a dark void in his heart. He wanted to protect that turtle, and not just him, all of them. He had always wanted children, but over the years, he realised that due to his past and his reputation, he couldn't bring a child into that situation. However, seeing the four turtles made him long for that desire once again. Perhaps it was time to turn over a new leaf. Instead of his original plan of harming the humans, he had another idea. If they were more like them, we wouldn't have to hide anymore, we wouldn’t have to wear cloaking brooches. With a wide grin, he started working. He needed human blood to get an understanding of their DNA so he would incorporate it with empyrean, and, look, I just so happened to have a human right here. To make this work I also needed Yokai’s blood, of course, I'm using mine. As it started shaping, I laughed, this is going to turn humans into more like us, humanoid animals. This will show the humans not to mess with them. To test it out, he wanted to mutate the human that inspired him, well not really but was a part of the experiment (Forcefully), and of course, things just couldn't go his way. It was his fault—he shouldn't have brought the turtles into this section of the lab, but he had no choice, I mean, he had to take care of them somehow and the red-striped one was still insanely sick. While trying to mutate the human, he managed to catch him off guard and was able to escape. He also started to break anything. I attempted to capture him, but he was too fast. When he broke the machine with the empyrean mixture, it got all over him. Serves him right for trying to do something so stupid. I had lost interest in him by that point, I mean it looked like my experiment was going well; my priority right now was to find the turtles. I tried to reach for them, but the human-turned-rat snatched them up and escaped. That was the last time I saw my sons. A few things to note, Splinter only took the turtles so they wouldn’t be experimented on. Or, Draxum is not a soulless being; he experiences emotions. When he sees the turtles, he realises he wants to become a father and chooses to abandon his plan to make soldiers in order to become a better person. However, he still feels anger towards humans and seeks revenge. Oh and did I mention that this story contains Splinter being a bad father… No, well that as well.

- This story is like the same as the one above but instead of Splinter being fast enough to (take) rescue all of the turtles, He was only able to take one, a certain red-striped turtle. Yes, they all still mutate from the empyrean mixture, yes, this is a separated AU, yes, this is a good parent Draxum and a bad parent Splinter fic and yes, I love Draxum being a father, leave me alone again.

(Sorry this one is going to be long) - His life was a mess. Between losing his mother, fighting with his dad, becoming a famous movie star, finding someone he actually fell in love with, and turns out she’s a psychopath spider lady that wants him to fight for her nexus thing and then given to the Draxum fellow and being an experiment on to make some, then I couldn’t possibly understand even if he wanted, he just got real tired, real fast. So when he managed to escape, he noticed the turtles that Draxum had. he didn’t want them to suffer, he needed to protect them. So without even thinking he used all his strength and gathered them up one by one. When he was about to leave, he stepped on the green liquid. It burnt, it made his bones break and shift and hold. It was agonising. The next minute he realised he was pink, Pink! He didn’t have much time to process that, he needed to escape from the lab… He was a rat. A rat. That’s what he saw from his reflection.  He was a rat that now had 4 mutant turtles to take care of… so he sighed and sucked it up like he always did… Years passed, and he spent that time naming them, finding himself a new name 'Splinter', finding food, shelter, and entertainment, for the boys and well, just trying to provide for them. Yet, something always felt off ever since he escaped with the turtles. At first, he didn’t know what it was. Well, that was a lie. It was the red-striped turtle, Blue, Leonardo as he called him, who always seemed different. Not in the way one might think, like, "Oh, this turtle is going to grow up to be a murderer." No, it was something else. From what he remembered of the earlier days, he would often get sick—too sick sometimes. When it was time to walk, he wouldn’t. Even the youngest turtle, Orange, Michelangelo, managed to walk during those times. As for talking, years have passed, and the others began forming sentences long ago. But Blue was still just chirping for quite a while, he finally started speaking when he turned five. Yet, that wasn’t the strangest part. Despite everything, he was still incredibly smart—too smart for his own good. That realisation sent me spiralling. It was all so abnormal. Now the turtles are seven, and we were living happily. Donnie wanted to play chess, so Splinter played a game. After a while, he got bored and left. Just as Splinter was about to pack up the chess pieces, he saw Leo standing there. Leo asked if he could play. Since Leo had never played chess before, Splinter hesitated and asked if Leo even knew how to play. Leo confidently replied that he did. So, we sat down and started playing. Leo was surprisingly good, but after a while, he seemed to lose focus. I thought he was going to lose anyway. Suddenly, he shouted, "I win! I beat you!!" I looked up and froze. He was grinning—no, smirking—with a smug smile. It reminded me of someone who used to smile like that, someone I thought would be important in my life. That’s why I have always been on edge. The turtle sitting there with that smug smile looked exactly like Big Mama. Or Splinter is an unfit parent who has been traumatised by Big Mama. When he realises that Leo resembles her too much, he devises a plan to get rid of him and makes it appear to his brothers that Leo has died, but in reality, he approaches a Yokai gang to see if they want a kid. 

ROTTMNT X TMNT Crossover

- The 87, 03, and 12 turtles are transported to the Rise Universe due to a rare universal collision, three months before the horrific Krang invasion. Will the alternate turtles have to fight alongside them in battle, or will they be able to send them back home before it’s too late?

- The 87, 03, and 12 turtles are accidentally brought into the Rise universe after Donnie attempts to build a portal in case there’s another invasion in the near future. The Rise boys are not okay. Read as the alternate versions of the turtles try to help and heal the terrified and broken boys.

- The 87, 03, and 12 turtles find themselves in a completely new environment filled with horrors they could never have imagined. Will the future rise boys be able to protect them and send them back home, or will it be too late? ( This is set in Cass’s universe. The comic by somerandomdudelmao)

- It’s no surprise that after the Krang invasion, Big Mama's Battle Nexus has suffered greatly. No one felt safe, no one wanted to watch, and there was no fun in it. It was all the Turtles' fault, and well, Big Mama had a brilliant idea—one that no one would want to miss. After all, she had connections everywhere, including a friend who was an enthusiast of all multiverse theories. Some might think these theories are far-fetched and impossible, but Big Mama knew they were real. After all, even the purple turtle believed in them too. Or Big Mama created a plan to capture the 87, 03, 12, and Rise Turtles to put on a show that would restore her fame. (Feel free to add more iterations if you'd like!)

- Ever since Big Mama met the turtles, the blue one has always been the most intriguing of them all. There was just something amazing about him. He could outsmart her with a smug smile and a clever pun. He faced her battle nexus champion without batting an eye, showing no signs of stress. He was just like her—cunning, manipulative, charismatic—and he could effortlessly persuade someone to accept a deal, only for that person to realise too late that they were merely pawns in a game designed for the creator to win. She needed him in her nexus... No, she needed multiple versions of him. Or the 87, 03, 12 and especially Rise Leo (and any others you might want to include) are taken by Big Mama because she is a psychopath who wants her favourite turtle to fight and compete in her battle nexus

- Mikey saved Leo from the Prison Dimension, but they weren't skilled enough to prevent Leo's many injuries. After three weeks of trying to stabilise him, his condition worsened, and he ultimately passed away. The Rise fam breaks, all blaming themselves for what they think could have been preventable. It’s been four months, and they are still grieving the loss when suddenly Donnie’s lab exploded, rocking the whole lair. When everyone rushed to check on Donnie, they found him just standing there, clutching his limp arm and shaking. As they turned to see what he was staring at in terror, they froze. Before them were more turtles, different versions of themselves, and each one had a turtle that wore a blue bandana... Alive, and standing right there.

- What if we created a fanfic where Draxum chooses a specific red-eared slider to become his sole soldier? He had no brothers to begin with. Draxum uses the empyrean mixture to mutate the turtle and trains him for years. When the turtle turns 16, a malfunction in one of Draxum's machines accidentally transports him to 2012, where he is discovered by him and... more of him? He soon realises that in another universe, he had brothers. Or Yes, finally a truly evil Draxum fic where In this version he only wanted one soldier and after using the empyrean mixture, he kills Splinter and raises the turtle (with a different name than Leo) in a manner similar to how Gaster raised the characters in "Handplates" if you never heard of that then just treating him really poorly. When this turtle reaches the age of 16, he is transported by accident to the 2012 TMNT universe (post-show, so they are like 23 now). (Feel free to change the iterations)

- After rescuing Leo from the prison dimension, he falls into a coma due to the trauma he experienced. Donnie tries to bring his twin back to consciousness with the help of Mikey’s mystic powers. However, when the machine they created malfunctions, it inadvertently brings three different versions of themselves into their world.

- After the invasion, the Rise family is still recovering. They thought it was all over and that they could finally rest without any more threats. However, they soon realise, the universe hated them, so just when they were starting to heal, different versions of themselves crashed into the lair (literally). Out of all the things they could have been talking about, of course, it had to be fucking Shredder of all people. Or all of the Shredders are back and seeking revenge.

ROTTMNT X Marvel and Undertale

- Eight months have passed since the invasion, and Leo is helping Donnie with his dimensional portal when it malfunctions and unexpectedly sends Leo to the Marvel universe, just months before Infinity War. (Domestic Avengers.)

- Pretty much the same as again but this time Donnie has already finish the portal and the brothers gather together to see Donnie’s work. Or Rise Turtles goes to Marvel just months before Infinity War where the brothers have to deal with just another invasion, isn’t that fun :D. (Domestic Avengers.)

- Mikey tries to save Leo after he sacrifices himself to save the world, but it doesn’t work as intended and sends him to the Marvel universe. (Domestic Avengers.)

Or Mikey was able to open a portal to save Leo, but there wasn't enough time to guide Leo toward them. Donnie quickly jumped for his brother and saved him from the Krang. However, Donnie was about to realised that the portal had transported him to another multiverse. Or the Disaster Twins enter the Marvel universe accidentally when Donnie tries to save Leo. (Domestic Avengers.)

- The one above but instead of the Marvel universe it’s those fics where Sans tries to bring Gaster back with the machine in his basement but accidentally brings his alternates. 

- Mikey attempts to save Leo after he sacrifices himself to protect the world from the Krang. However, things don’t go as planned, and instead of rescuing him, Mikey accidentally sends Leo to an entirely different multiverse, where there are multiple groups of spooky, scary skeletons wandering about. Read as the skeleton aids Leo in healing and protecting him from the horrors of the invasion and his mind. Or you know those fics where Sans tries to bring Gaster back with the machine in his basement but accidentally brings his alternates. Yeah, that but the machine picks up Mikey’s mystic power and connects with it, and brings Leo there.

- Big Mama was a collector at heart, no matter what it was—alive, dead, artefacts, books, or even humans. They were all things she could display or use for her own benefit. but eventually, she lost interest in collecting, it was all the same, there was nothing new. After the Krang invasion, she began to think more about the portal that brought the Krang, she heard everyone that it was a dimension, and well that meant there must be other worlds out there that hadn’t interacted with this one—worlds she hadn’t yet captured in her grasp. Things had grown boring ever since she collected everything she wanted, and the Battle Nexus was a shadow of its former glory. Maybe if she could connect to these other worlds and research them, she could then grab whatever she wanted. This might reignite her love for collecting and make her Nexus much more fun and interesting. Or Big Mama wanted to expand her collection further after finding out Multiverse might exist. She was eager to capture different, intriguing things. So, she turned her attention to finding interesting worlds, worlds like Undertale (You can have the freedom to incorporate anything since Undertale is so broad. You can do its cast or its multiverses, such as the Council, stars, the Bad Sanses, or you can write about those fics where Sans tries to bring Gaster back with the machine in his basement but accidentally brings his alternates. When I think of those stories I usually have seven to eight pairs of brothers in mind), Other versions of the turtles (87, 03 and 12, (and any others you might want to include)) and Marvel (I love Domestic Avengers.)

Have you watch any other iterations of tmnt? Do you have a favorite or least favorite turtle

I've watched bits and pieces of 2012 because it was on TV at the time, but seriously? Nope. I plan to, but not right now. And I didn't like 2012 at the time but it's growing on me a LOT from TikTok clips. I plan to watch 2012, the bayverse movies(I know they're bad, that's why I wanna watch em), 2003 and maybe 87. I'm skipping that other live action one(I think it's the 90s?) Bc it freaks me out. I wanna see MM but not for a while, I can already tell it's gonna suck me into a deep hyperfixation state. But in general I just hate when characters are clones of each other so that's why I was so attracted to rottmnt as an animation. I actually had a lot of trouble watching 2012 bc they look the same to me. In fact, before I saw rottmnt I actually didnt know the difference between "the blue and purple ones". Now of course I see the slight differences in 12, but I still hate the blockiness of their bodies. And hate the apritello. It's painful after rottmnts family stuff and I just never liked apritello.

As for my favorite turtle, that's actually a really hard question. I like them all a lot. But I probably like Donnie or Mikey most, and Raph least. Not that I don't like raph. I adore him he's a sweetie pie. But I like the others just marginally more than him. I dunno, I like snark. They all have more snark than him. He's too nice for me to love as much as the rest. That says some things about me I don't wanna get into though. I do read fics of all of them(separately), including him, but I read his stuff least. As much as I respect Mikeys maturity, he's a child to me. And Raph is just, large and sweet. Don't get me wrong I like that, but sarcasm really reels me in. I just like the twin more than Raph. They're fun, they're smart, they're more humanlike, they feel more 3d to me.

I immediately wanted to say I like Donnie most, I relate to him the most as an autistic person and in general. I like purple, I like science, I like cute but mean things. I dislike familial physical affection and it's hard for me to be fazed at events that I should. But I also really like Mikey a lot, and Leo was the one that got me watching rottmnt. I liked how his animation looks and I've read fics before I even watched the series, and then I liked Donnie more than him as I watched it. So Donnie is gonna have to be my favorite, but the rest matter a lot to me too

12. Favorite turtle across all iterations?

i havent seen most tmnts, so i don't know if i have a single favorite across All iterations, exactly, but i can name my favorite one(s) from the ones ive seen! (which are rise, MM, and 87)

(i need to watch more but there's scheduling conflicts with friends and sitting down to watch new stuff is so hard sometimes WAH)

SO!! for rise, my favorites are leo and donnie (they're constantly engaged in a fist fight in my head for who's number one, tho leo tends to edge donnie out more often) bc they're both just. chefkiss. hashtag relatable and also just absolutely hilarious

for 87 i really like raphael bc he's a snarky little shit, tho donatello is also really great bc he's just. casually unhinged lol

MM raph is also really great (and also lowkey unhinged) but i like the others as well. i feel like it'll be easier to pass judgement on favorites once the show is out and we get to see them in some different situations!!

23. If you could have a tmnt crossover with ANY other series, which would it be?

oooh that's a tough one. i feel like tmnt could make for some really fun crossovers with both other superhero series, and also series either based in NYC or having to do with like. weird scifi/fantasy/supernatural stuff. there's a LOT of like. aliens and robots and magic stuff in tmnt, (like WAY more than i expected going into the 87 show after rise) so i feel like a lot of stuff could be twisted to work well

ive seen some really good rise crossovers with marvel/dc, a few really fun danny phantom crossovers, and even a couple with gravity falls. ive ALSO seen a couple with sonic and some of them make me laugh so hard reading the summary that i don't think i'd be able to read them lol. the first fic i ever read with tmnt in it WAS actually a sonic crossover (that i read on ffn waaaaaay back in the day) so in a way it's like returning to my roots lol

i love seeing specific crossovers of my interests so if i see one that grabs my attention im all over it lol

more specifically, i would love to see a crossover with rise of the tmnt and american dragon jake long, and it's like. a future project of mine. i've been talking about it with a friend and telling her for Months that they have a lot in common and it would make for an interesting fic. there's some serious potential there i think!!

(on a more theoretical note, ive also done some really light brainstorming/daydreaming about a potential rise/undertale crossover bc i think it'd make for some neat scenarios lol)

Honestly this is wonderful to hear! I'm super glad our ship is catching on and other people are enjoying our Crackship and Rarepair! And I'm glad we were able to give you a romantic pairing for Donnie! For me personally, I'm not really into shipping when it comes to the rise turtles, so it was a surprise when me and Dakota created this ship out of a joke in a Discord server years ago and it truly struck us from the start. So I get it with the OTP thing! These guys are literally everything to me in more than one way!

As for the second portion, we knew this was coming eventually, and it's not like we can or even want to control what people do, or act like we own these two characters (news flash: we don't), but I'd like to state the following for anyone wanting to create something for our ship since it's catching on:

Both me and Dakota are extremely uncomfortable with T*cest and while we know people have most likely already made fanfic of Jason/Donnie before, we'd kindly ask that if you're basing *our version of Jasonnie in any sort of association with T*cest that you don't. Not only that, but that you never, ever, ever associate us with your work or your version of Jasonnie in that case. (*Jason's backstory, our original characters (which we do own), reference our fics in major ways, etc.)

Both me and Dakota are ace-spec, so if you're going to associate us with your Jasonnie work please don't when it comes to any kind of sexual work. Which, if you're using our version of Jasonnie, shouldn't be a problem because both the characters are asexual within our series. This applies to kinks as well.

Other than that however, here is what you can do:

If it isn't sexual or in any way involved with T*cest we'd love to see your work on our versions or your version(s) of Jasonnie!

✰ Unholyverse series [ 177k ] Religion! Horror! Exorcisms! Piercings! And Gerard is a priest. SO brilliant, it is an actual masterpiece.

✰ Between The Wish And The Thing [ 23k ] Gerard has been in love with his best friend and bandmate for years. It’s basically nonstop domestic cuteness??? Your heart will melt???

✰ King and Country [ 52k ] Frank hasn’t really been a stable boy since he ended up in the archduke’s bed, but now Gerard’s exile is over and he’s king. Listen it’s an established relationship BUT don’t let this deter you as the author does tell how they got together- what I’m trying to say is, it’s a complete love story and they absolutely adore each other. Read it.

✰ Paris!Verse [ 43k ] They meet at Mikey and Alicia’s wedding and then fall in love in Paris. I really, really, really loved this fic.

✰ Promises, Promises [ 26k ] Gerard kidnaps Frank. A Stockholm syndrome fic with a fair amount of violence and dubious consent. If this doesn’t bother you though, I’d highly recommend it.

✰ Ain’t Nobody Gonna Love You Like The Devil Do [ 40k ] Frank is a good, God-fearing Catholic boy, and then Gerard happens. Essentially, Frank falls in love with a rebellious Gerard and it’s absolutely fantastic.

✰ To Cast Turpentine Kisses [ 22k ] (must be logged in to read!) And the subbiest Frank fic of them all is a not!fic. Frank is a student and Gerard is his teacher. What a blast, oh my GOD.

✰ Can Never Wrong This Right [ 23k ] It’s 1949 and Dr. Way is a professor of Archeology and Frank is his constantly exasperated (and secretly pining) assistant. Two words: soul bonding. Read it.

✰ Strange Steps [ 33k ] Gerard likes: A) popular Frank, and B) dancing. Everything’s chill until those two things are brought together when Frank suddenly needs dance lessons. Everyone loves a nice high school AU, right??

✰ In Repair [ 33k ] In which Frank has the hots for Gerard The Robot. This fic is chock full of things that are guaranteed to make your heart happy, I promise you that Gerard being a robot isn’t a burden in the slightest.

✰ Conclusions [ 49k ] Gerard moves in with Frank, and cozy domesticity and pining blossoms. Bexless never fails to please.

✰ He Was A Teenage Werewolf [ 45k ] Gerard is transfered to Queen Of Peace, a Catholic school, where he meets a weird kid named Frank. Another great high school AU except one of them’s a werewolf. (Don’t get deterred if werewolves aren’t your thing, it’s not even confronted until halfway through the fic.)

✰ Hearts Warmer than the Ice Keeping the Spinach Lasagna Cold [ 19k ] Gerard is in love with the punk boy who works in the deli department ♥️

✰ Becoming Joan [ 35k ] A complicated situation leads to Frank having to dress up as a girl. It would be bothersome except, he’s kinda totally alright with it…. Totally not what I was expecting based off of the fic’s original summary, it’s so good!!! Read it!!!

✰ Variations on a Fugue [ 36k ] An Early Edwardian AU. Frank Iero is a young nobleman currently living with his parents in the Lake District, where he plans on leading a quiet life away from London and its temptations. However, temptation moves into his neighbourhood in the face of one Gerard Way. Involves old-timey dialogue, soul melting intimacy, and a line that I’ve thought about everyday since I’ve read it.

✰ On the Midtown Direct [ 22k ] A love story, one train ride at a time. Just thinking about it makes me want to go read it again, it’s so precious.

✰ Buy Handmade [ 18k ] Gerard has an Etsy page and Frank works in a bakery. Mega cute.

✰ When We’re Both Thirty [ 84k ] They had agreed to use each other as a backup plan. If, by the time they both reached their thirtieth year, they hadn’t found someone to marry, they’d marry each other. They had thirty days left……. So maybe the concept is unrealistic and the fic is a bit long-winded BUT I think it’s completely worth it, there’s several scenes that are just Too Good, trust me.

✰ Moth to Flame (or whatever) [ 31k ] Frank owns a flower shop and Gerard likes to frequent it. Frank’s so soft in this fic, he loves his flowers and does yoga and !!!!!! you will love him.

✰ Catholic!Frank and Artist!Gerard Not!Fic [ 21k ] Frank starts to like Gerard a little too much and his faith is challenged because of it. Also he owns a vegan restaurant and Gabe takes a fancy to Mikey. A fun read!!!

✰ Professional Healers [ 34k ] In which Frank is a pediatrician and Gerard is his patient’s father. This is such a feel good fic, I love it so much.

✰ 24 Frames Per Second [ 79k ] The 1984-Movie!AU: everyone works at the Belleville Film Palace. This fic is angsty but I- normally not fond of angst- really enjoyed this because it’s so unique and realistic and, most importantly, they love each other a whole lot! It’s really good, I promise.

✰ Companion [ 33k ] A workplace AU full of cutesy domestic fluff!!!

✰ We Each Play The Part Written For Us [ 27k ] Gerard’s had a crush on Frank since forever and Frank’s only just now getting around to returning those feelings….. That’s the gist of it but it’s not as angsty as it sounds, it’s actually super sweet.

✰ Black Market Blood [ 16k ] Frank has a crush on Gerard The Vampire. They’re both sweethearts in this omg.

✰ Distance in the Afterlife [ 15k ] Gerard comes out during Projekt Revolution and drama ensues.

✰ Public Enemy [ 21k ] In 1932, Gerard Way has been making a name for himself robbing banks up and down New Jersey. Frank Iero, analyst for J. Edgar Hoover’s Division of Investigation, is determined to catch him. Good good stuff.

✰ sing it for the n00bs [ 17k ] Gamer AU, wherein the Danger Days universe is an MMORPG. Frank has a strange way of going about winning Gerard’s affections.

✰ A World So Small [ 31k ] Victorian AU. When Frank is advised by his doctors to leave London for the country, he makes arrangements to stay with his friend, Michael. What Frank has no idea of at the time is that Michael has an older brother, whose presence in the house he conceals. So so intimate and sweet. I really do have a soft spot for historical AUs.

✰ Under the Hide of Me [ 18k ] Prohibition in New Jersey means mob bosses and bootleggers running hooch up and down the shore and into the city. Gerard, Mikey, and Ray are running an operation for the Capo Maranzano, but when rival factions are trying to take over the business, Frank Iero, from a prominent Mob family, is sent to them as their new driver. Also the Ways and Ray are werewolves. This was a good read, Gerard’s a major alpha.

✰ Five Times Gerard Pays for it and One Time He Doesn’t [ 22k ] A rentboy fic wherein Gerard (the customer) falls for Frank (the service-provider) and can’t figure out how to go from paying-for-sex to “dating” or if that’s even possible. A great read.

✰ Cover To Cover [ 32k ] Frank is fine until Gerard opens his large branch of Way Books & Café down the street, putting his small bookshop in danger. He basically hates Gerard because of it. Except, Frank doesn’t know that coffeeaddict, the anonymous guy he’s falling in love with over the internet, is actually Gerard himself. I was hesitant, at first, going into this one because they’re both in relationships at the start of the story, but reading this totally paid off because it’s so good. There’s a scene in particular that was so precious, I got emotional..,.,.. good stuff!

✰ What Ships Are For [ 22k ] Gerard is most concerned when he finds that, while away at university, his father has taken in a new ward of his own brother’s age. But upon his return home, he finds the young man to be particularly enchanting. Includes old-timey dialogue and a whole bunch of pining.

✰ Break The Walls (And Kill Us All) [ 27k ] Frank owns an antique store, but he’s not very good at it. About the only thing he IS good at is having a crush on his best customer. And housing ghosts in his shop, apparently.

✰ Thing-Thing [ 43k ] When Gerard signed the admissions paperwork for the Fordhaven School for Boys, he knew he was signing up for four years of sexual frustration. No one was gay at Fordhaven. In his senior year, though, this stupid gay freshman disproves Fordhaven’s straightness, and throws Gerard’s entire world off-kilter. (Includes a fair amount of underage drinking/drug usage.)

When it becomes obvious that Gerard and Frank are hopelessly, silently in love with each other, Bob finds himself on a mission to get them together. But when nothing seems to be working, he resorts to real spellwork, and now Frank and Gerard are stuck in a romance novel with only one way out.

✰ Is It Enough to Have Some Love? [ 15k ] Frank and Gerard used to be best friends before Gerard decided to leave the little town they lived in and study art in New York.
