Whenever Sakura saw her teammates improving and their sensei focusing on improving their own skills, if not for no other reason than to keep them from blowing each other up, Sakura tried training herself. She continued digging into books to learn new jutsu and better execution, since her comrades leave an unfair example when it comes to chakra. She primarily focused on weapon use, specifically kunai given their ability to work well both as a ranged weapon and in close combat.
