Characters x Gn! Reader

Characters: Tamaki, Kirishima, Kaminari, Sero

You have two forms, your human form and your quirk form. Your quirk form turns you into a black and red figure made from smoke.

Tamaki

Very intimidated when the two of you met.

Your hair was a made from black smoke with red highlights and flowed around with no care in the direction it waved.

He was difficult to get close to due to his anxiety but he slowly came to realize that you weren't a threat to him.

You had to ask him out on a date.

He has moments of courage but when it came to you it was practically non existent.

First date was to a butterfly garden. The little creatures would fly around your hair in fascination and Tamaki honestly felt his heart melt at the sight.

When it came to using your quirk, he couldn't believe how powerful you were.

He couldn't take his eyes off of you when you changed your appearance into the dark figure.

He was impressed and intimidated.

You focused on gaining precise aiming with your SMG, which Snipe naturally found reason to speak to you about guns, but he also watched you try to perfect your teleporting.

Due to how your quirk functioned you were recommended to do more stealth work.

Loves watching you throw knifes with pinpoint accuracy.

Did he mention that he really liked running his fingers threw your smokey hair?

During the Sports Festival you manage to make jaws drop.

You were impressive but no one expected you to dodge every attack your opponent threw your way.

Loved that you had more of a reserved attitude to you.

You could definitely be loud (Flashbacks to you maniacally laughing as you shot at class B during joint training sessions. Mirio was very impressed.)

But with him, you had a tendency to calm it down a notch and he was very appreciative of that.

Found it interesting that many people didn't like you.

You were so nice to him so why would others disagree?

Some people would point out to him that having you as his S/o would affect the way he's perceived by the public once he'd hit the hero scene, but honestly? He didn't care.

You were his everything. Kind, fierce, strong, and dedicated.

He couldn't have asked for a better S/o.

(Nejire and Mirio also approved of you as long as you'd talk on Tamaki's behalf when you were on dates or just hanging out.)

You need to keep him safe. Poor guy has major anxiety and needs you to help him out with it.

Kirishima

Immediately, and i'm being serious, asked you to hangout with him.

Your quirk was just so cool to not want to learn more about it.

He asked if your hair was something you could turn on and off.

You said that you couldn't change your hair but you could change your appearance but you of course told him to wait till training to show it off.

And oh boy, did he get a pleasant surprise when you went from looking like yourself to all of a sudden being a shadow like figure.

"That's so- so- so manly!" Couldn't help but cheer for you against your match with Kaminari.

Kaminari was not happy with that.

Asked you out but he struggled a little.

He felt like he wasn't deserving of you so he made it his goal to improve on himself before trying anything.

When he finally did ask you out he was a blushing wreck as he dished out complements towards you.

"You're very prett- handso- hot!" Not even making eye contact with you, just sweating buckets and giving you a nervous smile.

Once you both started dating he was consistently on you.

Not in a nagging way but in the loving one.

Just wants to be near you, man. It ain't a crime.

Loves training with you, especially when you use some of your heavier weapons on him.

Mutual understanding on your quirks having certain limitations when in use.

He's your main cheerleader and will emphasize with the fact that he believes you're number one.

Asked you to transform again, just for the funnies.

You both ended up pranking Bakugou by making him think you were his paralyses demon.

Was that incredibly cruel? Yes. Was it funny to see the usually angry Pomeranian look incredibly lost and scared as you watched him and slowly walked up to him? Yes.

Summon your knifes or any other weapons and watch him gawk.

He was an emo kid in middle school but the emo never leaves.

(You go emo, thats it. No going back.)

Kaminari

Asked you out the moment he saw you.

Didn't care about your quirk, you were just so beautiful not to give it a shot.

"Soooooo, i have an extra ticket to this new movie. Do you wanna go watch it?" He's been rejected so many times that he was expecting another rejection and just kept smiling at you.

"Sure!" Short-circuits on the spot but you wouldn't notice it since he just kept smiling but you could see the small sparks of electricity that came out at the tips of his fingers.

The entire date consisted of him making really bad puns and jokes.

He isn't being able to leave your hair alone. (why was it always the hair?)

You mentioned to him that you had a different form when you used your quirk fully and he asked to see it.

Mild heart attack and a nose bleed or two, you were both heading out back to the UA dorms to talk about the movie and your cute date.

Asks you to teleport the two of you to class.

He sleeps in a lot and he won't let you leave the bed because, "You're so warm and i'm lonely. Don't leave me, pwewase?" You took one of the pillows and smothered his face with it.

You would say that your biggest liability was being unfortunate enough to get electrocuted. So guess what? Your loving boyfriends quirk was a great liability to you.

Kaminari and you both figured this one out when he was overly exited while he was charging your phone.

You reach out to grab it and to pull the plug out of his mouth (thats so cute, no gonna lie) and Kaminari, not being capable of waiting, just kissed you the moment the plug was out of his mouth.

You were knockout out for a moment and your smokey hair was gone, leaving behind short "normal hair". In reality it was just small smoke strands and Kaminari started to apologize profusely.

You two are actual chaos together.

Pure gremlin energy and it doesn't stop when the two of you are left alone together.

Calls you his favorite Demon. "You have other favorites?" "....no, just thought you would get jealous or something." "Idiot."

Doesn't take offense to you calling him names but loves it even more when you call him "Lighting" or "Your Lightning" since it's the one thing that can debilitate you and sees it as a cute qUiRkY couples thing.

(^ Naming your significant other by something that can hurt you and makes you vulnerable.)

Sero

Fascinated by your quirk and already planning out ways to combine his and yours together.

For the funnies he asked you to summon your knifes and to stick them to his tape.

It was a bad idea because he proceeded to throw the entire thing and the knifes released from the sticky tape.

Many of your knifes flew in different directions and nearly hit some of your classmates. None of the teachers were impressed.

Sero always wants to team up with you and was more subtle about his flirting.

Smooth as hell.

Asked you out when the two of you just got back from a junk food run at the convenience store.

He had his arm around you shoulders and spoke to you as he carried the bags full of snacks.

"I really like spending time with you. Would you like to go out with me?"

You accept and so begins a really sweet relationship.

Always on your side and always supporting you in your quirk control.

You mentioned wanting to increase your pain tolerance regarding electricity and asked him if he would feel comfortable helping you with recovery.

"Of course! You're my s/o, why wouldn't i help you?"

Hates seeing Kaminari and you train. He knows it would help you both but he also hates seeing you get hurt repeatedly.

Picks you up and wraps your hands together when you tell him you could keep training.

"Hanta! Just 2 more rounds and then i'll stop." "No! Kaminari already fried his brain, you can't keep doing this."

He does take care of you and demands you cuddle with him. Relaxation is a must.

When his muscles are sore from all of the training he himself does, you help him out by using your quirk and picking him up.

Trying knew food is something you both do often and since Bakugou won't allow for anyone else to touch it...you can see were this is going Sero and you would steal food all the time, usually resulting in Bakugou screaming about how "WE CAN'T HAVE ANYTHING NICE IN THIS FUCKING DORM!"

Sero also does the iconic "Spiderman Kiss" with you.

He would just pop up from above and ask for a kiss while you're floating around.

"Can i get a kiss?" Doesn't matter if hes wearing his helmet or not. A kiss on the helmet or on his face would make him happy.

You blew him a kiss but that wasn't enough so he shot out some tape and pulled you back to were he was hanging.

Your hair was something he loved to play with but it wasn't the thing that captured his attention. He really just loved you and everything about you.

....but his favorite thing is your eyes. They were such a pretty red.

Tenma being all surprised and excited about him owning a house in Arata’s example I’m emotional but I suppose he would be. they might have a job and lower level police authority but they’re still prisoners with a life sentence for crimes they never actually committed, with, from the few Enforcers’ rooms we’ve seen in the series, not a ton of their own belongings. I’m sure the idea of owning his own house sounds amazing to Tenma (it’s literally just a hypothetical situation but he gets so offended when Arata says hypothetical him sold it hkhskghs)

fact that there are still yakuza gangs around leaves me with so many questions and episode 3 touches on some of them a little more but no actually 3 didn’t clear anything up I still have a lot of questions so in 3 it’s revealed that the abandoned zones were left in existence on purpose to make it easier to monitor those more likely to commit a crime, because majority of them would self collect in areas that promised more freedom from Sibyl’s eyes but I’m kind of amazed that the yakuza is literally chopping people up and selling the body parts on the black market and Sibyl is just letting it slide?? that bypasses “likely to commit” with a flying leap lmaoo is it because they’re in an abandoned zone where there’s no reception for Sybil’s scanners so maybe Sibyl doesn’t know what they’re up to?? in that case that’s. kind of defeating the purpose of the abandoned zones but when Arata’s explaining this we see police drones positioned outside the borders so??? either Sibyl can monitor the people in the abandoned zones through the drones or there’s no reception > hence the Dominators not working in episode 2 and Sibyl can’t monitor the people living there OR Sibyl knows the yakuza were murdering people and selling their body parts and didn’t do anything about it which is it (how long have there still been yakuza in this Japan? Irie looks around the same age as Akane and Ginoza so that + things we find out about his past imply that this gang, at least, has been around a while which would mean they’ve been around since Akane was very young which means Sibyl’s “perfect” Japan we hear so much about in s1 and 2 was really not that perfect which THEN begs the question how the yakuza managed to evade all the public Hue scanners before the abandoned zones were created aaaaaaaaaaa the more I think about it the more questions I end up with what is the truthhh) (there’s still a black market in New Japan???)

I am fairly convinced that Irie only half told Kei about Numakura because it was his job and that the other half was purely to get Kei in trouble

- I just enjoy watching Kei kick ass in general and the scenes of Arata parkouring across the city with the relay line were honestly kind of lovely, but the two interspersed with each other is a particular kind of staging aesthetic/technique I just really like

so far s3 seems a lot less gory and in-your-face violent compared to 1 and 2. more of the intellectual, detective work-centered side. in 6 episodes’ worth of time we’ve only seen like two people get Enforced and the side violence - Tojo falling several stories to the pavement below, Yonehara’s dismembered body, etc. - is all framed so you can’t actually see much of it, as opposed to 1 and 2 and their showing a woman getting beat to death with a hammer and dismembered bodies being made into public art pieces and all that fun stuff 

highly ironic and poetic that the mafia boss who chopped people up ended up in bloody pieces himself all over the same room his victims did

they’ve already gotten themselves into a fair amount of minor trouble with outside complaints in general and Shimotsuki in more specific but Kei and Arata are going to get themselves in some serious trouble one of these days. unlike say, Akane or Kogami, people who joined because it was the best place for them according to Sibyl or maybe because they wanted to make a difference, Kei and Arata joined Public Safety Bureau for their own personal reasons. they are here first and foremost to achieve their own personal goals and are blatantly willing to ignore procedure and disobey orders to pursue said goals. honestly at the time that Mika told them to stop pursuing Sasagawa and come back to base - literally telling them that she had the rest handled, it wasn’t strongly implied, if at all, that she was letting him go - I don’t think they had any reason to think all that was connected to their own personal mission. they went rogue without even stopping to consider that Mika already had a plan for dealing with Sasagawa or letting her explain anything. for better or worse they pretty much do whatever they want and one of these episodes it’s gonna catch up with them big time

...that being said, the two of them being so on the same wavelength that they both hung up on Mika at the same time and were both like aww what a shame...such poor cell signal in this place... was so funny Tenma looked so horrified kshgkjdfg

in Irie and Tenma’s defense, Kei didn’t say how long they were supposed to stand by. a solid 20 seconds counts, right?

...when I said, “if anything happens to Kei and Arata I’m going to kill everyone in this show and then myself”, I didn’t expect “anything” to be Kei getting his ass kicked by Ginoza LMAO

on that note, GINOZA

and Kogami????? Ima be real I haven’t actually seen the movie yet so if there was foreshadowing or an actual scene of him coming back I did not know it and therefore was super surprised to see him also he and Arata just kind of standing there watching each other while Ginoza and Kei scuffle right next to them was highly amusing

Ima be real part two up until now I really did not care for Kogami and actually really disliked him and honestly I don’t clearly remember why at this point but after this episode I’m neutral leaning towards very mild like towards him

Ginoza vs. Kei + Irie and Tenma vs. Kogami is one of those fight scenes that’s actually kind of stupid/unnecessary if u stop and think about it too long and could’ve been easily avoided in 4 seconds if everyone used their common sense and communicated (and followed orders (to return to base) Kei and Arata (and to stand by, Irie and Tenma) but instead is put in as a small dose of fan service for fans who wanna see their faves in a brawl (I’m not complaining at all I was quite entertained) (kind of love that Kogami still carries an actual gun)

honestly scene on the plane where all the other passengers turn out to be holos and vanish revealing the detectives concealed among them was really cool it’s like in cop shows when it turns out a bunch of the people chilling in the background of a restaurant or street are all plainclothes cops and the bad guy was surrounded the whole time

love how much more relaxed and happier Ginoza seems nowadays love how Mika still snipes at him but it’s from a less spiteful place, love that she accidentally admits she thinks he’s a capable officer and how he teases her about it, love that they’re at a place now where they can talk normally

1. Always a Hunter. I love the other classes but I feel most at home as my gunslinging, knife throwing girl. 🐍❤️

2. Exos, I just adore them. ❤️

3. Current shader I have equipped is Million Million and I love it. Another favorite is Brushfire. Those two I think match best with The Last Word. If my weapon and shader don’t match then my OCD comes out lol

4. I’ve had the Verdant Shell equipped for so long I can hardly vision my ghost in any other. But I do love the new Hunter one from this season. But since I’m not playing Forsaken I’m not gonna get it. Oh well.

5. Kyū. I love my lil baby ghost. ❤️❤️

6. This precious boy right here, always. ❤️😍

7. I mainly enjoy Cayde x OC ships.

8. Oooooh... tough one. I haven’t read every piece of lore there is so it’s hard to know and choose. But to narrow it down... some lol it would be lore surrounding Cayde and lore about The Last Word.

9. I’m currently in D1 so any new planets or moons we can visit in D2 I don’t know much about yet. But as far as D1 goes planetwise, it would be Venus. But I really love being on the moon and getting to see Earth. I remember the first time I saw it I just went “Oooh Earth, neat.” as I stared up at it and spun around in circles, people probably thought I was weird. 🤣😂

10. Current sparrow is the EV-43 Lightrunner. I’m usually drawn to sparrows that have a solar feel to them.

11. The one I use now is the LRV1 Javelin. It may not be the highest in terms of item class but I love the color of it and the way it looks and flies. I’ve named mine the Steel Horizon.

12. THE LAST WORD!!! I feel like a damn badass wielding that thing. Is it as cool as Cayde’s Ace? No. But I love it nonetheless! ❤️

13. Either a side arm or a sniper. I love sniping the shit outta stuff. Current one I have equipped is the Luna Phasar III.

14. Two words... ROCKET! LAUNCHER! 🤣 I have the CHOLERIC DRAGON SRT-49. Love to have a beat drop as I blast a shell then screech “AND THE BITCH GOES BOOM!” when it hits. I have WAY too much fun. 😂

15. Right now I’m wearing The Iron Companion armor. Paired with Million Million shader I just love the way it looks. Two bigass knives on the hips... I just walk up to any Fallen, Hive or Vex and be like “BITCH ima fuck u up!” I’m currently working on getting all he Long Tomorrow armor. I have the... boots... lol I had the helment but stoopid me just had to infuse it into another armor piece. 🤦‍♀️

16. Haven’t played Gambit so between Strikes and Crucible it’s a matter of what do I suck less at... lol probably gonna go with Strikes... maybe 🤷‍♀️

17. I used to be mainly solo, but I’ve played with teams enough now so I don’t mind it. I might be quiet at first but once I get to know people I interact more.

18. I suck ass at PvP. So PvE for me lol

19. Cayde’s Ace of Spades, gorgeous gun, powerful as fuck too. I ain’t gettin’ it anytime soon but that’s alright. The Last Word does just fine.

20. As much as I want to say Uldren, I know he was controlled so #1 would be the ugly ass space dragon Riven. Next would be Prince Peacock and his merry band of assholes. And then, even though I suppose she wasn’t really an “enemy”, Mara is on my hate list because she called Cayde an it. Like bitch fite me 😡🤬

Ask Wesley Snipes: Blade in the MCU

Hello, fans and friends. It’s me, Snipes. I know it’s been a while since I rapped at you, and I apologize for that. I’m on sabbatical from FermiLab, so I’ve taken the opportunity to unplug from social media and concentrate on myself. This time of self-reflection has proven to be very healing. I can’t really say more right now, but know this: those vamps better watch out, because Snipes is new, improved, and ready to kick some tail.

Anyway, probably some of y’all are wondering why I’m breaking my silence. Well, I’ll tell you: a lot of suckers are saying a lot of stuff about me, Snipes, vis-a-vis the announcement of Mahershala Ali as the new Blade in an upcoming Marvel MCU movie. So I thought I should emerge from the shadows and set the record straight.

First of all, I am not mad that Mahershala Ali is going to be Blade. In fact, it was my idea. 

My man Kevin Feige from Marvel and I rap frequently about many topics, not the least of which is Blade. As you (and he) know, Blade was the movie that put Marvel Studios on the map, so they owe me a lot.

Well, one day Kevin says, “Hey Wes” (he’s allowed to call me “Wes”, but don’t any of you suckers try it) “Hey Wes,“ he says, “We’re rebooting Blade in the MCU Phase 5. Ready to suit up again as the Daywalker?”

“Hold your horses, Beige,” I said. (That’s what I call him. He’s a good guy, but he’s pure white bread. Know that.) “Let’s think this through,” I said. "It’s been 10 years since ‘Blade Trinity’. In that time, I’ve graduated to a sort of ‘elder statesman’ kind of role. The kids today need a hero they can relate to. Blade the legend needs to live beyond me.”

Feige was stunned. “I can’t imagine anyone but you as Blade,” he said.

“Hey, I’ll always be Blade. We just need someone to play the role on screen.”

“Do you have anyone in mind?” he said hopefully.

“Yeah, there’s this cat Mahershala Ali you should check out. He’s gonna be big.” (This was a long time ago, before his Oscars, of course. I was on the Mahershala tip long before all y’all.)

“Whatever you say, Wes,” Kevin said.

So that’s that. I’ve got nothing but love for my man Mahersh, and I think that he is ideally suited to play Blade. And, of course, he has me, Blade, to help tutor him on the finer parts of the character.

Now, onto issue #2: the idea that I will be cast as Whistler in the upcoming Blade movie.

I, of course, am an actor’s actor, so I could take on any of the parts in the film and act them with both finesse and power.

But here’s the thing, y’all: I’m a busy dude. I got the new Dolemite movie on Netflix. Check. I got "Cut Throat City” coming out soon. Check. I got “Payline” coming up, which I’m both starring in AND exec producing. Check. I’ve also got an undisclosed series of black ops I’m undertaking for the government, about which I cannot say more. Check. I would love to play Whistler, but realistically I don’t see it fitting into my schedule.

So I hope that clears some things up for y’all. Ima go back to my sabbatical, just as soon as I rotate the keys on my server farm. (Y’all rotating your keys on the regular? You better.)

P.S. Oh yeah, and about this “rumor” that they had to CGI my eyes because I refused to open them during the shoot, or some crap? That’s nothing but BS. Let me lay it down for you.

I was in my trailer between shots doing my Blade physical restoration routine, which includes some meditation. Then, out of nowhere, that straight-up sucker Goyer barges in with his camera trying to get some “candid” footage. I sensed his presence and jumped up to deliver an attack faster than anyone could process. The camera got a roundhouse kick, the cameraman got a head-butt, and Goyer got a shuriken within an inch of his manhood. You ain’t never seen white boys so scared.

Of course, I was moving so fast that I was just a blur on film, so the footage of me waking up wasn’t useful. But Goyer was so scared to ask me for a reshoot that they just chose to CGI it.

Moral of the story: don’t surprise Snipes, because he will bring the pain. You can count on that.
