no <3 but hear me out. i think whatever the rest of their charts are make it all even out and like just as people they have room to grow together. cancer’s problem with libra is that they’re not responsible enough, but i think teddy, especially after the girls are born, would be able to step up and find like the discipline to be there for them.  and then libra’s problem with cancer is that they’re not “full of life” enough and i think bristol simply doesn’t fit that concern so they could make it work even with astrology-zodiac-signs.com working against them.

Who developed a crush on the other first?

teddy liked bristol first. i think he was like third guy in his high school friend group and his buddy actually like knew and interfaced with bristol. but there’s simply a charm to being the weird little friend that he worked to his advantage. but anyways he liked her first because he simply wasn’t on her radar at that point.

Who made the first move?

teddy. he simply had to be bold and use his boyboss powers to make a move on a girl who’s only vaguely aware of you and your situation. it was kind of like. they had three conversations where she wasn’t overtly mean to him (one of them she was but it was bit sexy) so he just went out on a limb.

What did they do on their first date?

first date was technically them going to a party together and not actually spending time together while they were there they were just formally There Together even if they only spent like forty minutes actually talking and treating it like a date. their second date,  which felt more like a real first date, was dinner and a movie because he was a teenager and what other dates could he possibly know.

Who said “I love you” first? Who is more likely to?

the first time around, teddy. he hadn’t really been in a relationship before, and kind of jumped the gun just because it felt like the thing to do. it was a spur of the moment decision, and one he felt was way overkill after the fact, so they didn’t really revisit it. i think second time around it was also probably teddy don’t know why i clarified the difference.

Who believes in soulmates?

i don’t think either of them do. i think they love each other and i think they’re like glad to have one another but i don’t think they see it as like some kind of cosmic arrangement (maybe a little sometimes, when they really think of the odds of them ending up where they did, but not really). they feel to me like they’d fall more in the camp of acknowledging like love is work and choosing each other and not just some invisible strings pulling them together.

i don’t think either of them are like. biting at the bits. like they’re just secure in their family without having any of that.  i think maybe teddy would like just assume they were heading there one day but it’s not some deep desire.

well i have it on good authority that drunk bristol has no reservations. but beyond that probably teddy but even then he wouldn’t be like overly affectionate it would all be in the little things <3

once again drunk bristol shoots for the stars <3 and i would perhaps even say her in general. i don’t know. it just feels right that once you get her behind closed doors she’s touchier.

hear me out. bristol. but what they as a couple perceive as cutesy is radically different than what i think that word would usually imply. like i think teddy could open a text where she’s sarcastically threatening his life and he would be like aww that’s my girl. like i just think teddy’s a kind of dry/bad texter but her’s have personality and carry her tone more which he simply will read as his cutie girlfriend. kinda fucked but true.

bristol i think. just out of force of habit/who she is as a person. she loves fiercely and protectively because it’s a role she’s always been pushed into, she’s always been the person that has to protectively hold things together. so like it’s not a possessive kind of thing its just something ingrained in her to care so deeply about her family and once he became apart of that it was a done deal. he’s protective of her in his own way, but her’s is again just something that’s apart of her.

bristol. i don’t think she takes long i just think teddy had three outfits and two of them include hats so he just doesn’t have to think or try.

they’re practically the same height so like. i think they would be able to share clothes it’s really just a matter of if they would want too. i think they share a stash of like faux vintage graphic t’s for pjs and hanging out around the house. maybe a couple jackets. but ultimately she’s got her taste he’s got his she’s welcome to any insane short sleeve button downs or hoodies on his side of the closet but it won’t be a cute oversized thing it’d just be clothes <3 he wore her cut offs to the grocery once when he needed to do laundry in a bad way. he probably wouldn’t again but it wasn’t the worst.

Do they have any pets?

well obviously there was bristol and tatum’s gorgeous dog at first. and i could see from then on them being dog people always having one or two, not super picky about size or breed or anything.

If they live together, who brought up living together first? How long did they date before they moved in together?

i think ultimately bristol would have to be the one to bring up them living together. i think teddy would be like open about being willing to move in but in like trying to figure out how their lives would work after kali, he didn’t want to like insert himself in a way she wasn’t comfortable with even when he was willing to move in and buckle down. i think because he left the ball in her court it maybe wasn’t til a couple months after kali was born that he moved in, just because at that point it felt like less of a statement and more of just a thing that made sense.

What are their relationships like with each other’s siblings? Other family members?

teddy has older sisters, who like bristol just fine. teddy isn’t close with them, so they’re not super invested in like vetting his girlfriends. they like her with the typical disdain you would have for your weird little brother’s baby mama. his parents too they like ultimately embrace her love the girlies and all that but just did not see teddy’s life going this way and aren’t shy about saying it. i think teddy tries to get along with as many of bristol’s siblings as possible, but there’s just a lot of them, and he can’t win them all over. he’s best with the younger ones, probably, just because he finds it easier to get them on his side. tatum was the hardest nut to crack and the sibling he was most invested in getting to like him. i think she was openly hostile to him for a while but once she realized he was sticking around and bristol seemed to be invested in him she cut him some slack. she is now as nice to him as she is anyone else in the family, so not very, but more than she is any outsiders, so he can take pleasure in that.

Hello, I have a headcanon request and it's really sad. If you don't answer this sort of stuff then I understand, but I just lost both of my dogs to poisoning and we believe it wasn't an accident. I've been switching from anger to despair for the past few days, back and forth over and over again, and I'm so sick inside knowing that the person responsible will probably get away with it.

I'd really appreciate some love and comfort from Bakugou, Tamaki, and Mirio. I'm angry and frustrated and sad, and reading and thinking about these three has been making me feel just a tiny bit better.

That sounds horrible, I'm sorry for your loss. I actually lost both my dogs to cancer a few years back. So I understand and I'm also holding onto my kitties for dear life. But I enjoy making comfort pieces, so here we go.

When you first came to Katsuki with tears running down your face, you expected it to be less awkward. But he just stood there staring and otherwise completely lost as to what he was even supposed to do or what you were upset about.

While a hothead, you knew Katsuki had a soft spot. This was especially true when it came to his friends, but he had never faced anyone with this problem before. But he did know what it felt like, at least partly, to lose someone. Especially considering his own personal experience of almost losing Best Jeanist.

He also knew what fear and sadness felt like, he had experienced those emotions more times than he wanted to admit. But still, he wasn't sure what he could possibly say when you told him you were crying because you had lost your dogs. He hadn't grown up with a pet and knew nothing of what kind of attachment you could get to them.

But he still tried, "What the hell do you want me to do?! I mean, I could blast the extra's face off who...you know...or whatever," his words were mumbled as he reached up to rub the back of his head. He knew he wasn't helping, but he knew he had to figure out a way how.

Words weren't his strong suit and while he wasn't too keen on physical affection. He did offer you a hug or rather he decided to drag you out of the classroom and down the hall, around a corner where no one was before wrapping his arms around you.

Maybe it was the fact you were so small or maybe because he knew you were hurting, but he enjoyed holding you close and gently nuzzling you with his head. He happened to tremble a little when you buried your face into his chest, but part of him knew you wanted to hide from the world.

"Maybe...I don't know what to say, damn it but..." Katsuki was a little pissed words weren't coming to him easy, but if he learned anything from Eijirou. It was to speak from your heart, "It's uh...it'll be okay and stuff just, don't let it get to you and I know it's sad and all. But we'll figure out something together, and...fuck the extras," he stated before he pulled you close once more.

"Uh...I d-don't," Tamaki was a stuttering mess whenever someone came to him with a problem, he much preferred pushing them onto Mirio, but the blond wasn't around the day you came to him which meant he had to handle it on his own.

He was always shy when it came to physical contact of any kind, he hardly welcomed a friendly touch. But when he heard the rumors of what had happened to you, part of him felt angry. Why did people, no, villains do things like this?

Still, Tamaki offered a gentle hand on your shoulder. "I-I'm sorry, um, t-that probably d-doesn't uh, f-fix anything but...y-you're sad, a-aren't you? I k-know how that feels um..." he didn't say anymore as his mouth was growing dry.

But he still tried to comfort you the best he could, losing someone wasn't easy. He was lucky he had never experienced it. Still, he made it a point to ask you every day if you were okay and offered you a hug even if it made him nervous beyond all hell.

"It's o-okay or u-uh...i-it's going to b-be..." he gently began to rub your back, trying to take deep breaths to prevent himself from going into a panic attack. "I-I'm h-here um, i-if you want to t-talk about it o-or not. Uh...w-whatever you p-prefer."

You took him up on his offer, but he went stiff as a board when you used his shoulder to cry on. At least he was a good listener. "Mm, I...n-never had a p-pet but I-I'm sure...t-they are in a b-better place and uh...t-they s-still love you...I mean y-you're nice and k-kind and..." Tamaki trailed off due to the fact his cheeks were bright red.

Despite his shy nature, he felt like it was his duty to save you even if he couldn't technically do that. But, he tried in his own way. "I um...s-saw pictures of your...um...s-so I made you t-this," he handed you a bento, it looked like a regular meal apart from the fact the rice balls were in the shape and likeness of dogs.

"I h-hope, I m-mean I...l-like food and i-it's okay to miss them," he almost wished he could manifest into a dog himself to bring you extra comfort but instead, he initiated another hug. "I-I'm sure t-they miss you t-too."

Mirio was always there for people. After all, it was his job as a hero. But in general, the students of Yuuei were like a family, which meant when one of their own was feeling down it spread between members like wildfire. That's how he ended up finding out about your troubles.

While he wanted to directly ask you if there was even a chance what he heard was true. More than anything, he seemed to make it his own personal mission to make sure you were alright. He vowed he would give you a reason to smile again. Even if that was going to be difficult given your current circumstances.

When he first presented you with a pair of stuffed animals, not just any animals. Dogs. He had the hope that it would act as a memorial gift of sorts. "I heard about what happened, I'm sorry sunshine! But I'm here to make sure you smile again, even if you're sad. I hope that doesn't sound too strange," you were sure Mirio had said stranger things.

While the gifts brought you a sense of sadness since your loss, Mirio kept his promise. Every time he saw you, he'd immediately embrace you in a hug. Of course, it was a little embarrassing that these hugs would take place wherever he happened to spot you. In the hallway, classroom, in public. But part of you didn't care.

Mirio always made himself available to you, even if that meant hearing your knocks on his door in the middle of the night. His shoulder was beginning to make a good pillow which caught your tears and while part of you felt embarrassed. It was nice to know Mirio was there to listen to you and the dreams you experienced which as of late were about your dogs.

While Mirio was a hero and dedicated to helping others, you did get a little offended when he mentioned welcoming a new dog into your life. "Sorry, sunshine! I know you're still upset. But I bet you were the best dog parent ever and I'm sure your dogs were super lucky to have such an awesome person like you taking care of them. Maybe you could give that treatment to another dog in need...someday?" you knew he meant well.

A ctivities - What do they like to do with their s/o? How do they spend their free time with them?

His favorite activity would probably be late night driving, either blasting music or just enjoying the quiet. For special occasions, he’d get reservations at a nice restaurant or maybe set up a fancy candlelit dinner himself (as long as he didn’t make the food). In general, he really just wants to be around his SO.

B eauty - What do they admire about their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?

I think he first noticed his SO’s eyes, and more particularly, the emotion and spirit in them. He loves watching when they’re passionate and their eyes light up, he thinks it’s absolutely stunning. He just loves the fire in their personality.

C omfort - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?

He would be a bit uncomfortable or at least unsure at first, but we all know he has his fair share of experience with this himself. So, he would really just wrap them up in his arms and sit with them silently, his way of protecting them. Once they were calmed down a bit, he would ask if they want to talk about it or just keep sitting together, and he’d be happy to do either if it means not having to see them upset.

D reams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?

He doesn’t really have any plans for the future. He knows that he can’t make any guarantees about what’s going to happen, and it scares him a bit to think about making plans that he can’t fulfill. When he thinks about the future, all he really sees is him and his SO together, whatever that means, and it’s enough to make him happy.

E qual - Are they the dominant one in the relationship, or rather passive?

For the most part, he’d be somewhat dominant in the relationship, wanting to protect his SO. But there are also times where he just needs to go with the flow, be held and reminded that everything will be alright. So in that way, it’s somewhat equal.

F ight - Would they be easy to forgive their s/o? How are they fighting?

He has a bit of a temper, but not in any way that really matters. They probably bicker sometimes about small things, but he doesn’t really hold grudges, and he’d never instigate a fight about something important. 

G ratitude - How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?

He’s incredibly grateful for his SO and everything they’ve done for him. He knows he’s lucky to be with them, and he reminds them constantly of how lucky he is and how much he appreciates them. 

H onesty - Do they have secrets they hide from their s/o? Or do they share everything?

I’m honestly not sure. He wants to be completely honest with them, absolutely, but he has trouble being totally vulnerable like that. He would never keep secrets that could genuinely hurt their relationship, but he’s also probably not completely honest about some of his past and his experiences. Maybe over time he would feel comfortable enough to share it with his SO, but he might just not want to talk about it.

I nspiration - Did their s/o change them somehow, or the other way around? Like trying out new things or helped them overcome personal problems?

His SO absolutely inspired him. He’s a bit of a pessimist by nature, and being with them, he slowly starts to let himself see the good in everything, and maybe even have hope for the future. Knowing that he has someone supporting him, and that he was lucky enough to find someone so amazing, helps him to become just a bit more optimistic.

J ealousy - Do they get jealous easily? How do they deal with it?

He does get jealous sometimes, to be honest. He knows how amazing his SO is, and it makes him uncomfortable to watch other guys notice it as well. He only steps in if they look uncomfortable, at which point he will literally scare the other person away. He trusts his SO, so he would never get mad at them or start to doubt them.

K iss - Are they a good kisser? What was the first kiss like?

Eren likes to live in the moment, and their first kiss reflected that. He probably thought about it for a little while leading up, but he didn’t have any kind of solid plans. He just looked over that them one day and thought about how stunning they are, and decided that it was the right moment. He absolutely asked if he could kiss them, and didn’t lean in until they agreed. It was small, but passionate and loving. He’s a great kisser, and it becomes a very regular thing in their relationship.

L ove Confession - How would they confess to their s/o?

He shows his appreciation for them constantly, but actually saying the words “I love you” would be really hard for him at first. He waits a bit longer than most people would, but that just means that when he does say it, they know he means it, one hundred percent. He probably wasn’t planning to say it when he did, it just made sense in the moment.

M arriage - Do they want to get married? How do they propose? What would the marriage be like?

The idea of marriage scares him a bit, to be honest. He’s absolutely committed to his SO, but he’s afraid of getting married without having any idea what’s going to happen in his future. In the end, though, especially if his SO wants to, he would absolutely want to get married. He’d plan a very romantic proposal with roses, maybe even somewhere more public if he thinks his SO would be comfortable with it. There probably wouldn’t be much of a change in their relationship after getting married, but he would secretly enjoy the added little domestic dynamic of getting to call each other a spouse.

N icknames - What do they call their s/o?

He definitely calls them babe or sweetheart, maybe even “love” when he’s feeling particularly romantic. He also definitely has a joke nickname that he teases them with.

O n Cloud Nine - What are they like when they are in love? Is it obvious for others? How do they express their feelings?

It’s not actually very obvious when he’s starting to fall in love. He’s always affectionate with his SO, so they probably won’t notice much of a difference. And the other people around him definitely can’t tell because he would never talk about it. His SO is only going to find out when he decides it’s the right time to actually express his feelings.

P DA - Are they upfront about their relationship? Do they brag with their s/o in front of others? Or are they rather shy to kiss etc. when others are watching?

He’s pretty upfront about it, and he loves getting to introduce his SO to his friends. And he’s not obnoxious about PDA, but a general low level of affection in public doesn’t bother him at all.

Q uirk - Some random ability they have that's beneficial in a relationship.

He has a really sarcastic sense of humor, and it might even seem a little bit rude to other people, but his SO thinks it’s hilarious. They know he’s never serious, so the two of them go back and forth with witty comebacks and teasing jokes.

R omance - How romantic are they? What would they do to make their s/o happy? Cliché or rather creative?

He’s very romantic, and I think it’s pretty equal between cliche and creative, but definitely leaning more towards cliche. He’s definitely a roses and candlelit dinner kind of guy, but he also just wants to make his SO happy, so he’d be more than willing to come up with something super creative to make them smile.

S upport - Are they helping their s/o achieve their goals? Do they believe in them?

He will support his SO through absolutely anything. He doesn’t want to lie to them when they ask for his honest opinion, but he really does believe in them completely. He’s cheering them on no matter what, and he knows they’re going to succeed because they’re amazing.

T hrill - Do they need to try out new things to spice out your relationship? Or do they prefer a certain routine?

He probably does want to spice things up a lot. They probably have some basic level of routine, but he gets pretty bored when he falls into a very specific set routine with his life, so he loves trying new things. He especially loves that he gets to try new things with his SO, because that’s just one more way that their life experiences intertwine.

U nderstanding - How good do they know their partner? Are they empathetic?

He knows his SO completely, and he empathizes really deeply. He doesn’t always understand what’s happening in their brain, he’s not a mind reader, but he can usually tell how they’re feeling, and he knows how he can cheer them up. 

V alue - How important is the relationship to them? What is it’s worth in comparison to other things in their life?

His relationship is really important to him. Once they reach a certain point in their relationship, he’s committed, one hundred percent. He allows himself to lean on them and depend on them being there. Losing them would be really hard for him.

He secretly loves taking pictures with his SO. If they tell him they want to take a picture, he’ll roll his eyes and tease them for being so caught up with social media, but it actually makes him happy. He likes having little memories together that he can physically keep with him and look back on later.

X OXO - Are they very affectionate? Do they love to kiss and cuddle?

He’s very affectionate. It’s pretty 50/50 on whether he would initiate cuddling or not, but he definitely enjoys it. He loves being physically close to his SO, and getting to put his arms around them to make them feel safe.

Y earning - How will they cope when they're missing their partner?

He’s really not a yearning type. He definitely misses them when they’re gone, but they’re both pretty busy in general, so it’s not out of the ordinary. He would want to check up on them while they’re gone, but otherwise, he’s just happy to give them a big hug when they get back and listen to all of their stories.

Z eal - Are they willing to go to great lengths for the relationship? If so, what kind of?

He is absolutely willing to do whatever it takes to keep their relationship strong and healthy. His priority is that his SO is happy, whatever that means.

“Look!” (f/n) giggled as she pointed to a beautiful flower in the distance. Both Hitoshi and Denki smiled as they watched her run towards it. She stood on her toes, leaning up to smell it.

“Careful, don’t hurt yourself,” Hitoshi warned as Denki quickly followed her. The trio was out on a little walk through the woods by Denki’s agency. It had been a while since they’d gone out for a date so they put this one together pretty quickly.

“Wow, this is just as cute as you, (f/n)!” Denki laughed, watching as his girlfriend smiled bashfully. He leaned in and pressed his nose against her neck. “Well, maybe not… you’re the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.” He whispered in a much deeper and seductive voice. Her cheeks flushed deep red before Hitoshi grabbed the back of Denki’s shirt and pulled him away.

“Stop teasing her.” Denki pouted as Hitoshi pulled him away from (f/n).

“Toshi!”

“Denki.”

“Come on! I just wanted a kiss from the cutie.”

“You’re teasing her. Besides, I can’t let you steal her away, now.” Denki crossed his arms and stuck his bottom lip out. His electric eyes looked away for a second before moving back to his two lovers.

“I’m not stealing her! We’ve agreed to share.”

“Aww,” (f/n) squealed and ran towards Denki, almost tackling him to the ground. “Denki, I love you!” He laughed, picking her up and letting her wrap her legs around his waist.

“I love you too,” He said, smiling up at her. She leaned down and pressed her lips against his before someone hugged her from behind. She let go of Denki and leaned onto Hitoshi, who picked her up. He placed a kiss on her lips before letting her down, gently.

“Come on, you two.” The trio continued down the trail, holding hands and making jokes. It was a really nice day… was.

“What the…” (f/n) was cut off when a drop of water fell on her arm, then nose, then cheek, and soon it sped it.

“Rain?!” Denki exclaimed, looking up. Hitoshi only glared at Denki before taking their hands and running ahead. They quickly ran through the woods looking for any form of shelter. Thankfully, they came up to a small cave, which was right next to a waterfall. They carefully ran into the cave and sighed in relief.

“You were supposed to check the forecast, Denki!” Hitoshi yelled, looking at his blond boyfriend. Denki sheepishly chuckled before rubbing the back of his head.

“I-I f-forgot! I thought I was supposed to look up the trail.” Hitoshi shook his head and pointed to (f/n).

“She was supposed to look at the trail, you were supposed to check the weather!” Denki frowned and turned his back to Hitoshi, making the purple-haired male huff and do the same.

(f/n) frowned and looked outside, the rain was much heavier and unless they wanted to be soaked, there was no way they were gonna make it back to the car like this.

She looked back back and forth between her boyfriends, who were on the opposite sides of the cave, turned away from each other.

“G-guys…” She mumbled, “it’s n-not that big o-of a deal.”

“It would just be nice if, for once, Denki would just listen and not-”

“Do what?” The blond asked, glaring at his boyfriend. “Do what? Say it.”

“Screw everything up!” The second the words left Hitoshi’s lips, he regretted it. The look on Denki's face wasn’t one he liked and he knew exactly how much of an asshole he was.

“Ass.” Denki grumbled, before walking out of the cave and running off.

“D-Denki! Don’t do that!” (f/n) yelled, before Hitoshi sighed at mentally kicked himself.

“Babe! C-come back! I’m sorry!” (f/n) looked back at Hitoshi with worried eyes and he nodded. “Stay here, I’ll go get him.” With that, Hitoshi left as well and (f/n) was left alone.

It had been roughly ten minutes and both Hitoshi and Denki still weren’t back. (f/n) paced back and forth between the small space she had, avoiding the water that led to the waterfall a few feet away. She was tempted to go find them herself, but she wasn’t sure where they’d gone.

In an effort to distract herself, she looked ahead at the waterfall. It was beautiful, the sound was calming even though she was right next to it and she was tempted to return one day to come swimming here. The cave was position slightly behind the waterfall, but there was ample room to enter or exit the cave without getting wet.

The inside of the cave also had a small stream of water moving right down the center. It seemed like a pretty good resting spot for the trio. (f/n) reaches out and let fingers get wet as she sighed due to herself getting impatient.

Finally, she heard talking and turned to see her boyfriends coming back. They were completely soaked but at least they were holding hands, so that meant everything worked out. (f/n) sighed in relief and walked forward, waving to them. They waved back, but their light smiles instantly turned to looks of horror when she slipped on the mossy rocks.

(f/n) let out a loud shriek as she fell into the stream of water and quickly got dragged forward to the edge. Both Hitoshi and Denki sprinted back to her, but weren’t able to make it back in time.

“(F/N)!” They screamed as she fell into the larger pool ahead and went right over the waterfall. Her screams were drowned out by the loud waterfall and they ran to the edge, looking down. “Baby!” Denki called out, tears stinging his eyes. “(F/N)!”

(f/n) had plunged into the cold waters below, but she was fine. It took her a moment to regain her bearings and slowly swim up and to the shore on the side. Both Hitoshi and Denki weren’t able to see her due to their positions, but she was perfectly fine. She laid down for a second, exhausted, before pushing herself to stand and call out to them.

Hitoshi almost cried out in relief when he heard his name from down below. Denki leaned forward and caught a glimpse of her as she came into view.

“It’s pretty safe! JUMP!” The two looked at each other, having a silent conversation. They were already wet… so why not? Shrugging, they stood up and looked down. There weren’t any rocks and it wasn’t too far. Both of them took a deep breath before they jumped, landing in the water a couple of seconds later.

They surfaced and saw (f/n) giggling and waving to them as they swam over to her. Before she could say anything, they engulfed her in a big hug, happy that she was safe and sound.

“Are you ok?!” Hitoshi asked, making her nod as they repeatedly kissed her cheeks.

“I-I’m fine! R-relax.” She laughed, pushing them away a little bit.

“Relax? We thought you died.” Denki muttered, giving her a tight hug. (f/n) hugged back with a smile on her face.

“Well, I’m fine. Are you two ok?” They nodded, kissing her cheek again.

“Yeah, we’re… we’re great.” Hitoshi sighed, looking at them. “Well, we’re soaked anyway, so we might as well walk back to the car.” It wasn’t a cold day, actually quite the opposite, so the water cooled them off instead. The trio made a mental note of where the location was, they were definitely coming back next time.

           is that a bird or a plane ? nah, it’s just IM DAESEONG. word on the street is that the TWENTY-SIX year old, CISMALE, looks an awful lot like MATTHEW KIM (BM). known to be AFFECTIONATE and KIND HEARTED, yet also COMPETITIVE and IMPULSIVE; they associate themselves with bloody hands from fighting, takes no shit, constantly has an extra helmet for his motorcycle, and a teddy bear disguised as a lion.

ok so daeseong was born in daegu but moved to los angeles at the age of 3, so he was americanised a LOT,, for the longest time, he spoke english better than korean and it was like that until he returned permanently to korea at the age of 14

they were always back and forth between the two over the years, but he still spent the majority of time in the states

they originally moved to los angeles because of his father’s job – he was a producer for a big network and he got an opportunity in america so they took off !! the network got shut down years and years later and daeseong’s dad was like LOL YEET and moved the fam back to korea !!

baby daeseong was v much full of energy and his parents tried putting him in a number of things – singing wasn’t for him, dancing was alright, but he still couldn’t remember the moves good enough, and instruments just weren’t his thing either – he did play piano, but that was thanks to years and years of practice. but anything else thrown his way wasn’t his thing.

his parents put him into american football to begin with,, and they learned quick enough that dae was also a pretty angry kid so he wasn’t afraid to run hEAD FIRST INTO PEOPLE

and so that’s the thing that got him put into boxing and ofc he thrived there,, he was taught so much and told to calm himself down,, it wasn’t aLL about fighting and he absolutely fell in love with it !! remember i mentioned he was alright at dancing???? that just helped him with his footwork in fighting

talking about falling in love with things, he fell in love with jinae and rory pretty quickly when he met the pair – they always seemed to make him smile, and as a quiet, aggressive kid, it definitely helped him a lot.

so like i said before he returned to korea at 14

he joined another gym there and life took off for lil dae !!! by that point he had been boxing for eight years, and those eight years led up to him attending and fighting in the 2008 beijing olympics – he didn’t win a medal, but he did do well enough where everyone was talking about him and would be keeping their eye on him for the next four years after that to see if he would be competing again

and he did !! he competed in the london 2012 olympics and thats when he brought a medal home for south korea in boxing at the age of 19 !!! he placed second after losing out to the united states,,, but ofc he was a lil happy about them winning bc he considers there a second home

because of the success, he was invited on a few variety shows and created an impression there too – granted that was back in 2012-2013, but he’s not interested in all of that now.. he prefers to let his work speak for himself

after his win, he opened up his own boxing gym so he could start teaching younger people, and those who were less fortunate so they could learn how to properly fight and fight for a sport, rather than anything else. it’s something he’s very proud of, and a place that has grown and grown through the years since late 2013-early 2014

ofc he competed in the 2016 olympics in rio and came home with a bronze medal,,, which BUMMED HIM TF OUT but he still took it as an honour – after that, he just had a few title fights here and there but he did absolutely nothing in 2017 concerning boxing, which had people questioning what was happening with daeseong

he decided to enlist to the military in may 2017 and served with the marines for 21 months. he’ll easily tell anyone that it’s the hardest thing he’s ever done, more so than fighting.

he got out in february of 2019 and instantly jumped back into his gym and into training again

he’s waiting for the right time to schedule a fight,, he knows he isn’t up to his standard that he was once at but he does want to get back into the ring for a legit fight

and it’s something a lot of people are waiting for since his return from the military

even more so, he wants that gold medal from the olympics before its too late,,, but gearing up for 2020 seems TOO SOON and waiting until 2024 is too long so he’s v v v v conflicted

Hahaha funny story. I was like, have I done that? I don’t think I have. And it wasn’t until I was laying in bed that night that I go, YES I HAVE. That rushed-written soccer fic. (Part of me wants to rewrite it.)

BUT if I were to do another one, it’d probably be SUPER tropey. I’m talkin college study buddies and taking your fake girlfriend/boyfriend home to meet the parents.

See, Kim has done a lot in her life to impress her parents, but she’s also done a lot to shame them. Now that she’s a bit older she really hates what she’s put them through in the past, and that she let them down. Even though she’s out of town for college she tries super hard to make them proud. To show that she can do better. And she’s been doing it well! She goes to all her classes and studies hard and parties minimally. (Look, it’s hard to always behave when your best friend is Zack Taylor.) Her parents are glad she’s taking her studies so seriously, but her mom wants to make sure she’s enjoying her college experience. She keeps asking if Kim has met anyone special yet. (Her parents met in college and fell in love.) Kim keeps saying no, that she’s too busy to date, and her mom reminds her that she should get out there. Finally, one time her mom asks if she’s met anyone and without even thinking she says yes. And her mom is elated. Asks Kim all about them, what they’re like, how they met. Kim keeps it simple and says they met in a class, and her girlfriend is really cool. (Her parents know she’s bi and have no issue with it. Kim also sucks at adjectives when she’s lying.) 

So there would be a lot of run around talk about her infamous girlfriend, who she named DeeDee. (Shout if you see where this is going.) Kim spends a month talking about the things she and DeeDee do, and it always makes her mom happy to hear about, which makes Kim happy. She loves pleasing her parents. It makes her feel like she’s good enough (which would probably be a nice long inner monologue kind of thing about how she thinks she’s worthless so she looks to other people for her worth.) 

All this time Kim has been working with a study group in Biology (do kids take Bio in college? Idk but this is only headcanon so it doesn’t matter.) and it’s one of those professor assigned groups. She works with a guy named Billy, another named Jason, and a girl named Trini. Trini doesn’t talk much. One day, well into the lies to her mother, Kim and Trini are studying alone because the boys had things to do, and it’s super quiet, and Kim starts staring at Trini. She realizes Trini is actually quite pretty. And she starts thinking about how her mom wants her to bring DeeDee home for a visit, and she doesn’t know what she’s going to do. Then, basically as she’s staring at Trini’s lips wondering if Trini would like girls, Kim gets the idea. 

So there would be a fun and strange conversation about Kim asking Trini to pretend to be her girlfriend and go home with her for a weekend, and Trini is pretty freaked out. Basically thinks Kim is crazy (that opinion will never change) and tells her hell no. Kim is set on this now and won’t give up, because she doesn’t really have any female friends. She kind of avoids that ever since high school. There would be a few more study sessions where Kim is trying to bribe Trini into doing this favor for her, and what will it take, and finally Trini says “do my homework all year and give me $500″. Dead serious. Bargaining, wagering, and finally (meanwhile Billy and Jason are just watching them back and forth and placing bets on if they’ll end up dating for real, because they know Trini is gay) Trini agrees. Kim talked her down to $300 and doing her homework for the rest of the year. Trini makes sure Kim knows this is a one time only deal, and Kim says it’s fine they can break up later.

Probably some filler. Some Zack giving Kim shit and wishing he could be there to see it. 

Then Kim and Trini would get to Kim’s parents house. And it’s awkward and strange, because they still hardly know each other (even though Kim made them sit up all night getting their story straight). But the door opens and Trini is ON. She kills it. And she touches Kim’s back and Kim gets FLUTTERS. Basically, Kim’s parents love Trini (they tell them that DeeDee is Kim’s nickname for her but she prefers her real name), and Trini acts like a great girlfriend, and it’s probably the next day that Kim REALLY starts getting strange feelings and wondering WHAT’S GOING ON? And some moments of sexual tension of course, and staring into each other’s eyes, and all the really good stuff that makes you go KISS YOU IDIOTS. Really draw that out, like an asshole. And lots of cute, fluffy domestic stuff.

BACKGROUND STUFF

born to a wealthy family — his mother was a very popular actress, while his dad was the CEO of an entertainment agency.

despite their busy schedule, they spent every moment they could with jae.

life was great; jae was a straight A student, friendly, humorous and the child every parent wanted, but i’m a drama addict so ofc things couldn’t stay peachy for long.

one night, some men broke into their home and after a struggle ( his parents wouldn’t give up their fight ), his parents lost their life while jae hid underneath their bed

from his hiding spot, he was able to get a good look at one of the perpetrators and he fought with the authorities to get them to listen, but his cries were ignored

it wasn’t in his character to give up, so he rarely left the police station, which was a good thing because he eventually stumbled upon an important conversation that shed some light on the entire situation and the why things happened.

long story short, a proposition was brought to his parents, but due to the moral and legal wrongdoings, they wanted to alert everyone of the corruption. only … they were silenced before they could do so.

whoever the kingpin was behind the whole thing had to be someone of major power because jae exhausted every resource and connection his parents had, but nobody would help him. once he felt like he did all he could do, he finally decided to ( half ) listen to the words left by his parents through the family lawyer and took off to seoul so he could follow through with his dream of becoming a writer; only, for what he thinks are obvious reasons, he decided to become a detective instead.

HEADCANON STUFF

has always wanted to be a writer. he started off with small poems at first, but learned ( after his mother had read him his first novel ) that those were his true love.

after all of the stuff happened with his parents & the blatant disrespect and neglect of the case, wonjae decided he was going to use his smarts to become a detective. sure, writing a book would get the truth out, however ... he’d be powerless if he ever solved the case. ( if you’ve ever seen castle ... kate beckett is where i pulled some of the inspiration from )

a little ( read: very much ) on the morbid side. adores all things dark; tbh, think sunako from THIS manga/anime

still a total nerd and kept his straight A’s all through university and the academy. loves learning all he can, except math. he loathes math with a passion that burns hotter than 1000 suns … unless it involves money. he’s good with that ( and he has his parents to thank for that )

he’s brilliant at fighting. boxing was something he’s done since he was young and he decided to expand his knowledge, and arsenal, by learning every self-defensive move he possibly could after moving to seoul.

the true epitome of : ‘ looks like they can kill u, but is a total cinnamon roll ’

v level headed. he’s had to deal with a lot growing up, so he’s been taught how to handle pressure.

playing on that thought, he does, however, lose his cool around anyone who is in a position of power, especially law enforcement and politicians. which doesn’t make him the ideal detective, but he’s learned the hard way that power makes most people disloyal, dishonest and untrustworthy.

he was born in busan, but his parents moved to paris when he was three and that’s where he stayed until it was time for him to start college. his parents did travel back and forth between here and there, as his mother did a lot of work in korea, but also in paris, whereas his father tried to do everything he could from there so he didn’t have to travel here as often.

he’s still loaded and because his parents trust him, they’ve given him full access without a lawyer looking over the funds. also, he’s taken on the role of CEO of his father’s record label. it’s a background thing and most people don’t really know because it’s a secret he doesn’t let most in on because he prefers to simply oversee the operation from the sidelines and handle all financial decisions ( including, but not limited to: who the company signs, who the company hires, debuts / comebacks, etc. )

he lives very frugally, tho, and only breaks into their money for an emergency — and to donate to a handful of charities each years. otherwise, it stays in the bank to gather interest.

suffers from night terrors, so he normally only runs on an hour of good sleep, which explains why he’s such a bear first thing in the morning ( pls don’t take it personally )

has an eye for details. normally v quick to point out things that are misplaced, misspelled or simply missing. he’s kind of annoying about it, too. though he loves to read and get into the story, he also has a bad habit of playing editor and fixing the mistakes. sometimes even reaching out to inform the publishing company of the errors, depending on the number of mistakes he finds. after all, if you’re paying someone to do a job, shouldn’t they do it correctly ??

he’s still a social butterfly, but he prefers to be the lone wolf

really, really, reALLY doesn’t like feelings. he doesn’t like admitting them, he doesn’t like acting on them, he doesn’t like hearing about them ... tbh, if it were up to him, the only emotions he would feel would be anger and content considering those are the only ones he actually knows how to deal with. otherwise ... he either runs for the hills or plugs his ears and screams until you stop talking and move onto another subject. despite all of that, tho, if you ever needed help, he is someone you can for surely count on. just never bring it up or he will find a reason to arrest you :)))))))
