im not a massive shipper but im very fond of solodeus! im sure you all know by now that i adore asmo, but i also love solomon so seeing the two of them be the way they are in canon is so very darling to me hahaha i love these losers

i do also ship belphebatos as a mostly crack ship but ive come up with silly amounts of justification for it so i dunno if you can consider it crack anymore...

i also think solomon/raphael (what ship name would those 2 have lol raphmon??) would be funny but specifically in a marriage of convenience type of setup where raph is totally just in it for solomons cooking and solomon figures having a partnership with a powerful angel can't hurt (also he's glad to have someone who enjoys his cooking :D )

Poldark Season 4 ep3

this season is only 8eps long i thought maybe the main plot would be here by now unless ive missed it. it just seems like a whole bunch of unrelated stories, which im not complaining about. or maybe theyre still just setting up?

still enjoying things so far, wish george would just simmer down for 5 minutes and that we could have some juicier plot nuggets but those are small complaints.

Well that was pretty good. Will start the second disk (4,5,6) tomorrow but for now I’m satisfied. I still think elizabeth and Demelza do far too much for their stupid husbands although lord knows they need it. Honestly say what you want about sexism in these books and history in general, but we all know that 90% of Cornwall would be fucked over a picket fence if Demelza took the day off. Not to mention how absolutely pounded into the dirt George would be without Elizabeth. These 2 and Caroline are all that’s standing between Cornwall and the apocalypse. They made it clear that Mel was mostly behind Falmouth’s decision to put ross forward but just think about all the other small stuff that goes unnoticed. I understand too that George married elizabeth because he loved her, but you must admit he’d be lost without her in a figurative and literal sense.

I forgot to mention last ep but what was with elizabeth putting her laudanum thing in his drink? To calm him down. And why did he drink it? I’m pretty sure he saw her do it, does he know what it is? More to the point why hasn’t she done it before; he’s an excitable little poodle and he’s going to have a heart attack.

Anyway, I feel like I should go back and rewatch the other eps and do this again because it was fun. I’m still planning on doing a “ George Warleggan isn’t that bad and here’s why” like I did with wesker because it was SO much fun but ill maybe save all that for when iv officially watched all 5 series ( by which I mean watched them with my mom because she doesn’t know I've seen season 5 already lmao, shed kill me if she knew I watched it without her.)

Yeah........ he had a fun time at the wedding. If there hadn’t been Veri Drama happening, I would’ve posted it more. And since he did become Veri’s best friend out of the group, he will also be seen more down the road. Maybe he’ll even find a boyfriend :D

They honestly are. You should see them autonomously--they’re probably one of the most lovey couples I’ve had in game. I played them a little after the wedding/hook-up and they got stuck in this loop of just kissing each other........ over and over. It was adorable/hilarious.

I mean, he does have a right to be mad.

He absolutely does have the right to be mad (Veri did not have the moral high ground at any point here). And TBF to him, they were both talking over each other--Veri just couldn’t finish any of her sentences while also avoiding the topic. 

All this said, Riesling can’t stay mad at Veri for extended periods of time. It’s not in his nature to hold grudges, and frankly, she’s his number 1 weakness anyway. He’d already forgiven her once he had said his piece (

Veri has honestly spent a lot of time blaming/hating herself. This is the first time we’ve heard her be truly, brutally honest, besides once mentioning in therapy that she feels guilty.

And yes, if anyone still had any doubts: this is the reason she cut herself off from Riesling. She believed she didn’t deserve his love after losing their baby. 

Veri is still going to have to work through a couple of her issues (being in a relationship does not magically fix depression, obv; and looking at how I’ve written her, she’s almost always had an unnamed anxiety disorder to boot), but having TOLD Riesling (and him not hating her) does absolve her of some of the guilt.

But that’ll all be ongoing in the background. Essentially, this is..........
