man, TV finales really do love to throw in a bunch of awkward last-minute shippy stuff for no reason huh :/
#if the TNG finale does what it looks like and gives Riker a jealousy plotline#after SEVEN YEARS of practically comedic levels of 'Deanna can do what she wants I'm not the boss of her'#i will riot#also i don't care about Picard and Crusher but it seems really mean and unnecessary#for the writers to make two charactes get together just so they can establish that they divorce in the future#like come on#Anyway.#i would say 'The Nineties (derogatory)' but things have not necessarily improved#to boldly split infinitives#tng liveblog#at least my Terrible Guy is here now maybe he can save this
