ive been listening to shakugan no shana openings bc rip i remember binge-watching this animu as a lil new weeb but honestly i dont remember SHIT about the plot at this point. there’s a lot of fantasy elements and mythos borrowing alongside the normal lore that i remember but?? the plot??? everything else??? no idea. (except that the childhood friend love interest didnt win and honestly i hope she got a badass conclusion to her plotline after everything rip)

what i super duper do remember tho is that the heroine has a contract with an almost god-like figure named Alastor who’s hilariously stuck inside a pendant literally 99% of the time
